Hello, I got a very cheap Emco Novax scooter with defective LiIon batteries some time ago. For the Novax there are no new LiIon batteries and the existing cells I do not want to replace. Since the Novax also with 8 pieces to 20 Ah 12 V lead batteries I was sold in 4S2P I have the LiIon batteries, the BMS removed and connected test times four 12 auto batteries in series. The charging needle of the tacho shows a full battery after switching on the scooter but neither the 1 2 V power supply still works the motor. To the BMS there was a 2-wire thin cable which is now open and I guess it is the one BMS release line with which still something has to be done. On this line is battery voltage. Does someone know what to do with the plugs or what it can still be done? Maybe one of you has a lead novax and can say something about it. Thanks already.

Aprilia Sr 50 AC WWW Bj. 99 loses tons of gasoline
Servus, my Aprilia SR-50 AC WWW Bj. 99 loses almost the complete tank content via the overflow valve. I bought the scooter on Tuesday used by Private for 400€. It ran 7,000km and is technically in good condition. I filled the scooter the day before yesterday and drove since the 15km and the tank is completely empty. In addition, a large petrol-larch has formed under the scooter. The scooter actually loses permanently gasoline, no matter if in the stand at running I have already been able to collect a lot of information on this topic in the countless existing forums and have come to the conclusion that either only the petrol screw has to be tightened, the float needle no longer works or the petrol tap is defective. Unfortunately, I have no experience with the disassembly or reperation of rollers. I then tried to remove the clothing in order to improve on the engine. the swimmer to be able to tighten the petrol screw, but it seems to me that I have to disassemble the bench. Now to my actual question: 1. Could you tell me with what I should start over and best still what I have to disassemble to get to the spot 2. What else could it be that the scooter loses so much gasoline? Unfortunately, I can’t afford a workshop at the moment.

Help at Sym Fiddle 3 50ccm Built 2015
Hi there, unfortunately I had my Sym Fiddle 3 50ccm cut over my ear. So the scooter doesn’t start so I started to control everything. Then I fell on that on the fuse block hangs a black cable (see picture) where the ignition plus is on it. Furthermore, after a long time I found out that a tuning CDI from Merlin is installed Who can help me with the black cable.

Honda SH125i 2023 or 2022: confusion information PS/Kw, model designation and maximum speeds
Hello Forists, I’ve been reading with you a little longer and now have three questions specifically about the (the scooter) Honda SH125i Bj 2022/2023: 1. How much PS does the scooter actually have? 12,5, 13 or 12 or???PS? On the different websites and sales offers are always given different information. Honda directly speaks of 9,6KW so 13PS (official Honda page). Honda dealers, on the other hand, write 14PS in their ads. What’s right now? Or are there different engines which are installed or is it dependent on the year of construction? This leads us to question 2. Which exact model designation is correct, or also dependent on equipment and engine? SH 125I or SH125I/20? Or just Honda SH125 (without “i”, which stands for injection)? And is “JF90” the correct model designation for the model 2022/2023? Last question 3. Information on the maximum speed (not the information from testers, read on the tacho or measured with GPS). Honda himself writes 98 km/h? Some ads sometimes say: Up to 105 km/h (I don’t know the page anymore and don’t find it either). So is the indication of Honda correct and does the SH125i actually and objectively establish the 98 km/h? Oh yes: I’m new here, come from Meck-Pom, I’m already a bit older (renter life juhu) and have in my very narrow selection the /den (is it the Honda …? or the scooter …?) Honda SH125i Bj 2023 or 2022! Thank you for your answers! Kurti

Roller has little power
The scooter has an air-cooled lying Minarelli engine. Unfortunately, the scooter only comes to about 65 kmh, although it is registered with 80 km top speed. I have already renewed the spark plug with spark plug and ignition coil. I have also replaced the air filter, cleaned the carburettor completely and installed a new suction plug with new membrane, but the problem remained. The coming years, I got the I replaced the exhaust with the Tecnigas Silent Sport. I also installed a new variomatik from Motor force as well as a new coupling because both were worn out. I also renewed the drive belt. The belt rises in the variomatik from the very bottom to the very top as well as the converter is smooth. Due to the sports exhaust I currently drive with 5 g variomatik weights, but the scooter continues to create only 65 kmh. Mountain downhill or with tailwind are at 70 k The maximum speed of the scooter is 6500 revolutions, whereby in the vehicle certificate a power of 5 kW should be at 7500 revolutions. The carburettor should use an 86 main nozzle, at the moment a 90 main nozzle is installed because of the sport air filter mat and the distance of the snorkel. On the outer edge of the candle were slight soot deposits, whereby the electrode seemed slightly greyish. What could it be that the scooter has too little power? Unfortunately there is no indication n to the 80s scooter models. The scooter is from 1994 and related parts are unfortunately only shown for the 50 cubic centimeter model. Does it bring something to build a new cylinder set? And if so which cylinder set should I use for this? Do I have to dismantle the cylinder first and then order parts? Thank you for your help Many greetings

Kymco Super 8 4T 50 – First inspection after 11 years without any idea – is that possible?
Hello together, by chance my old Kymco Super 8 4T 50 found back in my possession. I bought the scooter in 2010 as a new vehicle, drove it for a year and then delivered it. Even if the scooter was not in my possession in the last 11 years, I changed the engine and transmission oil every year and sometimes installed new plugs, spark plugs or batteries. Otherwise the scooter has not received any maintenance or no workshop since 2011 meh The brakes, the brake fluid, the air filter as well as the drive belts and what else is there are now 12 years and 27,000km old. The scooter drives as normal as far as possible and has no starting or passing difficulties. Except for sporadic swallowing, if one goes from 1/2 or 3/4 gas very quickly to full gas. However, since mileage 10,000 the oil consumption is relatively high, all 200-400km the scooter needs 0.2l 5W40 or 5W50. With 0W30s are even a But he doesn’t smoke 0,2 l of blue. In addition, something rattles as soon as the engine runs. Sounds like a bearing damage, however, noise always stays the same and does not change at the speed. The spark plug was also very white and had small black clumps on it. I wanted to do something good for this thing and do an inspection myself. Motor/gear oil I get changed, smaller repairs I also get there. I take over without further premonition or Is such a thing feasible? What would it be for such an inspection to exchange and/or test on a scooter?

Scooter doesn’t make a muck no light
Hello, I have a China scooter (Flex Tech Fun 50). The following problem occurred at once. The scooter didn’t start, did nothing. Starter relay didn’t turn. Starter relay didn’t paint. Light and horn still went. Later on, no light and horn went on. Battery is as good as new and charged. Starter relay gets power, but doesn’t switch. Have this bridged and then the starter turns. Other starter does the same. Ignition lock replaced, even without success. Switch on Side stand is fine. Cable visual inspection apparently all ok. But I will look even more closely. Do you have tips for my further procedure? Will there be only a little something to find. I’m surprised that no light/hupe is possible. There must be something about a cable that might be defective?! Which would be suspicious? Thank you Chris

Change Train & Remove Drosel
Hello, I wanted to ask what needs to be changed if I want that I don’t have to turn the gas tap until it starts? To the scooter: Kymco Agility 50 E4 BJ18 He was driven about 1 year as a mofa then the owner, highly official with TÜV etc, read it to 45kmh. I need at least a quarter revolution until he takes gas, and that disturbs something. And the suit is a bit irritating, at 20-30kmh you can hear it howling (sounds normal) and so a secun So it hangs for a short moment at 25-30kmh and then it goes on normally. I’m not talking about increased performance because it regulates exactly at 45 the past. I’m just talking about the slow suit, and this feeling that slows down something with every approach in this mentioned 25-30kmh area (Drossel) What would the distance of a throttle and adjustment from the gas grip cost so about ?
