Hey together, short history: My scooter started getting worse and worse, then changed (gear) oil, new spark plug, V-belts, air filter, petrol filter, Vario weights, even the carburetor I had replaced, but everything had helped nothing and got worse and worse until it came to the point that the kickstarter eventually stopped moving, really no more. Now that I was running out of a piston eater, I bought a complete set with new pistons, Bolts, rings, seals and cylinders. The package also came today, compared the cylinder optically before and then started to disassemble the scooter. When I was ready to pull off the cylinder, he refused and did not move a millimeter, I first tried to help with a rubber hammer and later went over to seam a screwdriver using the rubber hammer, but that also did nothing. I once took a photo of it. t, if the cylinder hadn’t had 2 screws next to the 4 that can be seen in the photo, I would swear the part is welded… You don’t even see where I tried to hit the screwdriver in.

Speedfight 2 lc after start he runs short and then he goes out
hey, I had a little bit damaged on the gas train and then I tried to fix it, it also went on but it was only clockwise so at first only 5-10 kmh got really funny to drive, but after 1-2 min everything went reasonably normal again. Leave a short scooter, turn it on again and then the same again. Then I turned it off again and then he didn’t go home at all. Then I ordered a new carburetor, of course built in etc. nu n he went after felt 100 kicks times and ran so about 5-10 seconds then he goes out again, then I have to kick again about 5 times and then the same, at the stand gas I screw already all the time around does not really what, mixture setting I took over from the old carburettor. Peugeot Speedfight 4 LC electronics problem!
Good day together, I drive over 2 years my 50cc Speedfight 4 Darkside LC without any problems, but for a few days with connected battery (with running motor) neither the illuminated speedometer and the turn signals works. I kick the scooter (with connected battery) as described above still nothing works except the normal driving light + main light + brake light. The E-starter works. But I hang the battery and kick the scooter, everything works w he it should, except the turn signals, which flash very quickly in a row. But they work so half way! The battery is fully charged or new. I unfortunately have no plan of the electronics, but the 2 fuses in the helmet compartment are ok. I could not find another fuse. Does anyone have a tip for me on what it can be? For suggestions I am very grateful!

Vario cover in the WS not screwed…
Hello all, I was yesterday in a motorcycle WS and had my Honda Shadow brought to 55 km/h. After about an hour I was allowed to pick up my baby again. The mechanic told me he had also replaced 2 screws that would like to be forgotten because you get so bad. I thought it was nice that he thought about it and at a price of 45€ for the whole action I could not complain. Then the first ride afterwards great thought I was running the thing finally 55km/h un d then a loud click , clack from behind . I thought I had driven over a big stone . Today I saw then what it was . A screw from the Vario cover . First I saw only an oil stain in the garage after then I looked at the scooter and saw that the Vario cover is only fixed with 1 screw and the second only hung in the hole . Incredibly so what do you think has taken the scooter already damage ? When oil leaks out … mfg , Chris

Problems with Zip 2 cat
Hi guys, so I need your help again. My girlfriend bought her Zip 2 cat last summer, but he didn’t run at first. After a few things back and forth and here and there a bit I have the mill, which by the way only 3000 km on the tacho got to run again… However, he never really ran well and only 25. But because I knew that he was throttled – and it is allowed to throttle him again because of the papers I have the stop made – then still went shitty, but for 50 .. So in autumn then came the call I had to pick them up, he would not jump any more – so in short he had a piston clamp … so built the whole box apart and found that the piston really is no longer usable and also the timing belt for the oil pump is torn – so I renewed at the last week end both (and before the oil pump tested – works). So today I would like to he then so far that I threw him – so after eternity he jumped on then and ran – but how could it be otherwise not really good – he turned up quite fast and did not come down anymore … Besides, came from the crankshaft or at least from the direction funny knock / ratter noises .. So I then played at the screw to the right of the carburettor once and well got a bit down I got him – also the knock noises were less – but it is alwaysnoc So my question – how to get rid of the carburetor?! I’m used to only cars and vespas and that’s all soooo simple … What exactly has it to do with the needle at the bottom of the slide (at least I suspect that this round thing is such a thing)? You can hang those through such a ring in different positions – which is the right one? Is there another one to set apart from the screw on the right of the carburetor? Oh yes and what could these Knock / Ratterg or is that normal? (Of course, the Kurbell shaft before the construction of the new cylinder is properly fitted with oil..) So with a Vespa all this sounds different …

Peugeot jetforce 125ccm ABS 2007 in emergency run
Hello friends, I have a problem with my Jetti. I made the service new (all liquids and new spark plugs. Roller also ran great until then. Unfortunately, the spark plug was not on properly and flew off when I wanted to go. Unfortunately I did not notice that the plug was off and I therefore continued to try to start the scooter. The next day I noticed that the plug was off. Error memory were 3 errors,2 of which I could delete. The scooter starts at 3000 turns and turns up to 4500 high, that’s it. It doesn’t move from the spot. I measured the spark plug plug and the ignition coil(had changed a second crosswise) but without success. Alternator charges the battery at a measured voltage 14.2Volt in charging mode. Lamp also goes out immediately after start. I hope not that I have a short circuit v If someone can help me or knows the problem then I would be very grateful. What do I have to measure in this case and above all how? I am a good screwdriver but of electronics unfortunately I don’t have the idea. It is as described above a Peugeot Jetforce 125ccm ABS BJ 2007 without compressor. Question about coolant sensor and cooling water temperature display Peugeot Elyso 125
Hello together, since the last (short) ride, the coolant temperature indicator of my Elyso 125 always shows a full rash. Even if I activate the ignition in the cold state, the display of the cooling water temperature immediately shows a full rash. I have now exposed the cooler at the front and removed the two plugs from the sensor and activated the ignition. Again, the display is in full rash. Is this normal? So there is always a full rash in the display when d If I connect the two plugs to each other/overbridge, the fan is switched on and the display is also in full swing. Before I order a new coolant sensor (in the meantime quite difficult to get), I would have to know if it is normal if the display is fully charged with withdrawn plugs. Satelis 125 4T Built 2011 Tanker/petrol pump unit exchange
Hi guys, got me a Satelis 125 4V a couple of weeks ago with 2350km. Its tank indicator doesn’t work and that was communicated from the beginning and I knew that too. A few days ago we opened the middle panel to get to the tank. What we discovered was a bush that took place in 2012. A “tank conversion” was done. In doing so, another petrol pump (functions because scooter drives smoothly) and another tank unit was used. It (does not work, tank indicator only flashes).Of course, the 2 original plugs were tweaked and replaced by a 4pin plug selfmade, result as said, tank indicator does not work, pump goes. So I went on a tedious search and got the complete unit including petrol pump and tanker. We can and will build the cables back and solder, for this I got cheap complete wire harness, from this we will get the 2 needed Ste To the next problem : The currently installed wrong petrol pump works with only one petrol line on it, the other connection is available, but it is plastic, so blind. The unit, the right one I now have here, has 2 connections for hoses, one for the petrol line (the slightly yellowish one) and the other I don’t know what it is for. I have also not been able to discover another hose in the scooter, unless it has been completely removed b a this “tank conversion”. Can someone tell me what comes to the second connection and where the other end comes to ?? I guess it for the vacuum there, you can recognize a small vacuum box at the unit. I put in a few pictures and sincerely hope that someone can help me with the problem, I would like to reset it back in original condition and have a working tank indicator. Pegasus Sky 50/1 – Engine goes off during full drive
Moin venerated community, I come to my problem with my TGB Pegasus Sky 50/1 after a lot of headaches and many split tablets… The scooter was driven as a new one by my boys during the apprenticeship and then time from me to work, then he got problems with pistons and crankshaft and first came into the corner because of lack of time. First of all what has been done so far: engine out, piston and cylinder down, block apart and KW out there s he had a slight blow on the Vario side. I saw that the engine suspension on the other side had a crack, so away with the block half and a few others got me for a Hunni two “almost” complete but more or less disassembled identical Sky 50 and also took one still very good KW and many other little things. Piston I took this: Piston SCORPEX 50ccm Morini AC Suzuki Katana, AP, TGB Bullet Laser Hawk –>The piston naturally Also fitted with an arrow in the direction of the outlet and paid attention to the right seat of the rings in conjunction with the lower additional ring and lubricated with two-stroke oil I have taken this: 50cc replacement cylinder for Pegasus Corona R50X Sky 50 original Maxtuned As a result: the compression is very good, that fits so far well…. New ignition coil, new candle, new CDI…… carburetor taken apart and cleaned…. Tank cleaned… vacuum gasoline tap renewed and tested, petrol runs under pressure As you can already see, the scooter is complete again and runs also —> and now to the problem which has been me since 2 weeks time again when I have time for the devil almost in the madness: it jumps immediately and very well and I drive it then without mucking about 3Km and then the engine goes out during full drive, then I wait 2 minutes, start again by Estart and it runs as if nothing has been And then the whole thing starts again after the same distance It feels like it’s going through a carburetor filling for me and that’s it then…. But that can’t be, because the fuel is running after it, or the vacuum tap is working and the carburetor is actually working too….. I’m in the end with my Latin… I’m curious now how you see it…! Peugeot Jetforce turns too high
Hello, I have a problem with my son’s Peugeot Jetforce scooter. The scooter was equipped with an electronic throttle, which has now been removed (45 throttle disc is inside). On the scooter everything is still original, except for a Tecnigas Silent Pro exhaust (the throttle funnel is still inside). My problem is that the scooter with the 45 throttle disc is overturned. If I remove the 45 throttle disc, the speed is optimal. However, it also runs 75 km/h. the scooter is installed, but even with it the scooter overturns. What can I do “legally” so that the scooter with a 45 throttle is not overturned and not too fast? Speed limiter I do not want, since not legally. Someone’s idea ?
