I have watched individual topics here already in the last days and also got tips here and tested and replaced them, but unfortunately everything didn’t work out and now I’m completely perplexed. I summarize: Used Vivacity (Bj 2010) bought. From the beginning starting difficulties at the cold start. After that everything went great. In the middle of the ride he suddenly went out, still two far re paint (for about 200 m each) and then went out permanently and has not started since then. Neither with kicker nor with starter The problem seems to be that no gasoline gets into the carburetor. Anyway, there is nothing out of the hose if I let the starter noodle. When the fuel pump is sucked in orally (the New Vivacity has a low pressure petrol pump, no petrol tap). The following is done and tested: – New carburetor incl. new e-Choke (once with 54 main nozzle). and once tried with 70 HD) – new rubber suction socket – new intake membrane block – new petrol hoses from the tank to the petrol pump, from the petrol pump to the carburetor and into the crankshaft room – petrol pump tested (sucked, blown) and then also petrol comes out of the hose, which flows into the carburetor – otherwise the seal is, if I expand and hold the air ducts and blow pure – everything seal and and also I could not notice any unusuals – ignition spark is available – other spark plug tried – no – petrol injected into the carburetor – no – petrol injected directly into the combustion chamber – no, therefore hole in the piston or similar – compression but 6,5 bar I really don’t know any more. The only part that is not new now is the petrol pump, which works during a function test…. Otherwise I don’t know any more. Do you have any ideas?

And the spark plug is getting wet… Which doesn’t mean that I don’t know what to do when a scooter is drunk – so I “dryed” it with a bolted spark plug, replaced the spark plug with a new one and still had the same problem! Hey, I have the following problem with my Speedy (approx. 16.000km). With E-Starter it doesn’t start at all, with Kickstart until the day before yesterday almost always. Now it is no longer a motor run after a short ride to restart, completely acidifies. Today new spark plug and ignition coil with plug installed, still no sparks. Are there any problems with the CDI or also cable breaks on the handlebars? The difference between kick and e-starter made me already stubborn, now can’t go at all. If I put the CC on the ground I have no spark. Does jmd have a tip? Thanks already

Hello driving a 2005 pantheon. Kilometer level 64,000 km. Yesterday I drove home and wondered that the scooter did not pull as usual. I stopped because I wanted to turn. When I started I heard strange noises and I didn’t come from the spot. Thought the belt would be torn. But after 4 tkm that would be a miracle. Anyway, the scooter gradually came out of the bend, but drove like a wet sack. Today I removed the vario lid. Visually everything ok. R Iemen was still healthy. One roll was angular, the others were still round. I cleaned everything and installed new rolls. Nevertheless, the scooter drives shitty. Can it be that the spring is broken and the scooter drives so shitty? Didn’t have the clutch off. But with the defective spring he shouldn’t drive properly. The vario works anyway, the strap is scraping but quite nicely. I always changed my belts and wheels myself. I was always good until now. I am also good. until yesterday about 4 tkm with the wheels and the belt driven. But something suddenly is not right anymore. At least it is not on the engine. Greeting Hans

Hello you love, I got an Aprilia SR50 DITECH from my brother-in-law. But the good piece doesn’t want to start. Now the machine looked at me once and found something inexplicable for me. What did I do? Car battery jammed, tried to start and only heard a small engine work. It turned out that the petrol pump was mute but the starter remained silent. Hello scooter experts, I have a little problem with my scooter (PGO, T-REX 50). The scooter has already been on the hump for a few years, but is really fast and I am super satisfied with it. Since the last winter he has however a small beauty defect. If I don’t start the scooter about two weeks, I can only get him to run with brake cleaner. Then he jumps immediately and after that everything is fine. Do you have an idea what this could be about And if a repair would be worth it?
