  • Which carburetor Neos 50 2t

Moin municipality, I just picked something up above because I don’t know the exact type yet. So, I got used Yamaha Neos 50 year of construction 2017, two-stroke carburetor with oil sockets and petrol filling sockets under the seat. Because the Moppi has stood for a long time and I don’t feel like cleaning the carburetor, I would like to buy and grow just a new carburetor with e-choke. Maybe someone from insiders might say what exactly that must be for a carburetor s? There are some with 12 mm up to 18mm. I don’t want to tune anything, I don’t want to do anything faster, I just want to run neatly and cleanly. Maybe your swarm knowledge helps further? Greetings of the Gardiner

  • Vespa LX 50 4T No power with warm engine

Hello, my Vespa LX 50 4T (approx. 6.000km) has the following problem: If the engine is at operating temperature, e.g. after 5 km drive, you can notice a significant loss of power. On the straight line the Vespa reaches the top speed, but as soon as a bigger climb comes, you almost stop. At a place where I can easily get up with a cold engine with approx. 25-30 km/h, it reaches with a warm engine only a maximum of 5-10 km/h. Idle is then very unstable, so that you always have to keep the engine at a bit of speed so that it doesn’t go off. Other information that might be helpful: When starting the engine, you have to press the gas train a little bit, but then jump it immediately on the first attempt. If ma wouldn’t give a gas, it doesn’t start so easily. Is this normal? Valve game has already been set, the cold has been started. start somewhat improved, but nothing at the problem power loss improved with warm engine. Complete service with oil change, air filter, spark plug was carried out, but also here no improvements. Carburettor removed and cleaned, carburettor re-set. Also here no improvement. My first suspicion was with E-Choke, which is why I removed it and connected it to 12V. After one to two minutes the piston was then clearly out. That’s why it seems where Would be great if you could help me further 🙂 In the appendix you see a picture of the spark plug. In my opinion it looks too dark.

  • Scooter Exhaust Question

Moin Leude, I am quite fresh here and have a question in the hope that one can help me. I have throttled an Explorer Iron 50 from ATU 50ccm to 25 km/h (electronically) and have bought a exhaust system from Leovince Handmade TT. According to the salesman, this exhaust is compatible with my copy. Anyway, I noticed on my original that there is a kind of hose leading to the exhaust and apparently has a function to fulfil. euen exhaust clamp, however, it is not possible, since there is no connection on my new exhaust as on the original. Take a look at the attached pictures and maybe you know what it is, whether it is important and how or whether I can even mount my new exhaust on my scooter. Thank you very much.

  • Peugeot Speedfight 3 has no performance

Hello, you really need your help. I bought the days for my son, who will soon be 15, a 2012 speedfight 3, water cooled, with just 2600km, to 25kmh. On the test trip more immediately fell on that the scooter had no power at all and I barely got away from the spot, the salesman meant this is the throttle ring because he was throttled to 25 and thus the performance is missing. I said no, the performance has to be there, just not so fast. He also meant that the scooter had been standing for 5 months, I thought of a dirty forget, yes and I can clean it. Priced agreed and now he has been standing with me for a few days. I completely disassembled the carburettor and the lf, externally full with fine sand, also the lf, totally dirty. I checked the cold start automatic and worked perfectly. Previously everything was built together, 5 times emptied and the scooter ran again…….in the gas give unfortunately still zero lei I thought, maybe the scooter didn’t have any compression because almost or no oil was in the tank???? we then removed the throttle ring, yes what should I say? The scooter had power and accelerated it to 50 (must brake), but I think there must be more at the acceleration. Back to the throttle ring. Is that really normal that the throttle swallows so much power? That would be really dangerous then, people, I don’t come from the spot with the throttle ring. did I come in, what do you think, is it possible to mix it up? If yes, how do I do it? Someone else idea what it can be? I had read the exhaust, too. Lost weights, if something like that goes on? No idea anymore, because, your help is asked 🙂

  • Noise of exhaust gas, engine idle and vehicle standstill

‘N Evening, what could be the reason that after a few seconds in standing vehicle exhaust odour is perceived, whereby the driver only stops on the road and also does not descend from the scooter? This exhaust odour straight into the nose and is quite intense. Could that seal be over which connects the exhaust with the engine? However, an exit of exhaust gases in the area of the engine can not be seen. ciao Wauhoo

  • Aprillia SR50 Motard 2T no longer accepts gas

Moin love two-stroke friends, So I now had “quasi” for months calm with my baby. Except that more and more has opened up, that my low pressure gasoline tap probably had one away (starting difficulties after longer standing). I finally changed it. However, I still had the problem that he did not jump in some places really well. So I just sporadically went on false air search and see there: The suction nozzle was bursted / torn. Since I Now I didn’t have any original to hand, I took an open one that I still had to lie around (No, no intention to do it but as a transition until the original suction nozzle is there). On the way to work the thing suddenly popped around, took only minimal gas.. Speed 5 – 15 km/h. I thought the seals might be on the membrane block, so I ordered them as well. They were there earlier, so I installed them directly. No change. The same problem still exists. The new vacuum box definitely does what it is supposed to do. Unfortunately, it is not an OEM part but because I got nothing else here in the local shop, one of Naraku. I’m a little desperate right now, which could still be. Especially because in the beginning it takes off gas.. Then it shits off, stays like that.. And then it happens that he briefly gets sucked in and gets the built-in in in the hope that it finally works. If I try to pull the gas tap through then it sounds to me as if it doesn’t ignite any more. So if I keep this all the time, it just goes out. Before I thought it was something on the lollipop because it didn’t go out when I stuffed my finger in the air. He just pulled air from somewhere else because I forgot to put a screw in the box. Because that’s not the problem, too. Well, I hope someone here can help me get my baby back to work.

  • Help with Aprilia Red Rose Classic 50 BJ 93

Hello dear ones, yesterday at noon I picked up mine (or the Red Rose which is supposed to get my wife). Unfortunately the condition is a bit worse than expected. The bike was sent to hibernation and after that it didn’t wake up. The owner had missed the mistake himself but did not find the right one. After my inventory earlier I had to find out what was missing here and there. Please look at the pictures, maybe you can help me further. n. At the carburetor and at the oil pump(?) it looks like if a hose is missing. Likewise, at the top of the gearbox there is a black nipple..is there a hose on it or is it just the vent? The drive chisel sits very far outside the gearbox and somehow oblique on it, missing spacer..Safety screw??? I don’t know. On the cooler only missing the lid I would say.. has someone accidentally lying around and doesn’t need it anymore??? Does anyone have a wiring plan? in a few in the air, does one of you live in the Reutlinger/Tübinger room and could the good piece look at what might be missing or wrong or help?! Thank you very much in advance and a hopefully cooling night Philipp

  • In case the TÜV gives us a break… switch to scooter?

1st Yamaha Virago 125 – was a nice comfortable part and very reliable. Only what the durability was, so had, despite regular inspection etc, the engine after about 68,000 km only the compression, like a bursted balloon. (was new vehicle). 2. Honda Rebel – used with about 5,000 km on the clock. Was also a reliable vehicle, also convenient and start mi almost 70,000 km on the clock. in the Mercedes (he had not noticed stop sign and I had not done anything further – but Möp was gone). It was done on the nothing except oil and air filter, as well as chain set changes – not even inspection or anything. Just, as I now notice on the 3rd machine, was a Honda. They just do what they were built for. 3. Jetzige machine Honda Varadero. Is the absolute madness – reliable like an old deutz, maintenance as with the Rebel and runs and runs… with meanwhile about 77,000 km better than with the approx. 12,000, where I bought them used. Oil consumption to approx. 7,000 KM quasi 0. Now next year is TÜV and I guess that due to the mileage and age some costs will come to me. Brake caliper front, possibly swing and steering head bearings, tires – already alone because of the age of approx. 5 years (would I exchange anyway). The vehicles were not pure fun vehicles but commercial vehicles and brought me always the summer about at daily about 80Km reliable to work. Now the question arises for me – am not the youngest anymore (62), whether I should switch to a scooter. If the TÜV divides us, is after all in the normal light power market for motorcycles what in the mentioned kind to get no more – sometimes from Chinese etc. apart – but something like that does not come into my house. If, then there is either Honda or Yamaha – even if the are more expensive – but to me quality and reliability before price. In the case of the mentioned brands, for example, 125 motorcycles, is either quite small or rather a racing machine for 16 – 18 year olds – for the customer group certainly OK but not really for me. I have already looked around a little on the net – and as a commercial vehicle the Honda Forza would probably be considered – also because the test reports say that it should be reliable, economical, smooth and comfortable. It is also important for me to have a good light, what it should have (LED), because age-related the Have you ever experienced something like this before? I guess next year I’ll have the Forza test and see if that fits. An old used Varadero or Shadow would be an alternative but they are all very old and I would have the same problems as the current Vara relatively quickly. If the TÜV should not divorce us, it will of course continue to drive – the same mileage will pack the certainly still one time. As I said – for me – regardless of the price only something solid reliable in question. The text has now become a little longer but I think you can see what is important to me.

  • Gasoline expires

Hello together, the following problem (Daelim S3 125ccm) after the full tanking. Under the scooter there was nothing thought about a small puddle and from work. There then on the work evening a light petrol smell found, but not looked more closely there are several two wheels there.. At home and the next day then a puddle was found. It is definitely petrol. Now I have seen that it is the connection nozzle or hose from the tank is leaking. https://www.dataparts.eu/… /fuel tank Have already removed parts from the running board, but I can’t get there. Looks like the inner lining has to be removed, but I can’t get it solved. Does anyone know if they have to remove the front panel!? Bzw. if this is enough then or if I am on the way to the wood!? Thank you for your help!

Hello and good morning I bought me yesterday a used Explorer Race GT 50. Probe drove everything ok. I then drove into the bus and put on the main stand and fastened. So arrived at home he no longer jumps to New candle pure new battery. Nothing helped when kickstartering it sounds like sometimes the pinion does not snap and electric start it pulls through but does not jump any more.
