  • Sachs SX1 spare parts

Hello to all scooter friends Yes I am proud owner of a “China bull” – after vain search of a workshop and numerous derogatory comments about the brand, which do not help me, I try my luck here. I have a friend who can make quite good, but I find no suitable spare parts. I bought the scooter used and it would be a pity to have to give it completely, just because the push button falls off the turn signal and the exhaust leaks – i f so you are my last way out. Does anyone have any idea where I get these parts?: Switch unit left with 8 pins and the following occupancy (best including brake lever): Exhaust or at least a triangle seal for the exhaust (photos in the appendix)

  • Fix piston clamp

Hi. I bought a Aprilia SR 50(1995) last week. Since then I had unfortunately already 2 piston clamps. The scooter braked strongly, went out and screamed grossly. After one hour of cooling it has jumped again. How can I prevent the next piston clamp the next time? I have already tipped some extra oil into the petrol tank, hoping that the engine will be better cooled and lubricated. I have seen that the cylinder cover is missing, which is why the engine could probably overheat. Or maybe the oil pump is defective and I can check it? During the ride I often hear a noise that sounds like a circular saw is cutting or as if someone is flexing with a flex. I thought that was the cooling, but maybe this is also a symptom if the piston rubs badly on the cylinder? Would I be happy about your experiences and tips. t had already others the noise while driving.

  • Loco scooter throttled to 25km/h manufacturer says can not throttle

Good day together, my wife’s brother drives a Loco Roller 50ccm. Here: http://www.burnout-trade.de/loco-50-ccm-gruen.html which is reduced to 25/h. On request from the manufacturer to throttle the scooter, meaning from 25km/h to 45km/h, he said by email that this is not possible. According to the manufacturer’s info sheet, CDI Drosselung. On the homepage there is an open CDI. According to the manufacturer or seller, this CDI is intended only for EURO Class 2 and the Loco Roller i Now I ask myself the question, since it is new to me, why can’t you throttle this scooter? Is this really possible with 50ccm scooters, which has nothing to do? After the request with the seller he took the Loco Roller 25km/h out of the assortment and sells only the 45km/h. Before that both were still to be bought. We bought on the Internet a de-throttled so free CDI, own plug and the same pin. 4 pin and green plug as the old CD I. Unfortunately there was no change, except that the scooter after the change to the old, at full throttle when the throttle then presses at 6000, then the scooter starts to drive between 15 and 17 km/h and the scooter sticks and spits, so jerks as lack in the air or gasoline is too little. But everything checked, everything is fine. Must he now buy a new scooter and get rid of the old or what, because driving with a B class driver’s license continues 25km/h is very sluggish… Has someone got a lot of glue cht Rat? Many thanks in advance. Greeting Thomas

  • Kaufberatung Großrad-Roller 125 ccm

Good day dear forum community, my wife has just made the B 169 driver’s license upgrade and I would like to purchase a 125 scooter with 16 inch wheels for her soon. Three models are available: – Kymco New People S: in offer for 3069 € – Piaggio Medley 125 – Honda SH 125 i The Kymco costs around 1100 € less than the Honda SH, if you also consider the equipment offered (with the Kymco windshield, hand guard and topcase are included); the G engine has however a blower cooler. Piaggio Medley has the stronger engine, a lot of storage space under the saddle, costs 700 more than the Kymco; the Honda SH is Euro 5 and just Honda… I drive myself a Honda Forza 300 2018 and am completely satisfied with the fast to rusty main and side stands. I would like to have your experiences, or your opinions about these scooters, as I can not really decide and what good for my wife. Of course, if you want to buy a p aar Euro can save so much better. Thank you very much in advance. Greetings. Antonio

  • Yamaha Majesty – Carburettor waiting after long service life

Hello dear forum members! Yes I used the SuFu, but could not find anything suitable. I bought a Yamaha Majesty 125 YP yesterday, year 2003. When I bought the engine, a test drive was not possible because of snowy road. The price was cheap, maintenance proofs were available and the tyres were new, so I hit. The scooter got new TÜV in April 2018 and has been certified after 9 months and has not been moved. n scooter, it jumps up relatively quickly, however, it lubricates again shortly afterwards. Sometimes the engine lasts one minute before it runs out again. However, if I gas in stationary gas operation, it dies immediately. If I gas during the start process, the engine turns up and does not go out. I have already managed to drive 30 meters over the yard. As soon as you let the speed fall back into the stationary gas range and then give gas again, the engine goes out immediately. I have the carburettor today, cleaned intensively with brake cleaner and blown out with compressed air. I also ordered one (see picture 1). I don’t know if I can install all the parts exactly yet. It’s a bit complicated! I think that was it for now, I hope you can help me!

  • TPH 50 flashers flash irregularly fast and slow

Hello dear screwdriver friends! I recently changed the spark plug of my dear scooter (to be exact yesterday). Since then I noticed an irregular blinking. I could not find out a lot yet, but it seems to me that it would happen depending on the speed of the engine. To the facts: I changed the old (disturbed) candle by an undisturbed (due to the assumption that the existing candle plug was disturbed). Maybe it’s just because, but For this I might need a tip on how to check the plug correctly for the resistance. Otherwise I wouldn’t know exactly what it could be. I would be very happy about the help of you/you all.

  • Cooling water foams

Good day, my used Beverly 500 Bj.2003 with 30tkm was probably no beak. During the ride coolant and foam comes from the expansion vessel. Also a change of the lid brought no improvement. In the oil is no water and the cooling water is without oil. Can this be already the cylinder head seal ? Why foams the cooling water ?

  • Satelis 125 does not accept gas

Hello together, I have the following problem with my Peugeot Satelis 125 Bj 2005. If the vehicle is warm and I want to give gas out of a situation where the engine is just turning down, the gas is not assumed directly. This happens only after 2, 3 seconds. This happens mainly at intersections (decrease speed, traffic fits -> Acceleration), which is of course relatively unpleasant. The engine speed must fall into a certain speed range. that this happens (so 5-6k around, can’t remember exactly, if necessary I try it out again), otherwise that doesn’t occur. Spark plug is new. Are there ways for me to get to this problem? Drive technology I’m not really taught, but have usable mechanical and electrical skills

  • Bad gas acceptance and loud screaming

Tomorrow, I have now taken the scooter out of hibernation and samit begin the problems I had displaced again in winter. It starts perfectly. Runs smoothly. Turns also nice up to the final speed and keeps it nice constant (approx. 60km/h). Now the big BUT: When turning high he starts to scream at about 40/50 km/h like crazy. Will now try to record the noise with mobile in the helmet compartment, I hope that works. It is really a very loud That’s what he does about 2-3 times for 2 seconds, then it’s gone. I have to turn it up ONLY the first time, quite rarely the second time, then not anymore. Only when he is cold again and I leave him again. After this first time he turns up full incl. screaming after the first time e.g. at the traffic light or junction from 30 hardly takes any gas for a few seconds, before he then pushes off. In addition, he is restless at full throttle, feels like you are It’s minimal, it’s not visible on the speedometer, but it’s annoying. It’s all original except for the exhaust, which is open. Someone’s plan? Coupling incl. bell and belt I changed last year, that didn’t bring anything.

  • Reactivate Piaggio Sfera 125 injections

In my own case, I ask for advice from the real experts because of my Piaggio Sfera 125 injection Hello, I bought the scooter in exchange from a 60-year-old – actually – prudent driver. This man was removed after a “rendezvous with the spirit of wine” by the police or the office of the FS. Therefore the scooter was since 4 years dry, but unused, in his garage. Because the man does not need a driving license for a mofa due to his vintage, he gave me his For example, my friend, my workshop owner, told me that it could be difficult to reactivate an injection engine that had not been running for several years, because then the injection pump would often cause problems and cost the necessary exchange for a new one about 600 – 700 €. That would be economically unreasonable. I have a similar statement from the head of a Peugeot two-wheel workshop regarding a 50-wheel Peugeot injection engine. I did not buy it. Now I ask for advice and tips to get the scooter running again with the existing injection pump – or is only the replacement of the injection pump as the only option? Then I could usefully only slaughter the part – or pass it on to a gifted expert. It would be really nice if I received mostly serious answers. Thank you in advance. Wolfgang
