Without the start pilot, nothing and if I pull at the gas at the start it runs about but also a maximum of 1-2 seconds. black spots or oxidation in the motor – remove or insert crankshaft?
In the evening, I bought a used replacement engine for my Honda Bali 50, which became unusable the other one. The engine is fixed, the seller said, I bought it for a narrow thaler. The condition of the engine was desolate, at least I split the engine with trouble (because of the condition), new crankshaft etc. are ready, but the black spots or the oxidation make me still headache. With pictures. I cleaned it for hours, sanded it, currently it looks so S. Could the engine be installed like this, or should the black snot be completely removed? What is the best way to do that? Various attachments for the Dremel are used, but not everywhere you get in well, I don’t want to clean the Lsger seats too much.

Set carburetor – 4 measure – Help needed
Huhu I have now finally taken off the round turned heads with a slot screwdriver + hammer. Clean thing New screws + spring rings are already ready. Now I finally see my gas needle, which has a clip to adjust (4 steps). Currently the clip is on the 3 stage (see picture) My main nozzle set has also arrived, consisting of 80, 82, 84, 86 , 88, 90 (4mm Bring) My carburettor: https://www.ebay.de/…/182688643854?… Main nozzle 82 (4mm Bing) Side nozzle 33 A close-wide suction nozzle 28mm connection width air filter 38mm ZK greyish / white, so much too lean. Valve nozzles are re-set a few days ago ( 0.1 / 0.1 ) Which main nozzle should I start with? I fav. now the 84 and need another tip what do I do with the clip for the gas needle? So set higher equally fatter? Or just change the clip and leave the 82 HD in it? many thanks

rex rs 450 battery charge condition problems
hello scooter friends, I have a problem with the charge of the battery at my rex scooter rs-450 from ca. 2008 . I drive almost exclusively with standing light , use every eye view in which I can drive without light , on the garage grounds or parking spaces to keep the battery as full as possible . I have charged them before 2 tank fillings , i.e. about 200km and about a month over an external , very good charger and now the battery is again so empty that the scooter with the e-s I checked the charge when the engine is running on the battery about 13V, that is, it definitely takes place a charge. someone knows the problem, can’t imagine it’s the battery somehow. it keeps the voltage very well over the mentioned period. mfg

Peugeot Kisbee – Mirror can no longer be screwed or loosened – what to do?
Hi. I have the problem that the left mirror of my scooter can no longer be screwed or solved. On uneven roads, the mirror is constantly shaking and turns to me. The screw seems to have been overturned. I don’t know if it was me or if it was already like this (have bought the scooter used). 1. How can I solve the screw now? 2. How can I get the mirror fixed again? If the screw can be removed just buy a new screw? And if the screw can be removed the screw cannot be removed for the time being how do I fix the mirror then? Humming sound of Keeway Outlook 125i after transmission repair
Hello together I took over the above mentioned vehicle a few months ago with a transmission damage and in the last weeks the transmission was re-stocked and the transmission output shaft replaced (running surface for shaft sealing was damaged during removal). As was shown during the repair, the scooter was last moved without gear oil. The gears looked still intact for me, therefore I did not replace the input shaft and the intermediate wheel. After the repair is l The sound is audible in the attached video. During the repair I took some photos, without focusing on certain details. I also attach the most meaningful photos. What could be the most likely cause of the problem with this description/documentation? I am not sure if I am able to get the most out of it.

Hose goes from exhaust into the air filter box on scooter?
Hello I have the JJ50QT-17B 50ccm 2 clock scooter I noticed recently that a hose from the exhaust is connected directly to the air filter box (see pictures). Now I wonder what this is and what it should bring. Does someone know what this is? And can I just take it off or does the scooter not run anymore or is that bad for the motor when the cable is gone? Because I actually wanted to order a new air filter box but I just can’t find any who also has a connection for this cable. Thank you for your help and your answers.

Kymco Agility E4 Dellorto ECU defect?
Hello guys, Have Kymco Agility E4 BJ.2018 50cc LC2U010B1…. Engine number: KN10A1011265 Is with the Dellorto E4 carburetor. Running power 2110 Km I have the following problem: During the drive when you turn up the gas like a jerk it starts to stutter strongly and then just does not drive anymore no matter how long you hold the gas then, only after you let it go and slowly give gas it drives again, it feels like a speed limiter attacks like with the 25kmh scooter with electronically throttled CDI. I have somehow suspected the ECU, maybe someone has experience how such an ECU behaves when she has one away. The error lamp does not blink on even after longer driving. I have tried the following. Switched: petrol, petrol filter, air filter, spark plug, jerks and sliding shoes 6.5 grams, belts original Cleaned: carburetor, air filter box, filter of the solenoid. Submitted: valve game Tested: petrol valve, compression 11 bar, whether slurry If they are free, converters are tested, ignition coils are measured on testers and ignition lines. Had it read out again, error codes are not stored and values are inconspicuous, Poti from the carburetor reacts immediately when measuring.
