  • Now TÜV on two-wheelers smaller than 125 ccm?

    Hello together, on the weekend two scooter drivers, independent of each other, have to tell me from next year scooters for technical acceptance, like all other two bikes. Of course every year comes again the information, that there will soon be a TÜV for the 49 ccm. But somehow also this time many YouTubers and bloggers seem to jump on the train and discuss about it. But somehow it seems with the sources I have found so that here always in Italian e accident figures before and after technical examination are accessed. Those are extrapolated to EU and have been marked by the EU as insufficient source. Now back to the info, next year it starts by EU law. Shouldn’t you be able to find any templates for this now, or is it again a bubble that bursts?

  • Cooling Aerox

    Hello guys I have a question there. I bought myself a Yamaha Aerox from the year 2002. The scooter drives well but only in cold condition and I am pretty sure what is wrong with the cooling. I drove the one longer distance or wanted to drive a longer distance with it, at the 8 km the sled went hot and did not want to go on anymore… the next morning she jumped immediately again. I disassembled the cylinder and it is just before eating r but what I discovered is that the thermostat was not there at the head and the carburettor heating was not connected but only bridged. Well now I have ordered a new cylinder kit a thermostat and a new water pump. Now to the question(s) the thermostat could have done what with it running hot, the thermostat and the carburettor heating is necessary at all and after I have installed the new parts and the problem is still there and it is again hot ß runs what could be the cause because I heard that the cooler can’t break much and it rarely breaks. Thanks already for the answers.

  • Large scooter wanted – 125 to 500ccm – or yet C1? Difficult question! Purchase advice requested.

    Hello together, after I have found that for my planned, regular route from September on for my dual study a car is too expensive, I have taken other considerations. Which is perhaps not unimportant to know that I do my dual study in an area where I have to come to work occasionally with suit. Yes, even in winter and yes, even in rain I have to drive either 40-50km to work every day with a motorized vehicle or 10km to the train I am in possession of the driving licence classes A2 and B – so I am allowed to drive quite a lot. Now I could either buy a large scooter – 125ccm would speak for lower maintenance costs, but because of the motorization rather to drive only to the city to the station. A larger, about 400 or 500ccm would rather speak for directly over the BAB to work/university. However, there is the problem with the dependence on the weather – especially when I have to go in the suit – and I still don’t know what it’s like to change at work. Sprache that more for a BMW C1 – covered, maintenance costs of a motorcycle – just what about the reliability? Questions about questions, hopefully one of you can help me. I definitely need a vehicle up to a maximum of 2,200€. Otherwise drive by the way a Kawasaki ER-5, I am also technically well versed. I thank you for the help and suggestions in my problem case!!

  • Scooter only starts over kickstarter, electronics spins

    Dear forum! I have a question about my scooter(Aprilia Amico LX,50ccm, 2-stroke, built in ’93). From one day to the other the scooter did not jump over the e-starter. If I press the e-starter, it just clicks, the horny whimpered and the blinkers didn’t work. When I start the engine by kickstarter, it runs, the flashers also blink, but the flashing clock is very fast. The fuel indicator only works when the engine is on, but only hal b, i.e. it wanders up and down uncontrollably. Is the battery down, or is it the alternator? Or the alternator controller? Mfg, Evilcorp265 For the first time, I’m confronted with something like this and a bit of a baffle. How can I find out what’s broken? Where do I measure something with a voltmeter for example?   • Cylinder pistons change enormous power drop

    Moin people, I urgently need your help. I have installed a new piston in my scooter on the WE (Piaggio TPH 50 Typhoon). And since then, the power has dropped enormously. I checked everything twice and three times during installation and found no faults. And yes the arrow on the piston points downwards I can no longer get over 6000rpm during the ride on the plane, it accelerates hardly and in general very bad at first and on a slight slope I can no longer get high and must before the change, everything worked RELATIV normal and it also pulled normal. But since the piston change I just don’t know any more… I was thinking if I should vote the scooter with the Vario weights and the Kullis?!? What do you mean? I still have to say that I had taken out the gas slide stop before the change in the carburettor.   • Question about CDI – GY6 50ccm

    Good day, I have the following problem. A GY6 50cc scooter, found in catastrophic condition, pretty much the whole Eleltrik was gone – works now but so far again everything. Problem is only that I have no ignition spark.. probably coming from the CDI – where I also come to the problem. There was only no CDI available, the 2 plugs for the CDI were cut off. So new CDI ordered and plugs with contacts. Everything so clamped and measured as shown on the picture below The problem, however, is when I measure the CDI on passage at the 4pin. socket: at the contacts (see picture) “Zündschloss” and “Masse” I have a passage of 0Ohm, as if these contacts were connected in parallel. Well, now it is, however, that I switch mass to one contact once, and once 12V to the other contact once. So every time the fuse flies through (short circuit)… -> As soon as I turn the ignition lock into the 2nd position b Since only then the 12V via the ignition lock can be switched to the CDI. (black cable, i.e. the name “Zündschloss” in the picture) Now my question: Is the new CDI broken here or do I just have a mistake in thinking? Maybe the 12V contact doesn’t have to go there?? Have also seen several schematics where this contact is missing. (With me the cable was already there, and wouldn’t know what else it should be for. Besides, I had read that if the CDI has 6 pins By the way, I have already tried a new ignition lock, but this also switches 12V in the second position, on the black cable, which goes to the CDI. I hope I explained it intelligibly enough and thank you already in advance!

  • Accident

    Yesterday my Boatian Diablo went into the eternal hunting grounds. No 3000 kilometers on the tacho and had to die the accident death. The little devil went home. Luckily, nothing happened to me except an asphalt pile and a few bruises. Accident. Actually good luck that I was thrown off, everything else would probably not have been good. Police picked up accident. The forwarding company has called me now whether we can clarify the whole without insurance. Money or other scooter was the suggestion. Should you do that?

  • Better steering head bearing down

    Hello Rolleristi (nnen), my biggest child brought her little Chinese (Znen Grace =Motowell Elenor50) to wintering and my short test drive showed me besides a few small things a really fiercely racing steering head camp… I didn’t have that in my hand yet … really dangerous. The camp costs as original part 13 euros and there is a lot of equally looking goods for less money, then again consists of the same balls and comparable material. Our consideration is now to use below a bearing of a better quality: – Either again the ball variant in durable and better material (instead of 4mm possibly conversion to 6mm balls?) – or lower bearing as cone roller bearing. Of course, variant two would be better for me… Now there are tons of Chinese mass goods here in the forum and I wanted to ask if you have already installed a qualitatively better bearing below. Found a storage set for the 125er/150er Chinese, see Fo to No. 3, which I will probably try. Otherwise I would measure everything and buy a warehouse individually, there is a lot… Greeting and thanks Tina

  • Roller stutters overnight and doesn’t go anymore

    Hey, my speedfight ran without any problems yesterday. When I wanted to go to school this morning, I noticed that the part stutters quite strongly, about half the gas. When I wanted to go home after school today, he went first, had him run about 30 sec so that he already gets a little warm and then started with light gas, but he didn’t want to dress properly anymore and didn’t sound so healthy anymore, he pulled significantly worse than usual when he was still It’s cold. I stopped after a few meters to see if my friends once again allowed themselves a fun (paper in the exhaust or spark plug slightly loosened) But there was nothing there. After that he almost didn’t touch at all, got him to run with gas yet when I gave gas to drive he went out. Now he doesn’t jump at all. What can this be about? LG Sandro

  • Kreidler RMC.F 125 no spark

    Hello together, someone has experience here with the Kreidler RMC.F 125? (should be identical to other “tolle” China scooters) I got this scooter from an acquaintance for repair: no ignition sparks. No problem I thought: get schematics and measurement values and sometimes check out.. Push cake! Not even the official Kreidler dealer seems to have any information… After I now suspect one after another spark plug, ignition coil, ignition box (CDI), and finally also d he alternator has changed, still nothing sparks 🙁 The side stand switch works (open line = ignition, or?). As a night I would have to disassemble the scooter completely (and probably break half of all plastic noses) and try to check the wire harness. Or/and on suspicion also exchange the rectifier. Since I made my money for several years with motorcycle repairs, this kind of troubleshooting is more than unsatisfactory for me. Dahe r: Does anyone have sound information about this scooter??
