I bought another tacho for my piaggio nrg mc3 and would like to convert the speed indicator from the old to the new tacho, in addition I have to pull off the tacho needles. Do I have to pay attention to something when putting on the nacelles or can I put it on it like that?

Hello guys I bought a used speedfight 1. When I opened the vario I noticed that the gearing on the crankshaft where the airwheel is sitting is completely way. How can something like this happen? On Thursday he stayed with the part, because the scooter did not run faster than 23km/h (20km remaining way home).
