With my scooter (btm bt49qt-20a) the fuse, which hangs on the thin red cable from the battery, burned immediately when the ignition was switched on. As a result, the electronics were completely gone (light, horn, indicators), but the scooter got started and the engine was running. Now I removed this part, because it obviously burned through somehow, and everything works again as it should. I did not bridge the place where it was. Who has an Ahun g what that could be. I assume it’s some kind of resistance (measuring device indicates 6.4 ohms) but for what, even if everything works without it?

No, the Zwiebacksaw doesn’t want to throttle down, it should stay at 25km/h, does not want to stress with the Cheriff’s What bothers me is the high speed (shit automatic) on the straight and mountain down and the associated fuel consumption of around 4 liters/100km. Reactivation of deep discharge gel batteries
Mojn, I have two 12V gel batteries deep-loaded by service life; both were up around the 6V, both are now back up to the 11.8V, but the charger now stays for hours at each one at a constant 14.5V charge voltage, heating up properly without indicating that it wants to get ready. At least with one of the two batteries, the charging level remains relatively constant after disconnection, thus without significant self-discharge over the course of hours; the Of course, the charger does not remain on the grid when I leave the apartment, so that the respective charging process is always interrupted, also so that the loading ditch can cool down in between. The question is now whether it seems sensible to continue the charging processes? They are almost full, at least with regard to the voltage. Mhm Booster Rocket chokes after cylinder and carburetor change
Hello together, to get me for the summer a small Spasmobil I bought myself in the summer a Mbk Booster Rocket as a hobby scooter. The hook was that the scooter did not sprung with the old exhaust, so I ordered a new one and the scooter ran make the first kicks again like a 1. Now my consideration was to combine a 70s sport cylinder in combination with a 17.5 carburetor to have a little more suit. At the exhaust I have myself for a TNT silent pro e I drive the 17.5 carburetor with the original air filter (have changed the pillow for that of malossi). So now comes the hook . I have had by now almost every main nozzle that there is, but I have always the same problem . The scooter starts at first occurs, accelerates perfectly high and after about 200 meters it chokes off as if the float chamber was empty. So to exclude that the carburetor dirt from the tank I pulled the tank and the Benz i filter cleaned, the hoses look good so far, but I just can’t get rid of the problem. After a few hours I am now so far that I think about building everything original again and let it go because that’s how it went. I have another 2-stroke moped, where I also changed the carburettor and it runs without any problems. Is there a mistake on my part that I’m looking over? Vllt can help me. Thanks

How do you recognize a broken crankshaft? (Question for beginners)
Hello, I’m new here in the forum and a beginner in things “on the scooter rumbasteln”. although today I desperately tried to solve the mother of the variomatics. Since the mother is so bomb-proof and I didn’t get a piece of it turned, I gave it up last end and screwed the Vario lid in again. After I was done with it, I put myself on the pc and googled how to solve the mother best without ruining anything. while I read that we nn one pulls the nut too tight (i.e. without torque key), that one can damage the crankshaft. Then of course I thought “damn!, this could be the case with me now”. Now my question as already written above: How do I recognize if my crankshaft is damaged? Need help with the cable salad with the Rex RS 450
Hello It took me 1.5 weeks ago to buy a Rex RS 450, because I was allowed to scrap my car and there is no new one in it. The scooter is quite ok, but somehow it is bad. Living on a mountain and I only come crawling up on one side with just 15 km/h. When I was overtaken by another 50 scooter quite easily, I thought it could not be right. Also the scooters I had in my youth did not have such problems with the mountain. The scooters were not hairy. ^^ I then looked at YT how I can see if the throttle is still in it and then looked at the cables. There was clearly what was done only I didn’t know what and which cable belonged to where. Can someone here perhaps help me and say what was botched there? And what else could it be that the scooter pulls so badly? Thanks P.S. also strangely I find that on the CDI with Edding 30km/h, he stands, but on the straight line (only if it doesn’t go minimally uphill xD) already drives its 45km/h.

Hello dear community, I have the following device and I’m about to light the mill! Speedfight 2 100 S2AB Dellorto PHBG 21 DS Racing Black Edition, HD 85, ND 45, needle clip middle, 50g float, 40er slider Polini Boost Bottle NGK BR8ES Cylinder – Piston – Membrane – Seals/Rings (except for the KW) renewed after eater through broken oil pump / runs now mixed with 1/50 ? before the change the box ran despite fresser better than now… 17.5 carburetor with a 65er HD was on it ( with which the car does not even start now)!!! now to the problem… with the current spray it stutters when starting up to approx. 40kmh and then it goes with hardly any speed further up to almost 65… more is not possible. The following I have already tried HD 105, ND 50 (minimally rubbed) ? accelerated up to approx. 60kmh (depending on the mix setting more or less) ? speed goes down (as would no sprite come) ? bang with puncture flame back out ? accelerates again something ? the whole starts from the front HD 100, ND 50 (minimum rubbed) ? accelerates to about 50kmh (depending on the mix setting more or less) ? speed goes down (as would no sprite come) ? bang with puncture flame back out ? accelerates again something ? the whole starts from the front HD 95, ND 50 (minimum rubbed) ? accelerates to about 40kmh (depending on the mix setting more or less) ? speed goes down (as would no sprite come) ? bang with puncture flame back out ? accelerates again something ? the whole starts from the beginning HD 95, ND 45 ? super train for a second ? stutters up to 60 (no matter what mix setting) HD 90, ND 45/50 ? stutters up to 30 (no matter which mix setting) ? with hardly speed up to 45 etc. have tried from HD 60 – 110 / ND 45- 55 / 40g and 50g floats / 40s and 50s slide / needle clip in all positions, all combinations and settings… have the faxes thick!
