Hello !! Have a question to the screwdriver professionals here….am a bit talented but not of the subject !! It is an Aprilia Leonardo 125 year 1996. And indeed, in autumn 2018 the rear caliper broke during the ride. Got a used one. Also the brake lever with brake pump was replaced. Brake pads have been changed before without any problems. Only now there are problems. And we have tried to vent the brake system several times already. However, there is no clear pressure point and the lever can also be pulled through to the handle…. When the balance tank is opened, blow air bubbles at every lever actuation…. Is the normal or do I have a mistake in thinking about it somewhere? Situation/output: 1. Balance tank open and watch out for it does not run empty 2. Lower pressure pump connected to the closed brake caliper nipple 3. Brake lever several times actuated and then pulled and brake caliper nipple opened -> a little Brem liquid flows into pump tank 4. Nipples closed again continue point 3. Have about 700ml of DOT4 brake fluid pumped through with a vacuum pump……no improvement…… I am grateful for any idea !!!

Speedfight 4 Help with changing parts
Hello 🙂 I have two small questions for you. I would like to remove and clean the turn signals at my speedfight 4 from 2019. Can anyone tell me if this is possible because I have water and water inside? Or do I have to buy new ones directly? My second question would be the following: And that is the bracket for the spray protection of the front wheel is broken on one side (see picture). I would like to mount the panel now, but first of all I have to get back into operation. can anyone tell me if I can exchange this single part or what I can do best? Would really be very helpful 🙂

sr 50 no longer accepts gas. only with joke she goes again.!!!
Hi, My SR 50 has not been taking much gas with Joke since recently (only in cold condition). If you have driven about 2-3 km, it normally takes gas. What can this be? BJ 2004 water cooling. Have tried to adjust the screw for the empty lukewarm speed but it does nothing. Always the same. What can this still be? Petrol is inside. Oil lamp is not lit so I go out of the still oil inside. Spark plug is new because the old one was still gone, but had to drop out from time to time. With Joke the scooter runs, but only up to max 20 km/h then the joke has to go in or nothing more. Does anyone still have an idea what might be to set or check?

Hello, Since I will soon be 15 and will go to driving school from Monday I would like to get advice from you which scooter to buy. It should definitely not become a hardware store/atu scooter best Aprilia, Peugeot etc. am open for further brands. Since I can go up to max. 1200€ it will probably be a used one, it should fuel save and not be too expensive in the insurance. Thanks in advance MfG Dennis

Hi, so so far there have been no problems with the scooter. But I have been driving only 100 km so far and the tank needle has just slipped under the top line. So everything is good so far. But back to the thread title: Everyone who knows the Kisbee knows that the passing light is rather a candle in the fog than really suitable for traffic. I ask myself how such a thing can be allowed. My problem is this: In the booklet of Peugeot stands HS1, but I look for example at easyparts after me BA20D. Then I loved the Osram Nightracer 90%. However, this is only available in HS1. Then I have a question about taillight/brakelight. Also I would like to have something brighter (LED). According to booklets, nothing is specified. Easyparts shows a total of 2 versions: BA15s and Bay15D Are 2 different bulbs installed in the rear? And which LEDs can you recommend to me?

Piaggio Zip 50 2T bad run
Hi, I drive a zip 50 2T Bj. 2015 with almost 12000km. After the last winter the scooter was rucking and did not really accept the gas. After I had read something, I cleaned the carburettor. This has already happened 2 times until now. The scooter still did not run satisfactorily. At the first expansion of the carburettor I ordered a new air filter (https://www.ebay.de/itm/353167521906?…) and built it up. Also that did not help, also I dealt with the carburettor one time. In addition, I found that the e-choke was broken. It was exchanged for a new one. I already tried different settings on the carburettor, not with the right result. Mostly the scooter stutters at half or full throttle, it almost stops at the mountain. Now my question: What can I do? What influence does the gas slide needle (I don’t know at the moment) have and must for example a new main nozzle through the air filter chsel (more open porous than the old standard filter) are installed? Peugeot Elystar 50
Hello all, I got a Peugeot Elystar 50 very cheap. The scooter is year 2002. According to the previous owner all ECUs have been changed. Nevertheless, the scooter could not be moved to start. I looked at the spark plug once. This is dry despite many start attempts. At the control of the injection unit I noticed that no petrol is atomized. Petrol is promoted by the petrol pump.
