  • Aerox/SR 50 throttle, etc.

Hi , After a long time thinking about which scooter etc. I can soon be happy about a new scooter. Either an Aprilia SR50 or a Yamaha Aerox. Now you think here and there already like that with the throttle is so.. Tuning etc. 1. How are SR50 or Aerox throttled ? 2. If it is a throttle over a distance ring makes no sense after all a black box ? Or can I also in the workshop just have my scooter throttled electrically ? I would like to have one of these r Black boxing to release a bit of power 3. If I really come into a control and my scooter drives then only 50, because BlackBox (e.g. brake lever code) is available. Will it then leave the police with it or is it also usual to search a scooter for a BBox ? 4. A few tips regarding throttle with Blackbox would be supi 5. A few opinions on the scooters would also please me mfg henn1x

  • Never again?

We write the year 1980, I sit on my first motorcycle, a Suzuki 250 Ram Air. Expectedly I turn on the gas…nothing pasted..or better put, only little. There says my buddy, an old two-stroke fan ..Man really gas, and look ..the world goes down. With a power unknown to me until then the car pulls off. No one who has ever driven a fast two-stroker can forget that, make my opinion. Until about 5000UpM. almost nothing happened, but then…ab About 6000 UpM broke out of hell, the engine suddenly shrieked up in the highest tones, and a huge fist pushed one forward. An acceleration of which some 400’s could only dream. ……I have never forgotten this, and even with much stronger motorcycles I have missed this spontaneous force unfolding painfully. Well.. ENVIRONMENT…rightly, the servants were stinkers, fuel eaters, etc. ….but…today one would say FEELING and what a….

  • Kaufberatung have no idea *g*

What kind of scooter do you recommend to a beginner like me? I’m 1.65 tall and of course I don’t want to have such a big heavy scooter with which I already have the stand to fold away or to put on it *g* The route I drive is just a highway or stop through the municipalities. The DIY/supermarket scooters are quite obscure, are the really so mischievous. I have the B, I don’t want to make a motorcycle driver’s license, what can I drive? Only the up to 45 kmH? I heard that there are some special regulations regarding “old models” so that I can drive with the B possibly faster than 45, right? Sry for the many questions & thanks in advance already for the answers. VG Steffi

  • kallio 50 yes or no?

hello forum, I have the following question was I’m going to change from car to scooter because I didn’t have my own car but only that of my dad and he now needs it every day I thought of changing to a scooter. I saw the callio 50 for 700euro in the atu advertising and wanted to ask if anyone had any experience with it? I have a mountain on mountain off the road about 4km to work and would have to use the scooter even in the deepest winter. therefore my question : is the scooter suitable for the winter or should I rather grab deeper into the bag? so a brand scooter. I had 4 years ago the experience of a spin 50 or like the names also of atu and unfortunately had to find out that this in winter as well as in summer after a season no longer wanted to start so after a reason about 25 min I got it. if someone used the kallio also in winter and could tell me if this is reliable I would be very grateful. mfg

  • Gasoline loss in CV carburetor

Hi your Fuffiroller 4T driver, one of you may have noticed a minimal loss of gasoline on the carburetor drain/overflow hose of his CV carburetor? The amount is hardly worth mentioning, but had already noticed some drops at the lower end of the tube on the attached photo some time ago. In order to make the thing measurable, I quickly fixed a plastic tube at the end of the tube. The output came about on a journey of 10 km. Greeting Wolfi P S: The condensate of the crankcase ventilation, which has accumulated in the transparent hose with the stopper, is comparatively much more.

  • Front ABS sufficient?

Hello, I want to completely exclude the whole discussion for ABS or non-ABS and wanted to know from you whether you consider a front ABS with a 125-300cc scooter (independent of the brand) as sufficient? The front wheel is the main problem when blocking the wheels. But how does the vehicle react when blocking the rear wheel? Is the front ABS sufficient to eliminate most of the brittle situations? Or do you think you should also value ABS with the rear wheel? Is this a maximum braking effect at all? Thank you and LG Pingu

  • Buying advice 50ccm – Piaggio/Peugeot

Hi dear community Since I moved from the village to Munich a few months ago, I unfortunately had to separate myself from my car with a heavy heart, because it was just too little movement and the costs are too high. For a few weeks now I have been thinking about getting a scooter with 50cc; to shop, to visit friends inside the city, sometimes to work (about 4km through the city) and to the surrounding villages. As a total layman, of course, the model immediately came to my mind. The Vespa. Unfortunately for my project too expensive. After looking around for alternatives, here in the forum and on YouTube, and having been advised by the dealer, I came across the following models and now ask for your honest opinions. The following models are available: Piaggio Liberty 50 iGet 4T (recommended by the dealer and briefly tested by the yard) Piaggio Fly 50 4T Piaggio Zip 50 4T Peugeot Vivacity 50 Peugeot Kisbee 50 4T Peugeot Streetzone 2T I know there are some models that hardly make a difference to each other; at least for me. It is important to me that there is enough space and above all safety. The Liberty has the biggest tires and the ride felt quite well, except for the narrow turning. The latter is perhaps also due to my not existing driving experience. Actually, I was already almost safe with the Libe rty, until I came across the alternative models, which are partly 500 € cheaper. What do you say about it? Thank you and best regards Goran
