Hi, I have a Neos 50cc, 2 clocks, Sat 34, ca. 15800km, BJ 2008 with Powerkit. Powerkit= exhaust throttled, Varioring narrower, but control unit with lock-off, that it does not exceed 45km/h, but has more hp and better accelerated, with TÜV blessing. Has worked so far also top (roller does what it should and runs legally(Tacho 55km/h_ real 45Km/h max.) So far, money flowed so far hardly pure. I have done so far only: 1x spark plug change, 1x weights varied lt, 1x end pot new, 1x belt changed. But now he makes bitches! In the middle of the crossing, after traffic lights start or in the middle of the ride, there is no more gas acceptance, it almost goes out, sometimes it goes out. I have then disassembled the carburettor, cleaned, blown through, re-installed, re-adjusted. When setting up, I oriented myself towards the spark plug fire, first basic adjustment, then carefully continued, gradually turned on the mixing screw. the cylinder (if too thin) put some oil into the petrol.
