  • Piaggio Gilearo Runner 50 SP Don’t jump on

    Good morning The ca 2 year old scooter Piaggio Gilearo does not start. “Baster” have tried to haircut this scooter, which probably did not work. (piston eater etc.) Now of these hobbyists a new piston, cylinder & cylinder head was mounted. After various start attempts they have given up. Controlled I have : 1. spark plug (new ) 2. spark is there (but very weak ) 3. carburetor; fuel arrives ( was however after 40 x start off off; crankcase half 4th carburetor, gaskets, valve looks all optically good 5th battery is new, and charged 6th When spinning through with Kickstarter Compression is noticeable After drying the candle and starting with Startpilot no success.     Hi people! wanted to ask you how you like the winter so roller-technically. do you leave in or drive you despite all the smoothness on? so I live rather rural, not in the city, where thousands of cars warm the streets every day…that means, of course, that the roads here are quite covered with snow and ice, it is not a meter, but a small layer of snow is already available and where no snow is lying, it is quite frozen. until now I have been in such weather conditions n rather the fingers left from the scooter, however, the cycling also slowly hangs out to my neck, because it takes twice as long and you don’t want to be in the cold longer than necessary. therefore I wanted to ask how you do it? have you made bad experiences in such weather conditions? do you often slip or can the vehicle be kept upright quite well? thank you already in advance!

  • Simson Schwalbe Kr51/1 Problems after reconstruction

    Hallöle, I bought a swallow after about 15 years of consideration iin miserable condition (see picture 1u.2 ). Now I have a few problems: Circuit: The gears go in only on the last pusher. What can this be? Is the clutch or the gearbox in the bucket? Electrical: After installing a new ignition lock, charging system, complete wire harness etc. it hits me as soon as I turn on the light the fuse and it only goes the final light (no parking light) e, brake light, indicator, idle light, etc.) Who could give me detalized help?   • Simson SR50 Start Problem

    Hi to each other….I would be happy if you could help me with my problem…. So I had a Simson SR 50 Bj.89. No more compression, that’s why a new head with cylinder, piston and piston rings got on it. In addition I had problems with my old Orginalvegaser. That’s why I decided briefly and hit a BING on it. The first kick, the machine started immediately (with choke of course). Then I drove with her a round…everything top !!!! On the next day I wanted to drive and the box just doesn’t want to! After about 100-200x kicking she then started. (Now Vauden like a horse). Again driven, everything great. Pulled horny doesn’t go out and so on. Then I have to refuel. Haha again same problem. Kicking kicking, drinking, sniffing, kicking, kicking……then I had the faxn thick. I put it on. After about 100m she jumped against. M Latin at the end…You are already about 4 months around you. When I kick her, comes a hammer bang out of the tube and partly also smoke out of the base plate housing… Can anyone help me ?????? What is the reason that I don’t get her ???

Changing everything went well.. I bought the scooter used and it was bad at the beginning white the carburettor setting was wrong. I have a detangled Laser X Pro exhaust and don’t know how to vote it so… The scooter is thus completely detached (D-Ding, CDI and ha) The laser) Currently I have a 47.5 main nozzle but I think that it is too small or? If I have completely throttled it with the exhaust which main nozzle could I need? I would buy a tuning set but there are also different sizes. With which size should I start?     Hi Scooter friends, I have a scooter engine here (although a QT6, JSD50QT-13) that didn’t sprung up any more. Carburettor is new, pistons and rings I changed, cylinder looks still good, the rings still fit inside the tolerance (0.4mm gap) in the cylinder. The old rings were already worn out. Now I have put everything back together, oiled everything, new seals in and also the valves checked again. So this fits now. Only I want the now before I a How? Fill fuel into the float chamber with a syringe, the syringe can also be used as a mini-tank.
