  • KEEWAY EASY 50 bucks around

Hi I’m an owner of a Keeway Easy 50 scooter since 2013, but I’ve had a stupid problem with it for a few weeks. I had this scooter used at about 400 km. It was always great. First inspection was only after 2 years. The scooter now has 6400 km down. I am not a real craftsman myself, but I also have no 2 left hands To the problem : about 3 weeks ago the scooter drained in the middle of 50 kmh operation. After that the scooter did not start, but it was not white t from home, so I pushed it. The day after it started normal and I went refueling. 10 km it drove without problems. The day after there was nothing more . Neither kicking nor e-start. I thought, since it already has some 1000 km down, why not renew some parts. I renewed the petrol tap,Zündspule/cable,Zündkerze,Zündkerzenstecker,Griebeöl,Bremsen front and back, air filter box complete,Zündriemen. It changed nothing. I handed over the scooter a hobby scooter Bastler. When I d d I found another carburetor (not the same) and changed the float and needle once. didn’t bring anything, I think it was going to lean. Yesterday I had completely disassembled the Org carburetor and put it in the bucket with Corega tabs. Then original float and needle again, and cleanly made spark plug. The scooter ran impeccable. Zündk erze was deer brown. I drove 15 km with it yesterday. However, I have to say …. the test yesterday was WITHOUT AKKU today battery ran and started again. Tank filled up…. and after 1 km drunk and VERGASER TRANSFERS WITH BENZIN! I really need a plan… the scooter professionals say here 3-4 weeks waiting time for the repair. What do you think I should do ? New carburettor ? New scooter ? Original carburettor = PZ19JB

  • Digital display retrofitting … speed, rotation, temperature

Disclaimer: it’s not about tuning or manipulating the speed! My used scooter has a very imprecise speedometer, a tank indicator and a few more lamps. As a hobbyist, I therefore came up with the idea of whether a digital display for various information could be retrofitted. Here are the features: + no structural intervention + access via Android & iOS + tachometer with Vmax/Vavg + tank/drive book + total/day kilometer + compass/GPS position + tachometer + engine/outside temperature + Battery charge + petrol/oil tank level + date/time + location/theft tracking + push notification + …What else do you want? The entire display will be completely open source, i.e. the electronics, hardware, firmware and 3D housing can be retrofitted, improved and even commercialized. The material costs would be almost 15 euros.Technical implementation: * OLED (display) * ESP32 (wifi/bluetooth) * GSM module (Internet) * GSP sensor (tacho) * HALL sensor (turnaround) * NTC sensors (tem) peratur) * RTC module (clock) * LDR sensor (dimmer) * … No cables can be tapped for implementation, via which an electronic throttling could be realized or which mean a structural change in the sense of the penalty regulation. During the ride nothing can be adjusted at the settings for security reasons. The scooter must stand to adjust the mini-board computer via smartphone. If such a digital display would be interesting or there is this with the above mentioned function Is that what you’re talking about?

  • Piston eater what to do? Piaggio Liberty 50 S Sport 2 measure

Can it be that this minimal adjustment deviation in terms of oil pump caused a piston eater? (see picture) Piston eater shows itself as follows. Oil pump installed and set. Driven about 10 km without problems, then parked in garage. On the next day no more starting possible neither E-starter nor Kickstarter, Kickstarter blocked – you feel it clamps. Vario open – belts can be rotated about 5 – 10 cm in any direction, but then blocked. g Oil trace under the scooter. Spark plug shows black and oiled – funny, if you think that there is allegedly no oil in the cylinder because of piston eater. Well, my question. Changing is not a witchcraft, because there are only a few screws and seals. If I go here now and change the piston with the cylinder, I have to make sure where the piston eater comes from. Can you check the oil pump for function? I have to empty the carburettor so that petrol does not come again without oil. What m Do I need to know how to proceed???

  • Aerox drives me crazy

Hello guys, the Aerox doesn’t come from the spot. Well- He has to move 110 kg extra when I’m sitting on it, but he should actually do that. The engine starts immediately, the Leo-Vince – exhaust makes a hell of a noise – only the good piece does not move forward, you can give gas as you want. If you push, it runs off at some point and you have the (subjective) feeling that it is getting faster now. However, then come back engine dropouts, probably the Verga In the variator I have replaced the 4.3 g – weights there with the original ones (something more than 6 g and the slightly glazed coverings of the centrifugal force coupling I thawed with emery paper. The V-belt looks great. Nevertheless – no difference. The thing does not start up, I can give full throttle as long as I keep alone with the legs, nothing works. I am now close to the Aerox, after the If I spent more than 50 hours in this thing, disassembly into its parts and screw it up. A good advice could possibly save me and the Aerox…

  • Scooter with 300 to 400 ccm

Hello, after I sold my Yamaha X-Max 250 last year, I’m looking for a scooter again. It’s supposed to be a manoeuvrable flicker for the city and country road, I hardly drive a highway. My Prio is on good performance/weight ratio. So it should be at the light of the King. There are nowadays the 300s or 350s with the driving performance of the 400s. 25hp he should have at least. Which are to be recommended or. what experiences have you made with this class?

  • How is the holding spring of the brake pads of the disc brake used correctly?

I’m just a bit perplexed, because the brake does not really brake after the change of the brake lining made by the dealer; moreover, it squeaks recently, and there is also no real brake pressure built up by means of brake lever compared to before. The brake pads themselves are used correctly, but this “spring” is built in such a way that the brake piston is blocked rather than that it can effectively press against the brake lining. Since the Kisbee is still standing around here, I looked there; this there just If existing “spring” is used there completely differently. If I use this “spring” with the current scooter as well, I do not get the corresponding, similar brake lining used. This “spring” has been ordered with the coverings and re-installed; for me, therefore, the question is in the room whether a wrong “spring” has been ordered or delivered, because the coverings, which have already been changed several times, (the scooter currently has over 43,000 km), are the original coverings, like they have always been installed so far; only the “spring” itself has been replaced for the first time. Incidentally, I can’t find the maintenance manual for this current scooter in the WWW.

  • X9 does not start

Moin, I have a new problem with the X9 last time I drove quite normally and put the bowl in the evening to the regular place normal sleep. After more than a week of service I wanted to drive again and get the thing just not on. Battery unorganized, pushed to the car and there with starting aid further to togelelt.. no chance..jumps nciht. In between he seemed to want to start quite briefly, but then again not. Ignition candle out, this looked dark a without spark plug (has put on plug and mass) a few times turn to blow out any fuel that may be too much in there etc.. An ignition spark is there and well visible. Candle again in, further torgelt. Nix. Then I put it away again and tried it again after 3 days – nothing – and then started to take the apart, the whole tupper stuff off etc. candle works, is still relatively new and has the correct electrode distance. Dan I removed the hose from the petrol pump to the carburetor and let the starter run – petrol arrives at the carburetor. So it’s not the pump either. Does anyone have an idea what else to do? Except to leave 300+ euros in a workshop? Piaggio X9 (no EVO), 250 ccm, Honda engine Gruss, Micha.

  • Kymco Super 8 Variomatic lid alternative?

Hello friends. Maybe one of you knows an answer. My buddy has broken the Vario cover of his super 8 50 4T with 14 inches rims. And that’s the recording of the Kickstarter co-driver sniper. This has everything blocked inside and well has now installed my lid for him as I have the same scooter and am not dependent on it. Now to the question. Is there an alternative to the original part? This would cost 127 € plus the kicker parts as these also in pity There we end up at almost 170€ Would be a big help if one of you knows an alternative because my buddy is not at the cash register at the moment. Motor iat yes as far as I know a gy6 139qmb. In ebay there is only up to 12 inches lid and there I am simply not sure which could fit. Used I have already looked for and how should it be different. Nix found. If one here has a random home I would also take the thank you in advance.

  • Scooter – wrong oil fuelled

Moin people, I’m new to this forum and I know that there has already been such a topic, but I couldn’t relate it to my situation. I don’t know much about scooters and engines, but I’d like to look at it myself instead of going to a workshop, especially since the items aren’t really expensive. I recently bought an Explorer Race GT 50, with an expanded oil tank, which is why I have to fill it up in advance. I was in a hurry in the morning and when I was off the tank was empty. In the hectic I picked up a tank, which is actually intended for my outboard engine, I thought, there is also super in it and 1:50 2T oil. I started it a few times, but it always went out again after a short time. In retrospect I didn’t think that there is 2T oil for a water-cooled outboard engine and not for an air-cooled engine. I let the tank run out and filled the right mixture. I suspect that the wrong oil has burned pistons, cylinders and carburetors. Could that be? Thank you in advance for your answers.

  • Speedfight 3 No spark after several ups and downs

Speedfight 3 AC Hey, now it also caught me and I have to ask in the forum for advice. I screwed the scooter up and down several times after a ride, because my main stand was fixed. After my main stand was free again (about 2 hours after) I wanted to go again and the scooter did not go on any more. No spark! CDI exchanged, rectifier exchanged, spark plug, spark plug, ignition coil exchanged, nothing. I measured after several desperate days now, possibly one can read from it exactly what is broken or what it is about. See Appendix PDF Must currently use the bike to school… Greeting Marc
