Hello together, I’ve already read a lot here, was registered once and now again. I brought my Suzuki Estilete UF50 to the workshop a week ago, because it ran with normal carburettor setting (air screw 2 1/4 revolutions back) lean and went out with fast full-gas-giving. I wanted to have an inspection and new tires, because the old one was still mature and I had a nail in the back. I brought the scooter yesterday The boss said they had cleaned and enlarged the main nozzle a bit, it was changed brake fluid and transmission oil. Further the vario-rolls were replaced and a new V-belt was inserted. It is now also running great, but it reaches according to cell phone gps measurement 61km/h ???. Formerly the carburettor replica was run to the 56. Then I had bought at that time an original carburettor from Suzuki and according to gps it did not run faster than 53… wanted to have everything original. I am he and the head of the workshop said that it would have run so slowly because the belt was completely worn out. He offered to install a throttle so that it would drive about 5km/h slower. You couldn’t set it up like a clock. My question: if it had run too thin before, because it would have pulled the wrong air and enlarged the nozzle. Would this explain the increase in performance? I mean, that’s not fuss to enlarge the nozzle with ne r Reibahle? I play with the idea of using a lawyer, but technically I’m really not on the line with scooters. Can you understand where an increase in the maximum speed can come from based on the work that has been done? Can it be that they have forgotten to install the original chokes? Do I need special tools to check this? I thank you now for your expert feedback. I don’t really want to cash in. The machine should already correspond to the original type approval. Greetings Nefle

Gifted scooter is not replaced over 40 km/h almost everything exchanged?
Hello have received as mentioned a scooter. (Explorer Iron 50) Roller runs, starts quite well, as far as everything Ok, until it does not come over 40 km/h! Meanwhile almost everything changed: Vario, weights from 4.8 to 6 gr. tested, ring is out, clutch + bell, (Naraku) counter-pressure spring harder (again the originals inside!) Belts,(Naraku) Cylinder + pistons,( Naraku 50ccm) Exhaust, (Silent Pro) CDI, (Naraku) Air filter insert,(Naraku) Intake nozzles (old had cracks) Gear oil, Main nozzle a number bigger in… But the thing doesn’t come on the grades with my 85 Kg over 40…? Does despite all the replaced parts as before? Suit is so lala, until 25 quite good after that doesn’t come much anymore, on the main stand the scooter takes normal gas, needs about 2-3 sec to turn up, with the gas is not going to play there is he sluggish/delayed inside? Mountain high he builds increasingly from speed goes down and one at some point you sneak around with 20 and is afraid to fall down. (Is there something better with lighter weights…) When it’s cold it’s going to be a little restless it’s taking a little bit of gas and a little smoke.. after a longer ride I came home and in the yard the stationary gas was suddenly higher? What else could it be? Greeting humpback whale

What function does this part have?
What you don’t see in the video is that the hoses are not connected anywhere and don’t have a plan where they could be connectedhttps://youtube.com/shorts/fh7om-Ms1qI?si=fI3UtlzBx7U8f4WD

Roller starts badly
Hello, I have the following problem: my scooter start very bad. But when it is started, it runs quite normal. I have now installed a new carburetor and the problem is still there. With starting aid through the air filter it starts, but goes out after about 20s. Spark plug checked. Fuel hose pulled and started, fuel runs out. What could the problem be? Thank you in advance!

Presumably carburetor problem at Peugeot Speedfight 2
Hello everybody! It’s about the following scooters: Speedfight 2 50er ac Problem: scooter starts, runs well. Then you drive about 500-600 meters, runs well on this track. Suddenly it doesn’t pull anymore. Speed does not rise above an estimated 3500-4000. Speed: Max 30. Then the problem gets worse so far that at some point the scooter hardly gets any further forwards. Motor is still running normally. If you wait about 20 seconds it pulls a little better again. Let it stand and start for 5-10 minutes, The game starts anew. Background History: Roller tuned bought. Stage 6 per was mounted. Carburettor (original ) was tried by the previous owner to mill. Since I wanted to sell the scooter anyway, he ran with the frayed carburettor but ran like a bag of nuts, I built an original belter, 50 hd, and original throttled exhaust. What can that be? My guess is that he runs the 500 meters without any problems, because the float chamber is already about for this track fuel When the fuel is used up, don’t flow fast enough. What do you think?

Speedfight 4 Start problems
Hello, I have a Speedfighr 4 50cc AC 2T with injection. Some time ago my scooter got in contact, it went out in the stand gas suddenly and started only very difficult. Now it does not start at all. I first checked the air supply and it does not seem to be disabled. Next I looked at the spark plug and this was very bad. After I changed you the engine worked at least about. If I start it and give it full throttle the engine turns The petrol and oil pump works perfectly. Can the whole thing lie on the injection valve? Or what else could it lie on? Thank you for all the help!

Rieju Rs2 no power, don’t go
Hello, have me here now, because I don’t know any more. I bought a Rieju Rs2 50 a few days ago. The previous owner wanted to finish you up and drive himself but lost the pleasure of it, because he noticed that you are probably too small for him, and he did not want to continue to grope. Besides some problems with the electrics (only concerning the light), someone seems to have confused cable there. Is there a problem: starting by e-starter works with Choke gan Z well and after a short while she runs in the stand even without choke. In idle turn up also works quite well so far, could maybe turn up a little faster but since I have no experience with the AM6 engine this could be quite normal. So it does not take disturbingly long until you turn up in the stand. However, if I insert a gear and let the clutch come you start to go with the speed in the basement (rolled however at 1-2 kmh) and then wants to go out. I have a I tried to demonize the carburetor, but this one is so tight on the air filter that I didn’t get it down. The spark plug is dark brown (very dark) and slightly damp, which I would push on it, but you didn’t get a load but only ran warm in the stand and I gave a few gassings. This is what I see. no more standard but I can not say that for sure, because the one who had you before could not tell me about it: The exhaust seems to be Malossi, at least Malossi is on the rear silencer. The cylinder has a different color than the head, however, nothing stands on it (both, however, the cylinder is significantly lighter) and the air filter outlet to the carburetor seems to have been glued with hot glue. Otherwise, everything can be done If anyone has any idea what it might be that you want to go out on the run, I’d be grateful for suggestions.

Kymco Dink 50 – Mofaroller – throttled – too high speed. Urgent advice
Hi, I picked up and bought my ( first ) scooter today. I had done a test drive the week before. The throttle (mechanical) was not in there yet. The part ran loosely 60 and had a lot of steam. But woman must not be so fast with a mofa….. :’-( 😉 The dealer has now installed a throttle set “Variomat” or something, and the box now runs only 29 km/h. At this speed the speed is unfortunately constantly in the red range. 9000 – 10000. ( According to papers it should be at bumblebee 7000 ) I can’t imagine that this is good for the engine in the long run…….. With absolute newcomer as far as scooters are concerned. Used to be with classic mopeds (Hercules, Zündapp etc.) and then on the road with motorcycles and cars. Would be nice if someone could advise me. (Just have a quick screenshot of the offer attached…. Is already a very horny scooter, I find 🙂 ) MfG Tab
