  • In case of gas withdrawal due to driving stop -> engine from -> 4t injection system

Hardly is this a problem apparently solved ->Instruction does not go outhttps://www.motor-talk.de/forum/annasser-geht-not-aus-t6698151.html because the starter no longer gave reason for nervousness even in rain, it has today the next failure, which however is not on the starter. 0. When a customer needed a stop, the engine simply went out with the necessary gas withdrawal and did not jump any more; the engine is out in still dry weather, so that wetness as a down-grin d can be ruled out; 1. The starter funks, the piston does not clamp either, otherwise the starter would not turn its laps; 2. battery is ok; 3. new engine oil was available at the last maintenance in mid-September; oil level is also ok; 4. new spark plugs were available at the last maintenance in mid-September; another new one was still in vain today; 5. at a considerably later time a further restart attempt was also in vain; 6. the scooter was up to z for failure already several hours in use; 7. was clearly perceptible a slight howling, which could not be heard only in idle mode; but transmission oil was also new; 8. compared to the dealer it was expressed that the fuel consumption with increase of the engine operating time steadily decreases; If the injector does not get any fuel, does it also run out? So would it be conceivable that the current error in the injection system is to be looked for? Or nevertheless in the ignition system? But -> 9. the bolted out The spark plug was dry, even after several attempts at ignition. Paradoxically, the dealer is on holiday again, justamente from today’s day of failure. What can be used to check the injection system?

  • Flextech Fun 50 – no longer starts

I bought a Flextech Fun 50 at real,- on 28.04.2010. From the end of Nov.2010 – mid Febr. 2011 the scooter was lost, i.e. stolen. So it was winter about somewhere in the Pampa. After I had fetched the scooter in mid Febr.2011 from the police again, I replaced the ignition lock there against a used one from eBay. Then it ran again without problems. Now about 4 weeks ago my wife wanted to work with it and came only about 1.5km far. The scooter went at a red traffic light e In the meantime the candle was changed, the valves were adjusted and the carburetor removed and cleaned. I now come to the end with my Latin and have no idea any more. I would now rather guess in the direction of ignition. Maybe the CDI also has a bang, because my wife told me that the scooter suddenly ran 70 clothes a few days ago on the way home. But there is nothing about it. I hope e now, that someone can help, because to stand around the thing is too bad and my wife already carries itself with the thought to reshuffle it. Can one measure the ignition somehow?? I also do not want to exchange on blind haze any parts, because so thick I do not have it.

  • Hands-free system for helmets

Hello, does any of you use a hands-free system to drive the scooter? If so which one? I would like to prefer one with Bluetooth because with, without cable. And I think, because of the volume, it should also operate both ears. Background: I often have to make call readiness and therefore also be mobile accessible. Alternative driving these days I don’t like… These normal, supplied with the mobile phone are shit. I heard yesterday at Louis, there is something there Named Z-Link 2.0, which cannot be delivered yet… That would be with fixed helmet installation. Thank you Bear PS.: At Amazon I have discovered these, which would be affordable:http://www.amazon.de/…/ref=sr_1_19?…

  • Peugeot Elyso goes on, turns up and off for a short while.

Good evening. I turn to you because I just don’t know any more at the Elyso 50. In short, but to the background. The scooter belongs to my father. He bought it again in 2000. At the beginning of 2009 it didn’t run at all. We looked for the mistake but didn’t find it at the time. A few days ago we took the scooter out of the garage and put it on again. At that time the problem was that the scooter didn’t want to start. So today many years later search I already had the suspicion that the CDI was defective. What have we done? – New CDI without immobilizer (An original CDI is almost priceless and is not worth it since the engine is not running at the moment) Would we buy when it is driving again. – New cylinders, pistons, piston rings and seals. – Spark plug – ignition we had changed at the time. However, we removed these and cleaned them. – Changed petrol – Lower pressure pump – Changed ignition cable and plug g with the original CDI it does the same thing as it did then. It doesn’t start. With the new CDI it starts after a longer start, then turns up for about 1 – 2 seconds and then goes out again. Each time the spark plug is wet when I expand it. The float in the carburetor does not hang, it moves as it should. For me it gets too much gasoline, only that was My thought was that the carburettor was broken. But actually there is nothing in there that can break. Nozzles are both free, all holes in the carburettor are also free because compressed air goes through everywhere. The new vacuum pump works, so it does not run through when the engine rests. I’ve already disassembled many different two-strokers and always got there. But here I’m perplexed. On the scooter is really all original, it was not tuned or i So if anyone has a solution, I’m open to anything.

  • TPH complete electronics dead

Moin, I got a scooter (TPH, Piaggio) a week ago, which has been standing under an outdoor canopy for two to three years. The engine can be easily started via the kickstarter. However, the complete electronics (except for the brake light) is without function (hupe, e-starter, turn signal, dipped light/Fernlight/Standlight, speedometer lighting, tank/oil indicator). After I have disconnected the battery and increased the engine speed, the tank/oil and speedometer indicator lit up. The voltage regulator is also new. At this point, the voltage is also due to the output terminals. A pass test with the multimter on all cables did not result in a cable break. All switches and contacts were disassembled by me, cleaned and processed with contact spray. Also, a contact spray was used for the control of the battery. ll light bulbs have been tested for function. Do I perhaps think too complicated and the solution is quite simple ?

  • TGB Bullet 50cc scooter gasoline drips at failure VIDEO

Hello dear community, I would need your help with my TGB Bullet. He usually drives like an A, sometimes has only small problems, which can be easily fixed. Now I threw him again after a longer life 3/4 year. After 2 times kicking he reacted immediately and jumped on. After he could slowly keep his stand speed on his own, he started to drip below the carburetor (probably the component will be the carburetor). Only less than the engine ran. and after switching off then more. Unfortunately I have no knowledge of the construction and am grateful for every tip! Thank you! A video shows the dripping part of the carburetor. The picture shows the brass outlet from which the petrol outlet.

  • Scooter does not pull petrol to the engine

Servus people, I have throttled a Peugeot Jetforce C-Tech 50ccm. Recently I made a cylinder change as well as membrane, CDI, intake nozzles, air filter… The scooter went well for 200-300km. Yesterday I started again quite normally and put the scooter off at my destination. Short service life and suddenly the scooter went on and more. Carburettor cleaned spark plug tested. Then I noticed, spark plug dry and absolutely no smell of gasoline. Does it mean that the petrol comes into the carburetor but not to the engine. Did anyone have the same problem or know what my scooter might have? Look forward to your answers.

  • Workshop means it is what is defective which is actually not defective was ??

Good afternoon, I brought my 125 Aeon Urban to the workshop for valve adjustment and belt change. Suddenly the workshop called me and when they had raised the device, they would have noticed that the rear rim was loose and he had the thing in his hand… So then I ask myself how this works?? I drove the scooter daily, did an oil change and everything and had the thing on the main stand (back wheel relieved) and I didn’t notice any game. Especially since I drove the scooter there too and a loose rear wheel you would definitely have noticed! End of song, the workshop wants to install a new rim and move with removal installation etc it would cost almost 400 euros. ADDITIONAL to the work I wanted to do…. What should I think of it ??

  • Runner FXR 180 Cold start problems

Hi I’ve read a lot here and I still can’t get really further. I’ve done a Runner FXR 180, Bj 1999 with 7000 km on the clock. Inspections always. Last 2010. After that about 680 km. I wanted to start it at this time of year. Unfortunately without success. First E-Starter……nothing. I didn’t want to empty the battery and then used the Kickstarter. After feeling 20 kicks the Runner reacted. He went on and off again. Again Kick….again and again The intervals, after he went out again, were from time to time longer….until he finally ran. And from then on he ran really well. Roller turned off, 4 hours of walking and pressed E-starter. Again briefly on and immediately again….again E-start….again and again. now the intervals were also longer here until he finally ran. Seems to be too cold to the engine and I tapped on the E Choke. Built out and looked at the top. Engine was cold when the engine was disassembled….the Sp Then I put the choke in the freezer and then the tip was a little bit further in it. Then let it settle at room temperature and the tip came further out, as far as the brass body was completely outside and a small spring appeared behind it. Obviously the choke is fine. I now type on a dirty/resinated carburettor, where the channel for the cold mixing mixture may be clogged. The carburettor is now supposed to be in the Ultr Ashallbad. Do you have any other suggestions? Greetings Michael

  • Nova Motors takes up the operating temperature no more gas

Moin Together. I bought a scooter for my partner yesterday as a surprise. Nova Motors year 2017 with Lambdasonde, 4 clocks, 45 K/mh. When I drive it instead and go, everything is fine. But after reaching the operating temperature it slows down and takes no more gas. Like when a petrol tap is turned on. If I stop, it doesn’t go out and the engine runs nicely round in line. I tried the needle from the carburetor on all the grooves yesterday. It’s a new battery and spark plug. Air filter clean. The private salesman has tried something for himself. He’s always been fascinating something from Lambdasonde. Achso: And the white (motor block) light always flashes at intervals once. Can someone help you at short notice? I wanted to surprise you at the weekend.
