Yamaha Majesty 400 Tips, Tricks, Questions, Answers
Hello everyone, as you can find out from the topic title, I want a small topic here, which may soon grow up to a bigger one. So here are my first suggestions with question and also some answers, where I still lack many answers. Then I just start and hope you will be busy here. 1. I heard from a conversation with customer and KfZ master that if you are in the air filter box, there the rubbers 2. Exhaust change to a rather sporty variant, makes it easier to start, so it doesn’t jerk so much. Of course, this is the thing again, this investment is worthwhile for “starting up”. Of course, the sound comes along and the somewhat better acceleration, but that’s just so at the edge 3. You recommend irdium candles, but I can’t quite understand what the Vorte 4. To keep the right filter clean, if someone has problems with it, because it is already contaminated after 4-5 Tkm, you can only feel the oil up to the medium bar, which actually feels its purpose. 5. Since there are many disputes about the oil, I have read through many forum and asked, sometimes so the “best” average. So I would recommend, 10w40 is clear, but there is no need for a snap like for example full ynthetic, since the Yamaha instructions for use also say that it doesn’t make any difference. You could take the cheap GIP, because it costs 5€ and that fulfills its purpose satisfactorily. 6. Due to some expensive conversion on Malossi Vario rolls and the 5-back coupling, you can get a super stable start and the ruching between 35-45 km/h also stops. In addition, a fuel consumption saving of approx. 0.4L – 0.7L is added. Also on fuel monitor there are some Majesty 400 – roll 7. Because of tires, many scooter drivers are still arguing. But if you sum up everything, the most popular ones are clearly “Heidenau” and “Feel Free Hubless”. However, if you notice who is driving in the winter, Hadenau hardly gets around (; 8. If you have a problem with the front wheel, because you don’t know how to get the scooter tilted, just abuse your own wife and you’ll find out what to do with the bike. Voila the front wheel is up and the expansion can begin. If you want to add something here or give additional advice, if not even onepar improvements, only to, me and certainly others, would be hugely pleased. MfG derkleinemann on a large scooter Edit: Thanks Tina, had let me distract too much.. since I had often already confused “Hadenau” and “Heidenau”. Habs improved.

Piaggio NRG Purejet has only 4.5 bar compression
Hello all, I bought a used, defective scooter about three months ago (Piaggio NRG Purejet with injection system) and now I try to get it to run in vain. Maybe one of you can give me a good tip? The engine has a compression of only 4.5 bar (to be 8-10bar) and therefore it does not start. What have I done so far? – Piston rings, pistons and cylinders renewed. – Cylinder head separately pressed, it is dense. – Simmerrings left and rec ht renews – engine searched for leaks and hair cracks, found nothing. What can it be that the engine does not build compression?

HORWIN EK1 and EK3
Hi Scooter friends I’m just thinking if I should get a scooter for the daily short distances. In my selection I came across the E scooters from HORWIN, which look really nice. Are there people in the forum who drive an EK1 or EK3? If so, what are your experiences with the scooters? Had even taken a seat on an EK1 and must say that I could sit there very well despite my 1.90. Unfortunately in this class is not self-assured h. MfG Cleandevil

REX RS450 starts only by kickstarter – E-starter spins but doesn’t start
Hey, I have the following problem with my REX RS450: My problem started yesterday. I started the scooter normally by e-starter and drove briefly where. Arrived there, what I wanted to do and wanted to go off afterwards. However, the scooter suddenly stopped starting with the e-starter. via kickstarter the scooter starts without any problems and then also does not run by e-starter. So I thought that the starter engine is defective so I ordered a new one yesterday, which h So I just changed it, but it still doesn’t work. If I try to start the scooter by e-starter it sounds pretty much like this: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jU8POJjNW90 I also took off the Vario cover and tried to start the scooter by e-starter. The starter run went out without any problems and the pulley turned without any problems. The only thing that was that the wedge belt didn’t rotate directly. I don’t know if it should be that way or not. What else could that be? The battery is quite old, as far as I know. However, the starter motor turns. I would be happy about your answers! Sincerely Daniel

Symbols Maximum speed 40 km/h
Hello Together I have a question. I was on a radar trap of the police out of probably wrong knowledge earlier. I was on the two-lane slightly downhill road outside the city on the right lane with about 51 kmh on my jet force. On the left lane on the roadside there was a speed limit sign with 40 kmh. On the right where I drove none. So I didn’t care. As it had to come, race management waved me out. I would have been 8 kmh too fast. I s I didn’t think I had a speed limit on my side. He meant the sign on the left was enough. I reluctantly paid the small money because I didn’t want to argue. If I had, they would have taken the scooter for the time being, as Agro as they were on it. But now the question. On two-lane roads, must there be a speed limit sign on both sides, or at least not only on the left one, right?

Hello dear community, my name is Annett and I am 45 years old. Currently I have a Yamaha Why with a mileage of 6743km. I live in the country and am dependent on the scooter. However, since recently the scooter causes problems…… Whether cold or warm, the scooter starts and remains around 10-20 seconds rotary zal stable. when I turn at the gas handle (within pre-named time), the speed tolls evenly high. But then, at half-gas, the engine dies off or just comes down with spins of This morning I challenged my luck again and drove a few hundred meters….. With full throttle… (45km/) 😉 I made it to the next junction, where then the engine died off. He let himself start again…. but did not want to go out over stand-up throttle and went out during these attempts or swallowed several times. Piston clamps or broken rings etc. I can probably close out, because the engine, from the mentioned Probl In the last 5 hours I have carried out the following work and tests on the scooter: – Ignition plug (lightly wet and black) tested and replaced for safety – petrol tank degraded… filter as well as petrol tap controlled. filter clean and petrol tap., positive tested by vacuum control. – air filter removed. box as well as inlet/outlet clean and filter tiles removed and disassembled according to manufacturer specification – carburettor……….. . – Gas slide diaphragm apparently ok. – Gas slide valve very light-gäng – Main and auxiliary nozzle removed and cleaned. – Gasifier completely cleaned – Float and float valve does not hang – Ventilation not added – CO as well as stand gas screw set according to manufacturer specification – Cold start automatic dismantled and positive tested with external battery – Intake nozzle dismantled for cracks tested. Obviously ok. – Seat and condition of visible plugs and cables tested . Apparently ok. Everything reassembled….Start…. Problem persists…. orrr neee Second start and now sprayed with start-up pilot on the suction nozzle. Also no change. Dear community, I am now quite helpless and helpless. What can the problem be? My scooter doesn’t drive despite a new engine
Moin, I have a typical 50’s 4 measure China scooter. I installed a new complete engine and a new carburettor because of the engine damage. Now there is the following problem: At first the scooter jumped on and also drove, but as soon as you stopped, it went out again. Now the scooter doesn’t work anymore. I sprayed fuel into the carburettor once, there he went short, but then went out again. I don’t want to try it wildly, since I I’m afraid to kill the new engine right back. Does anyone have any idea what I can do now?
