(building feeling says that I should install the 842 possibly to remain true to original) Engine is a 152QMI-1 air filter I blew out once. Petrol filter looks good. A new spark plug is also in it.   • Aprilia SR 50 R Full load Problem Hillfee!!

    Hello dear user Unfortunately I have a problem with my scooter and just can’t get any further… First time to the scooter it’s an Aprilia SR 50 R carburetor model with just 1400KM mileage. I bought it recently it stood quite a long time before it. I threw on the scooter and wanted to drive off. I immediately noticed that it was running crappy. Could only drive partial load and there it stuttered already from time to time and at full load it drained off. He had a 25kmH throttle. I had a 25kmH throttle. ch removed the Variomatik ring and the gas slide throttle, whether it ran well before I can’t say because I already throttled it before first operation. Since it was standing for a long time I thought to clean everything. Carburettor taken out all the nozzles with brake cleaner flushed through everything meticulously cleaned and also installed a new candle. Membrane also controls everything in order. Everything built on it still the same problem. I took off the vacuum hose and the petrol achlauch and ran at the vacuum hose sucked fuel. Then I put the vacuum hose on the carburetor and left the petrol hose outside to check if it shoots sprite then. I turned on the scooter and yes it works too. The scooter is unbasted all original except the thrushes I have removed however. I can’t imagine that it runs too greasy as I said unbasked HD is 53 or 52 doesn’t know exactly what the original nozzle is. Why doesn’t it run clean? Why does it drain at full load? My knowledge just stops there unfortunately. I need your help

    Hello, After a long search of the forum I decided to open up a new topic. I have been driving with a NIU civic 1s (max speed 45kmh) for 2 years and am very happy with the electric scooter. I want to keep the scooter for short distances as well. Since I have now also made my driver’s license supplement (code111 in AT) and now I am also entitled to drive 125ccm I am looking for a second two-wheeler with which I am more flexible. Purpose of use: – 60% city (with city highways) n) – 25% rural road – 15% highway commuting only once in a while. It’s more about private routes to drive. Inner-city but also berland. So sometimes so 40-70 km and then also sometimes on the weekends small tours (150-300km). Basically I would take an electric one immediately however I am by the charge too inflexible. Roller with type 2 connection to charge also times on the road are not yet known to me (there is such a thing). Therefore I thought of a burner mi t maximum possible power and comfortable size (bin 190cm). Budget max. EUR 6.000,- Previously in the narrow selection Yamaha Xmas 125 and Piaggio Medley S 125.     So… After 6 months of trial error I give up and turn to the people in this forum, I hope you can help me.. I love to drive my CPI, especially in the summer. Last year it destroyed my complete variomatics because of a loose screw. I just changed them then, roller still doesn’t start (had already started problems before). Then I changed the spark plug, again nothing. I changed the carburettor. After all the wrong attempts it also cost me the battery, so here also a new one built in (which is meanwhile also at the end of their days). Finally I checked whether because of the long duration maybe something is to be done in the petrol tap. so have sucked in the vacuum hose and it came without problems gasoline, heaven be thanks! I cleaned the air filter also once and sprayed the whole way again with brake cleaner. Funnyly he has by the brake cleaner which went into the carburettor at least as if it were ignite (for me the spark plugs and variomatik actually excludes) I am slowly with my Latin at the end. I guess it could lie on the newly installed carburettor. because after the installation two electric cranks hang loose and the carburettor mixes the oil itself, but what I already do in the tank. Also it could lie on the vacuum hose, which does not suck and therefore no petrol comes into the carburettor. But from here b I don’t really know a piece with scooters and have experienced and tried it all for a long time. If you have any questions about the parts just ask. Please help me!!!

So it just doesn’t start “cold”. Since I’ve dealt with two-stroke technology little so far, I have a few questions: Is the e-choke also active if I “antrete” the scooter? I have already expanded it and hung it on 12V, it moves out slowly. That seems normal, but I don’t understand why it has to go so slowly. However, if I get to the plug of the choke fair ic h no voltage. I don’t know when and how much voltage has to arrive. I also checked the ignition and put the carburetor in an ultrasonic bath. But it didn’t look really dirty. I also “tested” the low pressure gasoline pump by pulling the vacuum hose. Thereupon, petrol flowed/driped out of the other hose.   • Aprilia SR 50 Does not run after carburettor cleaner

    Hello dear forum, I have a problem with my Aprilia SR 50 LC Bj. 2006 with Piaggio engine. 1800km down, all original except ZK and battery, according to previous owner all throttle inside. Now to my problem: I bought the scooter about a month ago. The scooter actually ran quite well, but had sometimes (irregularly) a bad suit and he also did not take a full full throttle. So if I gave 100% gas, it felt as if it was drinking off. because of this thing I wanted to clean the carburettor, because I thought it was because it was something clogged in the carburettor. Carburettor removed, everything was cleaned with carburettor cleaner and again reasonably assembled. But so far the carburettor looked quite good, nothing clogged. When I was working on it, of course, I looked at everything on cracks etc., ASS had a small crack but you couldn’t see through it. n (no light), membrane ok, hoses ok, air filter matte cleaned. I then brought the carburettor in basic setting, and wanted to start the scooter. The ging then kick after about 10 times, but then I went out immediately. Air screw further in turned, again 5 times kicking, scooter went on, turned extremely high and then went out again after 1 minute. I thought that first the gasoline had to refuel, so again hard to kick (over 30 times) and the scooter did not come at all?! n a short break made a smoked (5min) and then tried it again. 2 times kicking, scooter came straight but turned up again extremely high, so air screw out a little bit. The scooter then ran a little quieter and went out directly. I then tried to adjust the carburetor but without success. Had the assumption that it is wrong air (ASS crack) that it does not run. So new originals ASS ordered, yesterday he came out then. Yesterday so again complete carburetor out, NOCHMAL all Saub All assembled, same problem. Roller goes on, then turns extremely high, then runs only 1 min and dies. I controlled the vacuum pressure, so if you suck on the vacuum hose you get gasoline. I can only keep the scooter alive very hard, so I have to play carefully on the gas that it stays on. With more gas it also goes out directly. Unfortunately I don’t know what this can be about and hope you have some suggestions about what this might be about. I am grateful for every piece of advice!

    Moin, unfortunately, my Kreidler Florett 2.1 RS 50 starts with the E-starter only very sporadically and now apparently no longer at all. Sometimes it turns after felt 50 attempts and then starts immediately. I checked the following: – Battery has enough power – Relay switches – Current arrives at the bottom of the starter – Roller starts with Kickstarter without problems Now the strange thing… if the starter is installed, just click the relay, but the starter does not turn. n expand and directly with 12V supply he turns.
