  • Bad start (starting only via Kickstarter), only runs really well when it is warm.

    Hello, I bought a used scooter and have the problem that if I left it there for a few hours, it only goes over the kickstarter (about 5min):/. And when it’s on and I drive I have to drive for a while until it runs cleverly. Because if I really give gas then it drives like only 20km/h and suddenly you notice then how it starts to pull again. But only when it is really warm it pulls up to 60km/h. Has one of the an idea to solve the problem for you?…I don’t want to take him to the workshop either, because I’d rather do it myself.

    Hello! Since I currently own a car, but this is not ideal for short distances, I am looking for a single-lane 50cm3 vehicle, which should last for absolute short distances. 4 devices are available.   • Still unsure of which 125 scooter..

    Hello, I want to get a 125 scooter for the coming season. I’m just unwise which scooter. Had already posted here, but I haven’t quite come to a final decision yet.. In the tight choice are now: Kymco People S 125 + Grand Bike + dealer on site + Kickstarter (run mostly only short distance in winter, whether the battery is always sufficiently charged..?) + bad robust technology – can I sit comparatively badly on it (193cm., knee broken –> knee angle, little space for the feet..) – for a 125er lame, little PS – Lt. of different magazines bad chassis.. weighs approx. 115Kg.. Honda PSI 125 + I can sit very well on it( therefore also the PSI 125 and not the SH 125, at the SH 125 I could sit in about as with the People S 125..) + modern engine, injector, powerful.. – no dealer on site, the nearest dealer is about 35 km away.. – suspension should be knocked out according to different magazines after approx. 4000Km, V At approx. 20000 km the variomatik is done, the exhaust until then even 5x.. – NO Kickstarter, if there sometimes in winter the battery does not want anymore.. Now I received the Honda PSI from a dealer, approx. 90km from my place of residence, for 2500,- Euro. List price approx. 3100,- Euro. Is a new vehicle from 2008.. So far the Honda PSI 125 was always a lot more expensive than the People S 125. Now at once both move in the same price frame. Now I’m insecure again. Actually I wanted to be active in 2-3 months only at the beginning of the season. But the Honda dealer has 2 PSI 125 standing when they’re gone that’s at this price.. The motorly better, more modern scooter, without dealer on site and without kickstarter? But I can sit on it very well. –> Honda PSI 125 Or the lame scooter, with dealer on site and with kickstarter, but I can’t sit on it as well as with Honda. –> Kymco People S 125 Would be for Your advice or recommendations really grateful..   • Recommendation folding helmet for spectacle wearers

    Hello, after my jet helmet is not quite suitable in winter I want to get a new “winter helmet”.. Since I am a wearer of glasses it should be a folding helmet. And my jet helmet is the size XXL. Should therefore give the folding helmet also in large sizes.. Should be for driving with a 125 scooter.. And if possible not cost 400,- Euro.. 🙂 I know that a good helmet also costs, but well, is “only” a 125.. And only in the city. Stop for the winter Einsat Z thought.. Can you recommend something?

  • Repair fraud

    Hi, I have a problem with a workshop: I bought a scooter from Ebay 2 weeks ago (yes, I know that was a mistake and I won’t do it anymore). The scooter had some flaws, but it wasn’t that expensive. A mechanic who wanted to have my brake and some other things repaired, said that it wasn’t worth repairing something with this scooter, because the engine would soon give up. I already thought that I’d give it up right away. When I was at the workshop, I described my problem and explained the defects. It was decided that the engine should be checked first and nothing else should be repaired. This was also recorded in writing. Unfortunately, the order is in the workshop. After the examination of the engine, I should be called and I wanted to be informed of the result so that I could decide whether or not to go back to the workshop. The employee in the workshop said they would call on Tuesday, yesterday. But since yesterday I did not call the workshop today. The employee said that this and that had been repaired. I thought I had interrogated myself. Apparently the engine was not checked but just used spare parts worth 350€. Since that was not agreed, I am not prepared to pay even the least. Unfortunately now the car can be repaired. can I do something? The workshop has cheated on me. Of course, they could expand the parts again, but the previous condition will no longer be reached and so my right of return will expire… Hope someone can help me.     Hello Rollerfriends, Our Yamaha Aerox 50 from 2006 with almost 9000 km on the clock no longer pulls! Prehistory: The scooter was throttled by the previous owner at 25 km/h, especially by a distance ring in the Variomatik and one with the designation CDI FS Neos/25. We throttled the buck, so ring out and CDI replaced by an open CDI. Before good suit up to 27 km/h, then close. After our operation from 0 to 20 km/h in felt 2 minutes, as well top 20 km/h????. So, sch once Schei..e, mountain with slight climb not 10 km/h, waaaaruuum. Motor or wat, I have no idea. Recently made: head seal as well as piston rings, new spark plug, nothing else.

I haven’t driven him right yet, since he still has a little problem … is not registered, only in the garden about 10kmh. If I take the gas completely away now, so just let go of the gas lever and the scooter comes to the stand, it almost always goes out. If I let go of the gas lever slowly controlled, so to the end, it sometimes stays on and sometimes the speed goes far down, then I have to give gas for a short time and then it stays in the stand gas. In between it runs through in the stand gas quite calmly and then it turns on its own again a little high and then it is r down… I’ve already played a little bit on the stand gas, he felt no fluctuations when the stand gas is set higher, only then he vibrates very strongly on the handlebar and felt the speed is then too high. With the carburettor I turned a slot screw, which was marked blue, by half a revolution. After a short test he did not go out, but was only two times attracted to gas and let go, but then had the strong speed fluctuations in the stand. Then it became too late to continue testing. Spark plug is, of course, worn out, which is no wonder. But still looks fine. Oil still looks like new. Pöröse cable I can’t discover… Someone a solution for me? Would I be very happy! To say it, I’m not a complete idiot, but a scooter is new ground for me Ps: is written with the mobile, if there are problems reading, I will revise this on the pc.

  • Unusual CDI – Need your help!

    Hello guys! I’m new here in the forum Come directly to my probably insoluble problem and therefore I turn to EUCH! with a shimmer of hope I have had a Luxxon YX9 scooter for about 2 years, which was at that time electrically throttled by the dealer at 25km/h. I have 25 and 50 papers but not 50ger throttle. I have had the B17 for a few months now and would like to drive 50. Just thought a 50CDI for the scooter buy and go! this throttle can’t be found anywhere for my scooter.. (pictures in the appendix). It’s also not a throttle that you can still set. So I went to a scooter dealer who said that you can’t find the throttle and then I called my salesman who said that you should just take the CDI off, but that doesn’t start the scooter any more -.- He suggested that I drive to him but the way is already very far away until then and I unfortunately don’t have any e Possibility to go there.. :/ I thought OK, you can find everything on the Internet, I also found a CDI on some pages that should be for my scooter, but alone at the connections I noticed that this would never fit in life. I need your help, how I could make my scooter on 50. Do you know tips, CDI ́s that would fit or generally a solution? I count on you and pray that at least the scooter community knows a solution.     Hello, I would have a rather general question about parking. How do I have to behave if I want to park my 50s scooter (registered on mofa) in a public parking lot? Logically, I am a road user and have to stick to the condition. But how do I solve a parking ticket for my scooter or attach a parking disc? Does this only apply to cars or do they close an eye when they find a scooter for example without a parking disc? I just do it.
