Hello together I bought a 2Tact scooter from an acquaintance. He has overtaken it again from someone else, and the scooter. Except the engine, everything was apart. As far as good. 23000 km, the sweetheart ran. But now I don’t know what kind of oil should be tipped in the best way? There was a red one in it then, so my acquaintance put mineral in the tank. I think, however, that smells quite nice and would like to switch to partly synthetic oil. Can I just do that? If the owner of Ersr has only driven minerally, can oil coal dissolve there? How to proceed now best?

Aprilia Rally 50 – nothing works anymore
Hi! Got a pretty big problem with my grandpa’s scooter. But first of all the most important data and the history of the scooter: – Aprilia Rally 50 Version B – 49 ccm, 3,4 KW – Translation 73mm/108mm – Top speed 50 km/h – Carburizer: Dell’orto PHBN12 – Main nozzle 70 – ca. 10,000 km – First registration 1996 My uncle had bought the scooter anew back in 1996. He had changed the exhaust and it ran a lot faster. The original was picked up. He had given the scooter to my grandpa. The original exhaust was mounted again (from a workshop). The first problem is that he drives 90 km/h despite the original exhaust according to Tacho!!! A three-quarter year ago the scooter then did not jump any more. My grandpa was in the workshop where he was “repaired” for about 300€. Fixed in quotation marks because he did not hit again after 12 km! Since then my grandpa has not driven with it any more, so a three-quarter year. I have no idea about scooters at all and could only check the spark plug, which was fine, however. Besides, the scooter is only allowed to drive just over 50 km/h, because I don’t want to lose my driver’s license right away, because the police have recently put an extremely large number of scooters to the test here in Celle. Now my question: Is it worth bringing the scooter back into a workshop or should I’d rather leave it because it’s going to be too expensive? Or can I do something myself, even though I have no idea? How is it with the speed? It’s all original now, but he drives (if he drives again) 90 km/h! I don’t want to get caught with it! So. Was now quite a lot of text, I hope someone takes on my problem. Thank you very much!

First scooter. Purchase recommendation- Aprilia? Peugeot?
Hey! I came across this forum every now and then on the internet when I was looking for the right scooter.. I thought I could help me in about 1 month and I want to buy a scooter. I would like to buy a scooter which: -looks good -has good suit -reliable (so also starts at cold temperatures) -50ccm -original (so legal) I then looked on the internet and got Aprilia SR 50 Factory, Peugeot Speedfight2 I wanted to ask if they are good, or which of them is better. I have so about 1200€ available.. but preferably around 1000 around (so I used to think times ) (unfortunately) I will not make the scooter faster (at least it is not planned yet, because my parents also have something against it), so you should compare the scooters in the original condition. The suit should also be quite good, so that it also makes fun to ride with it, even if it drives only 50. As a comparison my kumpe has l an untuned TBK Bullet (with sports exhaust, otherwise nix), in which I like the suit quite well. With the Kymco Agility RS 50 of another buddy (4strokes) the suit is not really so great. Is the suit of these scooters comparable to that of the TBK Bullet? So the question, which of the two scooters (or a completely different one?(<-kein china scooter)) would want the better one after mine? Perfect would it be if you could show me vlt examples at kleinanzeigen.ebay.de or mobile.de or motorscout 24.de or something.. (maximum 200km around 32369) Thank you very much. mfG Rudi

First scooter ? Sachs Speedjet? HELP!
Moin all together! I just got my moped and want to buy a scooter now Then I just drove to a huge dealer and first did it, which I liked optically best. (First without looking at the price) I then stuck to the Sachs Speedjet and the Piaggio NRG. One thing I found, however, crass:O The speed jet costs there new 999€ , and the NRG 1999€ (also new ). Where exactly are the differences? I tend more to the speed jet , since the optics already MEINER MINEUNG nach einfach zu geil ist Can I buy them without any worries or falls them apart after 10 KM? I make my Sachs already for eternketen two-wheelers but I prefer to ask them again with clue. About fast help I would be very happy. Here again a link to exactly the model, for which I interrisieren me: http://www.autohaus-cassau.de/motor scooter/Speedjet.jpg mfg Paul D.

New scooter driver
It is a TGB Meteorit 303 R50 BJ. 2000 with almost 10,000km down. A good friend bought it last year and (again) set it up. He (the scooter) has been replaced in the last two years all important parts. Now I will have it on the yard tomorrow. I still have helmet and gloves and the kidney belt should come today with the post office. I will use the scooter mainly In order to get to work, martial arts training, the gym and shopping. So it is estimated that 60km during the week and every now and then on other routes on the weekend. Now I have read various opinions on the topic of clothing. Many drive short city distances completely without protectors etc.. Others attract for 2km the complete protectors range. There I am a little in conflict. Of course I would never drive in short clothes, but early for 2km so hard I think it’s a little too much. Also looks a bit funny when you get off a 50cc scooter in a big motorcycle combi or? Besides, sometimes I have to appear (just often) in a suit at work. How do you do that? Moving to work? Driving in a suit? Besides, I’m thinking about whether I’ll take a 90km distance on the weekend… But that can take quite a long time at 45km/h, right? Is that even good for Motor & Co. to be driven at full speed for so long? ?? And at the latest during cross-country journeys you should dress properly protectively, right? I thank you already for constructive criticism and illuminating answers! MfG Resbecks

Zip does not start after wintering
Moin, have a problem again with my zip 50 bj.94. Wanted to reactivate the scooter this year,as I currently do not have the opportunity to buy a car (still a student). Well, wanted to start the scooter again today,to bring it to the workshop on March 1st (technical defects) actually got going as expected, tried to start by e-starter and it didn’t happen. The scooter tries to start, i.e. the spark plug ignites and it just comes the typical e “noise” is created but it doesn’t start. It’s actually excluded that it’s on the fuel, petrol arrives at the spark plug, if it has been removed twice, it was always wet. So, any “congestion” in the pipes is probably excluded, what can it be that the scooter doesn’t run? p.s.: Battery is of course charged.

Moped insurance
After I was always told that the insurance for my Yamaha BW 100 costs “almost nothing” I was astonished: 143 Euro/year! I just tried to get an offer at Directline: but it doesn’t work: my vehicle is not found! Is now 143 Euro really ok. or really completely exaggerated? I insured this with “our insurance man”, with which we also insured everything else! LG, Ute.

“Membrane”Use your help!!!
Hello guys, I bought a 17-year-old MBK Evolis with now almost 8000 KM untunt.I have now changed almost all wear parts. At “Zweitaktfreunde.org” I read that one should change/check a membrane after 5 years or 10000 KM.What do you think about it? I would like to drive the scooter for a long time, but I’m not sure if I should change the membrane. Is everything still original equipped with the two “tipped-off screws”. or will the material only become soft and the membrane leaks, which is why one notices in the company? Traditionally by the professionals here in the forum help!!! MfG Bernd

Charger back to A.T.U.
Hello together 🙂 Just brought my 5-ampere battery charger back to ATU and got the money refunded! The “customer consultant” seemed to laugh inside: his statement was that the scooter batteries are generally charged with this type of charger, that would be no problem at all and it would be pure nonsense to say that the battery would have been scrapped! He only got a little quieter when I said I had reported the incident in Münster! I really did! Maybe I can get a new battery!? If not, then not ….. I’ll hurt it! LG, Ute.
