  • New ATU Explorer 2016 Speed 50 – I’m thrilled and have questions

Hello Together, after a long time of thinking and wrong attempts and despite some negative “freds” here, I decided to buy a new ATU scooter the Explorer 2016 Speed 50. My conclusion is simple and by no means modest. The thing is so much fun that I can’t put it into words. Everything runs smoothly and I don’t discover any criticisms, which is rather rare with me. The reason to buy it at ATU was not a case. It’s the only shop that repairs the things as long as they come from him and I had a chance with a variety of scooters so about 50km in my area at not a workshop. According to the information of a friend of mine mechanic, I should drive it in so 500km – 1000km. Whatever that means. I take the first time in the lower turning range and increase all zig KM until you get 500km even permanently well, didn’t want to crack for long, just notice, there are certainly Monday’s moppeds, but I’m thrilled by mine here. In the end you can also drive a Benz “in front of the wall” if you chase it over the highway with a speed of 300 in cold condition. Some questions that ask me are still: 1. What exactly do you mean by “incoming” a 2 timer 50s? 2. My mopped squirts in the cold state already quite neatly, there should probably be some cold start automatic verb and so it drives the first three minutes somehow hesitantly and stubbornly. Does anyone know that and is that normal? VG

  • Gilera Runner SP 50 C36 Tank indicator not working

Hello, I bought a runner for my daughter. This one is so great, as long as I had only one Rex RS460 before. The difference is the madness. According to the seller, the scooter stood almost only rumm since 2011 and so was the battery for the ass when buying. But he jumped with Kickstarter immediately and ran, only the flashers flashed far too fast and the tank indicator did not work. Now to the problem: After the change of the battery the starter started again, the turn signals worked n clean and the tank indicator went on full. Now all of a sudden it stays at the very bottom after starting again and does not react. What can this be and how can I fix it? Then I wanted to ask if it is normal that the scooter in the cold condition does not go through completely? So if I pull the gas lever fully through, then the power is absorbed. If I go back to about 50%, then it is there again. That was my hardware store Rex too, but is that normal? Oh, the scooter is Bauja end of 2003 and now has 15000 kilometers down. Thanks for the answers.

  • Is this scooter recommended?

Hello, we are currently looking for a scooter for the summer and have come across the following offer: Vespa Primavera 50 4T NEW (0 KM) 49 cm3 3 kW (4 hp) 3390,- since we have only been riding with scooters so far I have no experience regarding scooters and in the acquaintance circle also rather fewer people who have one, therefore I have a few questions: – Is the price for the above ok? – Is the scooter (model) recommended? – Can you drive the two of you? – How does the purchase go? n first take out an insurance policy and then get an insurance label that you simply attach to the scooter or you have to register it like a car? As I said, I’m pretty layman about this and hope you can help me. Thank you very much

  • Change petrol filter..

hello community. because my scooter was badly accelerated, and my petrol filter was full of rust, I have added a new filter and will remove the tank tomorrow and clean it out, maybe shake a bit with pebbles. unfortunately I did not get the original filter, but this one here: http://photo.moobilo.de/moobilo-big/461-763.jpg looks like the old one, only he has a longer input and starting connection… now my question. is the side with the white cover direction carburetor and to the other side of the hose from the tank or the other way around? there is indeed an arrow on it that probably tells me that the transparent end to the petrol hose from the tank must, but I’m not sure about it. and how can I get the tank reasonably stainless? have read with rust converter… the roller dealer advised me not to do that. the meant this is only for oldtimer and also costs the equivalent d… Now I heard here in the forum of washed out and pebble stones… now my question, do I get the pebble stones all refueled when I hit them in there? does not want to ruin me… new tank costs at bali 125,62€ would be very grateful…

  • Roller does not take gas and goes out

Moin Moin, I have a problem with my scooter again… He survived the winter and now I wanted to start it after I had recharged the battery before. But he didn’t start, so he googled a bit and followed the tips if he doesn’t want to run again after a long service life: -Cartridge removed and cleaned -Cartridge filter changed -New petrol refilled -Startspray tried He ignites and runs briefly, but only as long as you give him the air filter starting aid spray. it turns up with the spray and then runs “normal”. Can it lie on the spark plug or does it sound more like a bigger engine problem? And is it normal that the petrol filter does not completely fill up with fuel after changing? But it’s not full of fuel in it. Maybe it’s still helpful to mention that it doesn’t always have full power before the winter break. normal he drove so about 50-60 and later on the mountain hardly over 25-30. Thank you!

  • Nova Motors City Star or Kallio Explorer?

Hey, I’m still totally new here and also completely new about motoroller. I’m a student and would like to get a scooter, because a car is too expensive for me and I don’t need it in my opinion. A scooter would be a great alternative to drive with him to university or somewhere (which is not so far away). Unfortunately, I’ve never driven Rolelr before and I don’t know what to look for at a purchase at all. But now I have an offer for a Kallio Explorer for 520€, which has driven a little bit over 500km and should be technically and optically flawless. I will look at it the day after tomorrow, take a friend with me, who knows a little better with scooters. I know that this scooter is not a highlight, but I also don’t want to spend too much money. On the other hand, there is the City Star of Nova Motors to a New price of 750€: http://www.nova-motors.de/motor scooter/city-star-black-silver Now I am somewhat indecisive, because I cannot judge which of these scooters is more suitable for me, or which is better or worse at all. So for expert opinion I would be very dankbar!

  • Scooter Falling Down

Hello, I am 15 years old and have a Speedfight 3. The above-mentioned scooter fell out of the stand today but had hardly any damage from the outside except small scratches then I notice but that quite a lot of oil has run out and apparently had any cable or the tank cracks or a hole. I then screwed up my seat that I could peek into the inner of my scooter, my friends and I could not see from where the oil came exactly because nowhere was there a n cable or the oil tank was damaged. So I didn’t think anything was cleaning everything away and we drove on I came then about 5 km far but then it just got slower to a standstill and it started to run out of oil again. Now it doesn’t jump on and I have no idea what to do because I found nothing myself. I am grateful for every answer and will also try it directly.

  • Recommendation for purchase 125er

Hello to the round. I need help in decision-making. I play with the idea to get to the motorcycle world a 125 scooter. Live in Switzerland, just outside of Zurich, over a hill. Details: – A1 driving licence (125ccm – max. 11kw) – Easy way to get there approx. 17km; – It rains here constantly and becomes crispy cold in October (without ground frost); – I usually drive on roads that are limited between 50 and 80km/h. Faster need ic h not to drive. – It is also important for me to get started quickly uphill, good braking behaviour, reliability, appearance, good price-performance ratio, consumption – in this descending order. I ask you for recommendations – I myself am 1.70m long/short & 70kg light/heavy. Usually I drive alone – second-seat comfort doesn’t really matter. I would be willing to invest up to EUR 3,000 for a used light-weight bike. Or slightly more for a new one if that makes more sense. t. What should I pay attention to? Which bikes can you recommend and which ones should I try? Are used ones recommended, or rather new ones? If used, which mileage and age should it be maximum; what is regularly broken and becomes expensive? Are there good, recommended tests (formerly ADAC breakdown statistics). Insurance technical: liability, or also Kasko? Thank you and Grüetzi from Switzerland! Mido
