  • Scooter goes off/dead when braking

Hello, I have a question as a scooter newcomer: A few days ago I bought a used 50 cc scooter with almost 6000 km of mileage as an alternative to my fuel gun. On the whole the scooter is in a good condition, but when braking and rolling out slowly it always goes out….must always play something with the gas to prevent it from “deathing”. Nervig will have to give it right at the traffic light… then already medium gas to prevent it from going out. In the meantime was again with the seller, who had adjusted the stand gas screw a bit (however, standing on the main stand before always rose the training speed). But this also did not bring a noticeable improvement. Now my question as Roller-Laie: wodran can this lie and what can you do there? P.S.: Today he also had the first time problems to get up a approx. 2-3% slope. Thanks already in advance.

  • Gilera Runner Purejet or Piaggio NRG Power Purejet ?

Hello I’m new to the forum and have a question. I wanted to buy a scooter in the next time. What is important to me is that the scooter is also suitable for large people (1.90-2.00m) that it does not consume so much and is also at a good technical level. I understand a good workmanship, lighting and all these things. On the internet I am on these two scooters gilera Runner Purejet and Piaggio NRG Power Purejet. But now I don’t know I like the Gilera a bit better from the optical point of view, but I’ve read before that the quality of the scooter should not be so good. I hope you can help me with my problem. mfg. Meiestrix

  • MOFA driving with expired registration plate

Hello bin this morning with my rex rs 450 (Mofa throttled)1 day or better said 7h from when the new black character would have been needed shortly before the school was caught. The police officer wrote down the data and meant that I get an ad and I will get a post! A) Now my question is if this is even possible that they will stop me on the first day and attach such a penalty to me? B) If so, what kind of penalty does it come to me because I don’t have a driver’s license but only one mofa test certificate and 15 am! MfG

  • I’m new here …..

Hello together! I’m Ute and new here in the forum! A few days ago I got weak and got my first motor scooter: Yamaha BW 100 For the first time proud like pike, but the thing is from a new far away. The 1st shock came already on the 1st day: didn’t start: battery brand new and was only 2 hours on the charger. Unfortunately my male is not really that gifted: has the battery connected to the charger all night long (he thought) but it is so really sparkling it is still n I guess I still have a lot to learn …. First of all, how I get the thing up on the stand: I haven’t got the trick out yet. The thing is a lot ahead of me by weight. And if it’s on the side stand, it doesn’t start. Tomorrow is TÜV acceptance …. Hopefully everything is fine ….. Then I can register “Möppi” at the mo. and finally blow it off!

  • Sr 50 throttle.

Hello, I bought a sr 50 and had to find out on the way home that the scooter is a bit fast;D. but that doesn’t bother me any more but the police won’t be thrilled about it. the scooter drives about 80-90 km/h and should only drive 45….. yes, now I have thought about throttle him because I don’t take the risk. for that is too valuable for me. now I would have a few questions about throttles. have already looked in the net but not found anything useful. . at first glick the tuning will probably be variomatic. guess weights and ring have been changed. exactly I don’t know yet. on the vario cover is also no density therefore my suspected. but no matter. how throttle my scooter the fastest and cheapest. does it bring what if I remove the vario weights? or do I still have to get an original distance ring? or other weights? unfortunately I don’t have an expert on the rollerbazar, but hope at some point with a bit of hil to become a little expert ;P. well, hope you can help me. mfg

  • Needed Help

Hello together, I found this forum and hope to meet people who can help me make a purchase decision 🙂 So my son’s birthday is soon and we would like to give him a scooter. But this one has to be throttled to 25 km/h for the time being since he is only 15. Now we have no idea at all about scooters and the inforamtion flood on the Internet has almost killed us. Telephone consultation talks always end up with the Depending on which dealer I call, the other scooters are “bad” spoken … well, what else should they do, can tell me bad that a “Gilera is worse than an Aprilia if they have this under contract…;-) What do you drive for scooters ? What experiences do you have ? Which brand and which model can you recommend etc… I hope you can help me further… Sohnemann has “looked out” in the I-Net in the Speedfight 3 of Peugeot however we did What is the difference between the Speedfight 3 and the Jetforce ? and then Peugeot scooters do what at all ? Or do you prefer Aprilia, Gilera, Kymko or what they are all called ? Dear greeting and thank you for your answers Tina73

  • Finding a suitable model

Hello guys, I have no idea about the matter and am just reading in. I am looking for a suitable model which is the right one for my requirements and I need help with it. I need the scooter for the city traffic and would drive only short distances of approx. 15-20km. I am 1.86 and would often take a second person with me. There is no price limit. I have already seen some of Yamaha that I would like but since I have no idea I ask you what you think of it: JogRR and the Neo’s. At Neo’s I still have the question 2 or 4 beats? Where does the difference in practice make itself noticeable? Or should it rather be a Piaggio? Many thanks for the help and greetings, Fabian
