  • Serious, competent 2-wheel workshops ??

Serious, competent workshops ?? Is there such a thing ??? I mean workshops in which everything is fair and correct, workshops in which a customer does not get the battery installed by another customer vehicle and of course as a new battery….. Workshops in which the canister “Distilled water” is not refilled again and again on the tap, and the customer is then sold a new battery after half a year… (possibly that of another customer). Workshops in that a customer does not use a trailer coupling from an accident vehicle, with spray can sometimes just painted black, as “New…”. Workshops in which the tyre assembler does not use “lubricating grease” to fit the tire…. Workshops in which the waste oil is not mixed into the two-stroke mixture…. Workshops in which one does not have to wait for months until a part that is quite correctly claimed on the new vehicle is replaced…. Workshops that do not need 3 weeks to “carburett” on the vehicle…. Werkstätten who don’t want to waste a customer’s wish with “That’s not available” !, but if necessary honestly admit: “I don’t know that at all” or: “We don’t have that in our sales program”! Workshops in which not only “half-knowledge and inertia” is practiced… …. but also workshops in which a fault/deficiency is recognized competently and corrected on the same day, workshops that have the most common spare parts in stock or within 3 working days (at least for the customers who sell them themselves!). Workshops can repair the existing defects of the new vehicle fairly, kulantly and within a few days, workshops that are happy if a customer wants to buy something, even something that may not be in the actual sales program, (e.g. winter tyres on rims suitable for the scooter) this within a few days “can” and do not convey the impression “The customer is annoying” Are there really such workshops ???? Looking forward to your experiences !! LG

  • Scooter’s undermotorized?

Hello, I would like to add a maxi scooter for me for the next year, but if I look at the “PS” number in the 250-400 segment, it is not so impressive to say honestly. My favorite is a Yamaha X-Max 250 which has only 20 P.S. But. If I compare now for example with Kawasaki Ninja 250er which already has 33 P.S. the difference is just crass. How do you think why the scooter engines are so much undermotorized compared to motorcycles? The Yamaha X-M Ax 250 has certainly been doing nothing new for 15 years now and apart from an injection system. No desire to invest in new technology? Or how can you understand that?

  • Refresh scooters again.

Hello! my Sym RS 50 is already almost 6 years old. Drive in wind and weather.. as long as it is not smooth. In the last years a lot has accumulated, and before more putt goes I want to help. 1. The bulb front no longer goes. So it still goes when I turn on dipped or driving light, but the normal spotlight (which comes from the same bulb) no longer works. Now I am not sure which bulb I need. pure from the optics so it was the following.. –> http://www.racing-planet.de/…n-effekt-ba20d-3535w-p-98704-1.html?… The manual for the scooter says what of 12V 1x 35W/35W.. so in the way… Will the bulb fit?! 2. My turn signals run round. So it flashes in irregular beat. That’s also to be heard at Relai. Should this relay go?! ALso the connection would fit. Only that it is no longer in stock there. 3. My EStarter doesn’t want to be there for a long time. Now I have read this not at the occasion. I have a Relai. Now the question how do I test if it’s only the Relai?! So you can bridge this to the test?! That’s how it was first.. the problem with the overflowing carburetor when I was just refueling… I let go first. mfg and thank you for the answers.. Steffen

  • Light-wheel or scooter?

Have a question ^^ It’s about the 125cc class. Have looked at me already many scooters and light motorcycles. And can’t decide now whether I buy a light bike or a 125cc scooter So the claim should be that it is suitable for 2 people (and even if possible convenient). And in addition, it should serve to make a (even a little faster) tour alone. The scooters have of course the advantage of storage space and comfort. The motorcycle ha What would be better? Scooter or Mottorad? I feel personally attracted to the motorcycle. Can one with a motorcycle even a longer tour (about 400 KM, of course only when it is throttled off) survive for two? Have looked at the Yamaha YZF-R125 as a motorcycle up to now:http://www.yamaha-motor.de/…/…ur-DPBMC-studio-001_tcm37-388423.jpg Only the place for the rider looks a bit funny. Kan How are your experiences? Thx and love greetings =)

  • Which scooter can it be?

Hello! I recently bought the motorcycle Honda SLR 650. The purchase was longer thought, I am very satisfied with the motorcycle up to now. However, the Enduro is not exactly fine when it rains. And to complete these short distances (2×15 km approx.) in stop & go traffic is quite annoying. Maybe that’s why I’m not a real man ;-), because I prefer the Variomatik, but it’s just more convenient. I will bring the Honda SLR 650 back to the dealer and instead a Roll He chooses, because I’m not quite happy. Nothing against the SLR, which is great, but it’s up to me. The convenience wins again ;-). So, now to the scooters. Tomorrow we look at a few. But it would be nice to know if you can tell me a few pros and cons of the scooters, whether the price o.k. or simply, which I can exclude immediately. 1.) Honda Helix, BJ92, 30000km around 400,- 2.) http://www.1000ps.at/…chtes-motorrad-462711-PIAGGIO_X9_125_Evolut io 3.) http://www.1000ps.at/used-motorcycle-528263-KYMCO_Xciting_250 4.) http://www.1000ps.at/used-motorcycle-526387-VESPA_ET4_125 5.) http://www.loitz.at/used-vehicle-detail.html?tx_wfqbe_pi1[id]=68169 6.) http://www.loitz.at/used-detail.html?tx_wfqbe_pi1[id]=68029 7.) http://www.loitz.at/used-detail.html?tx_wfqbe_pi1[id]=68027 So, I honestly don’t know which one to choose. I like Cygnus and Vespa, the others are they. bigger, but also ok. The Kymco has perhaps too much km, the others are ok. Well, Vespa is just cult, but the Burgman is also good, has more power. However, as well as the other 250er is much bigger than a 125er right? Well, look forward to your answers. Lg

  • Did anyone want to steal my scooter ??

Hi, I have the fear, someone wanted to steal my scooter. Yesterday morning I wanted to go to work and my scooter didn’t make a noise. Today I saw that there are three screws missing from the front cover and only one is dressed. Out of curiosity I solved the cover and found several loose cables. I have no idea how to proceed now in order not to cause any damage to the scooter. If you can give me tips I would be very grateful. The scooter is t a so-called “China scooter” of the brand Jinan Qingqi. Greetings from Berlin The pictures:

  • Roller-buying – To help…

Hello! I would like to buy a scooter (up to 50 ccm, as only car driver’s license). I want to drive shorter distances in the city, e.g. to sports. It should have the following characteristics as a city scooter: – as quiet as possible – comfortable seat – should pull well (then better a 4-stroker, or?) – have as much storage space as possible, so that you can buy a little something and store the helmet – would be nice if it doesn’t drink too much – good ground adhesion and cornering – Not w I’m looking for: Sozius seat, brand, price. Can you recommend me a model or give me any other tips? I’m still totally unlacquered on this topic… Greeting, WHeart

  • Search brand scooters, but which ones???

Hi guys, so I decided now to buy a brand scooter for my work and also for driving around. Should one of the scooters be here: Yamaha Aerox Aprilia SR 50 Piaggio NRG 50 Gilera Runner Honda X8R Peugeot Speedfight 2 That’s how I find all of them look good, am mostly alone on the road oda sometimes with girlfriends. So I don’t have the idea of scooter I only know the 2 timer and water-cooled should be good. Search used from 2002 year up to 15000 kilometers so. I have been offered Aerox R50 by the workmate for 800€ 2004 build year and 12000 down always well cared for because we both work in the workshop, so it would not be such a problem with the repair of scooters Is that a good price? Which would you suggest to me which is the best of the price/performance should already be at least 50 to 55 driving more would not be bad. Thanks already for your answers Achja come from the county of Braunschweig if I had a scooter he wants to be able to do it, wants to spend around 800 euros
