  • How to charge battery?

    Hello, whenever I want to charge the battery of my scooter with a charger, I have to remove several plastic parts in advance. I would therefore like to attach a cable firmly to the positive or negative pole of the battery and then install these two cables in such a way that they are easily accessible and I can charge the battery without having to do larger disassembly.     Hi, with my girlfriend the belt was torn a few days ago. (YY50QT-2, Benzhou) Now comes the adventurous, scooter stood 10km away from home, trailer was too stupid for me, towing rope around the front and off went the post with 40kmh.     Hello, Lief about 70 km/h then there was a flap (made out immediately), then jumped badly and clapped in the stand gas. Suspicion : crankshaft bearings. I shook at the Vario and there was a minimal axial game. Engine is removed and partially disassembled. Crankshaft and bearings do not seem to be. No axial game anymore. Turns even without noises and has compression. Vario claps when I shake them, are probably the reels and is that normal? The small right and one to the outside left. But where does the third one belong??? With the seller Prosports stood : On the left two Simmerrings are needed!!! Does anyone know anything about it? Is there in the engine block another one?     Hello! I have two problems with a Piaggio Liberty 50 4-stroke built in 2011, 30,000 km. It starts with a cold engine extremely hard. With a mixture of E- and Kickstarter it runs after a few minutes, if you lightly give gas. If you turn on the gas grip, it goes out again. If you let it on a little bit, you can at some point slowly increase the gas in a stand. If you give a short full gas and the engine is warm then it starts with the E-starter. If you start the gas grip The light is darker with such a hold. When you drive, everything works perfectly, except for the horn. This is quieter depending on the speed. Sometimes it is hard to hear, sometimes a little louder, I could not reliably determine a pattern. The battery was changed several times. Do the problems when starting and the horn hang together? Is what generally not true with the electrics? How can I proceed to the diagnosis, it always goes out. ?

  • Installation of the gas train itself

    hello I have asked to replace the gas train from my scooter. so the most important thing first… I have a johnway china scooter, which is identical to the Rex 50 scooter. So far I have bought all the spare parts from this vehicle and it has always fit 100 percent. now I want to make the gas train repair. I am not a professional in it and actually have not much to do with scooters but still some experience with screws so far I could fix the tires sow ohl change the brakes independently without any problems I have now seen that the rope hoist is torn directly at the handle. of course, it is not possible to repair it. I will order a new one now costs approx.15€. now my question: what length does a rope hoist have to have? I mean that must also fit exactly when I pull the train down to the gas, there may be no space between the train or else the train does not pull. I have already the old train on the handle outside, only has to unscrew it down The places where I have to go along the train I have already freed and get quite well. Just as I said, I don’t know how to do this with the length… There are different, and before I buy what I prefer to ask about My workshop I have already asked what that would cost and it was at almost 80 euros. Unfortunately, there is no other workshop nearby. And I find the amount too much for a scooter for which I needed 300. Sell I guess I can’t do it because I don’t get anything for it.
