  • Piaggio TPH 125

Piaggio TPH 125 no longer runs Hello together, I have a “small” (hope i) problem with my scooter. I have a TPH Built 1996 125ccm 16000 KM. The scooter stood at the previous owner 3 years in the garage. Now I got it given. We have cleaned everything new spark plug new brake new E-coke and that included. He also came loosely over the TÜV. Now to the problem: I had hit him a bit, because of the long service life. Then I thought, I once refueled V-Pow he. (I know it doesn’t help, but the thought and hope counts). At the beginning everything went well, suddenly at a traffic light the engine ran quite ill. When I wanted to start he took no gas and just went out. But I got him again and continued. Second traffic light again the same, only that he didn’t go on anymore. wait after about 15 minutes and alert the girlfriend (to pick up) he ran again. But only 10 min, then it started again from the new one. (15 min wait, drive again) Zuhaus e arrived I removed the spark plug, it was a bit dark but actually looked normal. Now it went on again. I drove a small test round and suddenly???? Yes I stopped again. Same problem. Only that it no longer concerns at all. Could it push him home (25C outside temperature in the shadow) a 3/4 hour. Now my question what can it be??? Can it be the carburetor that the swimmer clamps? Or the V-Power? Thanks already

  • Makita DTW 1002 too strong for working on the scooter ?

Hi, I’m thinking of getting a hit screw for work on the scooter. Yes, I know it would be enough for a parkside or single light for these activities. But I don’t want to get a replacement battery in 3-4 years. The cheapest Makita, for example, would be only 15€ expensive than the single light. However, I prefer to buy right once, than 2x cheap, it can always be that you want to solve a rusted screw on a trailer etc. and therefore it may also be gle but I care that it is a bit too strong when I think about changing the belt etc. And yes, I know, only use it for screw-on Ironically, the Makita screwdrivers in the office trade are the most advantageous. https://www.bueromarkt-ag.de/Article search_makita_schlagschrauber.html So I’m open to other suggestions as well.

  • with my scooter, Hyosung MS3 burns the 30A fuse through.Who can help?

Hello, I’ve had the Hyosung 125 MS3 for half a year, yesterday it just went out, I found that the 30A fuse has burned out. A replacement has no sense as also a new fuse with switched off ignition immediately burns again. Did anyone ever have this problem before? Who can help? I’m grateful for any idea what it could be.

  • Yamaha Zest / Mbk Evolis = Recommendation?

Moin! I am Christian, 31 years old from Oldenburg. I am currently looking for a 50’s scooter that complements my motorcycle for the journey to work. Now in the autumnal weather I want to send the young machine into hibernation. In my search I came across the Yamaha Zest. In my youth the machine has disgusted me, but today I find that she has something… Now to my question: What does it look like in terms of quality? Especially d I’m interested in the topic of rust. After a good 25 years it would be quite conceivable that the frame has survived its best times. But I can’t tell at all. Maybe someone here has experience with this “Scooter-Youngtimer”. Let me know if you know any strengths and weaknesses.

  • Experience of Sym Fiddle III 200i ABS (2017)

Hello :-), I would like to buy a scooter and there is the Sym Fiddle III 200i ABS (2017) bouncing in my eye. But since there is very little to nothing to read about this scooter on the internet I wanted to ask you if you have experiences with it and if you can recommend the scooter? Thank you and love greetings

  • Roller no longer pulls on the mountain

Hello dear forum, where my mother’s scooter (Kissbee 50 4Takt) has said goodbye to the V-belt (tore it off). Then I got a new similar and new Vario rollers. Unfortunately I didn’t know which weights are originally installed in the scooter (the old ones were very worn out), I decided for the 15×12 – 5.20g version. Now the scooter hardly pulls away on the mountain. That means the weights are too light? Can anyone tell me how heavy the original weights are? Mac Does it make sense to buy a voting set? Thank you very much Timo545

  • Scooter drives only 30 kmh

Hello first of all, I am aware that there are already many entries and suggestions for solutions on this topic, but unfortunately it’s not so easy for me… and since I’ve been making around the damn scooter for half a year now, I hope that you might know a solution. And I have had a Rex scooter since the end of last year. I got this one for 20€ because it didn’t run. Turns out that there was simply water in the tank (why ever) and jerk back Then I had a few problems with the spray drive, but also I gradually got to grips with it. After I drove the part a little bit, he suddenly had problems in the cold condition. Meaning: in the morning he did not get into the pötte and only after about 500 meters there were regular speeds in it. That was also always worse. So carburettor was removed and membrane as well as E-Choke made new. Didn’t do anything, well, now he just runs 30, but the suit is ok until then. Here’s a list of all the things I tried or did: -New membrane -New E-Choke -New intake nozzle -New air filter -New fuel filter etc. (Completely tested up to carburettor) -New CDI(must I make extra on the wire harness…) -Carburettor set, all possible settings tried through -Ventile set. Nevertheless, nothing continues, and these 30kmh are really not acceptable, especially since he sometimes I hope you can help me. Thank you in advance. Greetings Lars

  • Introducing new scooters

Hello I bought a new Fiddle III 50 a short time ago. Unfortunately the dealer did not inform me if I have to drive the scooter and if so, how. I have read many posts, unfortunately these were mostly 10 -15 years old. I read a lot about the fact that you should drive with 1/4, then 1/2 and finally 3/4 gas. In addition, the speed should be as low as possible. What did this indicate with the gas and how do I know that my speed is low? Is it still necessary to drive new models so strictly? I am totally unsure and don’t know exactly what to do. I have already driven about 30 km through the city traffic and have already given over several kilometers of full throttle…. Have I already caused damage? I hope you can help me. Thank you!

  • Scarabeo 125 – Experiences??

Hello , I would like to buy a 125 scooter (I am from Ö and have the 125er add-on to the B – Appearance) . I now have the Scarabeo 125i in mind. I will also make an appointment for the rehearsal next week. Now I have also searched the Internet for information and experiences … and there is little to garnox. So would I be happy if someone would register here. Why exactly the Scarabeo? Because he speaks to me visually and he is the price appropriate. My limit lies with 3000€ . What interests me above all – speed, reliability, storage space, sitting position (bin 170cm) LG from Vienna, Michaela

  • Speedfight 2 – Problems – Roller does not start

Hello, I recently bought a used Speedfight 2. First of all: I only wanted it as a hobby to drive into the store or shopping, etc. I also had a scooter as a teenager (Piaggio NRG Extreme). Now to my problem: When I bought the scooter he went on with the kickstarter, I drove, came home to buy and since then he doesn’t go on. I have a new battery, as well as a spark plug installed. I have a kickstarter Re. The new one has now also broken through. Start attempts with Startpilot have unfortunately been unsuccessful… With E-Starter it doesn’t work at all, whether pulled or naughty with Choke. Are there still attempts what I could do? How should I proceed with the troubleshooting now?
