  • China Roller 4 measure Sachs 49er or Rex RS 450 does not start

Hello, I have already checked/changed the following with my China Roller, Sachs 49er Bj2006, but the GUTE still does not want to start: – Ignition spark was not available at first. The trigger was the ignition coil, which I changed. Ignition spark now there. – Ignition spark is also new. A NGK CR7HSA – carburetor is new, when trying to start petrol comes through the petrol hose – I have set the valves inlet 0.05 mm and outlet to 0,10 mm – Compressio result 10 bar and therefore io. fuel is also sucked in, the compression tester also got petrol in the test – the scooter stood four years, the fuel I renewed Despite all efforts, the good one so far gives no sign of life. Only 1x short when I had given some fuel manually into the spark plug opening, followed by spark plug and plug on it and started. However, the aha experience stopped only for about 2 sec and the scooter is again Do you have any advice for me on what else that can be?

  • ATU – Despite warranty expensive replacement of the oil pump!?

Hello forum, the following: about 1.5 years ago I had ordered a China scooter at ATU. A few months ago he had a leaky oil pipe (according to ATU), he lost a little oil. To ATU brought and had solved the problem unreservedly. Now a few weeks ago the complete oil tank content (2-strokes) had run out, so that under the scooter was a huge pool. Had not announced in the evening before! Again to ATU and today the oil pump must be changed, about 170€! !! After a year of inspection, I had a scheduled inspection at ATU, it is also documented. What should I do best now? I mean such an oil pump costs max. 30€! Should I now argue with them for the guarantee or do myself or …!? What do you mean!? Don’t have that much money at the moment! Possibly haggling!? Thanks already …

  • Scooter recommendation 50ccm

Hello, I’ve been looking for a sporty scooter for a few weeks and I’m looking for models like the Aprilia rs4 50, Peugeot rx6 / rx7 or the supposedly identical ones from Motorhispania. Would like to collect recommendations for a qualitative model. Only I don’t know about the scooters well, i.e. even screwing around it will be difficult, but would have some acquaintances who know about it. Of course, I would also like to pick them up, because I also want to have some longer of them. Maybe no ch few things that are necessary to be able to recommend -My budget is about 1500 euro -In the week is certainly max 50km driven if at all -only in the own licence class b (or is currently still done) and the a1 etc I want to make only in the far future – in winter or during very cold and rainy days I don’t want to drive it necessarily If you still need to know something just ask and a big thank you in advance mfg

  • Problems with legal throttle removal by means of distance ring, 50cc Peugeot Vivacity Bj 2001

Hello community, first of all a little history. I own a 50cc Peugeot Vivacity Bj. 2001 which was once officially admitted to 70km/h. I had it throttled in a workshop (invoice “Drosselung im Riemenstrieb”, because I didn’t have an A-guide at that time. That’s fortunately different now and after a short phone call with a Dekra employee it was said that I could come with all the documents and he would look at it. So today I wanted the Distan So far so good, box on, fan wheel off, sleeve down. Strangely, however, it seemed to me that there was no distance between Vario and fan wheel anymore, and the belt was practically clamped in between, if I had bolted everything together again for a try. I suspect that the throttle was caused by the replacement of a longer sliding sleeve, not by the insertion of an additional one. With the photos. (1st picture after removal of the fan wheel, 2nd picture after removal). , 3rd picture after distance from Vario, 4th picture Vario and V-belt without distance ring/glide sleeve, 5th picture length of sleeve=4,8cm, I think it should be quite exactly 4,4cm long) Can you confirm my guess? I am still in contact with the workshop, if I can get the original parts back. If not, can I buy something like this iwo? (link?) Thank you!

  • New 2013 SH125 with ABS

Here she is: http://www.motomobil.at/test-technik/roller/447-honda-sh125i-esp-test An optical snack, unfortunately for my taste a little too little power -> http://www.motomobil.at/…/…developed-new-125er-oeko scooter engine Why they won’t finally excite the 15hp at the 125er will remain a riddle to me. Must you grab the 150er … Otherwise very first cream!

  • What 125?

Hello forum, I’m looking for a 125 scooter for the daily ride to work (25 km). I’m now driving a Piaggio Liberty 50 (14,000 km, driving like a 1), I need about 40 min, in wind and weather. That’s too hard for me now, so I don’t have to do more. I’m not interested in a “real” motorcycle, that doesn’t appeal to me either. I’m not keen on a murder speed either, I just want to be a little faster on the road and keep up with it. so I imagine a 125 scooter (favourably in the insurance, tax-free, economical). It should have 16″ tyres, so it should be a “large wheel scooter”. The permissible power of 15 hp should be exhausted, a cheap DIY cucumber is not possible. Costs should/should he be about 3.500 € (new or well used). One of these silly sports flints (what is with a 125er with 110km/h sporty?) I also do not want, more something dignified, comfortable (at 16″ probably also automatically so) . Good quality is required (otherwise you save only at the wrong end). What kind of models/brands are there in question? Who has a recommendation for me? Greeting Meggie64

  • 50cc scooter up to 500 euro

hi people, first contribution here and directly a question I’m looking for a cheap 50cc scooter over the summer months (not more than 500 euros) to get to work (average 4-6km per track) or something to drive around. that’s a rather spontaneous purchase, which is why I’m basically only worth it, that the part will also start when it starts. can be good that I will then sell the part again in 2 years. now have the possibility of a scooter with the following data for 499 VHB to buy: REX RS500 Used, 2 previous owners 2.400 km 06/2012 EZ 3 kW (4 hp) Petrol HU/AU 03/2015 Scooter should be well preserved and looks good on the pictures, as far as I can judge. the scooter stands with me in the city, so that I could quickly see the part. I read something here in the forum yesterday evening and the opinions rather go away from “china scooters”, as the rex one should be (know me absolutely zero with rollers etc.) certainly there is län better scooter, but for the price and my financial means that I currently want to spend that would fit or what do you think? the part does not have to be the best high-end part. short critical opinions are desired lg

  • Majesty YP 125 Problem with the oil

Hello, about 2 months ago, I got a Yamaha Majesty YP 125 Bj. 2001 (from private). At first everything was ok, but then the big awakening came. All of a sudden he started to dispose of his oil over the air filter. I asked first with acquaintances what that could be. They meant first….too much oil in it?…..No, oil stand was right (something under Max)….hm, what could it be then? Am to the Yamaha dealer, who meant the ventilation of the crankshaft housing….that w w In the meantime, air filters were degraded and cleaned, as well as the ventilation of the crankshaft housing then all assembled again oil until briefly filled up under Max. After about 250 km, about 300 ml oil came out of the air filter and just this quantity was then also missing from the track rod. And again everything disassembled and cleaned up….to another bicycle professional and there asked for what the cause could be. That meant the valve shaft seals or the piston rings. He would not I don’t think that it’s the piston rings or valve shaft seals, because then the scooter would be bluish or not? Can someone help me here among so many screwdrivers to find or fix the cause? Oh yes, the scooter has about 25 000 km down and otherwise simply runs great….
