Moin together, bought me a used scooter yesterday (Piaggio TPH 50 C29 2-stroke from 2004). Now to the problem… The scooter stood 2 years and was not moved. Therefore first the carburettor unscrewed and cleaned… While driving: The scooter goes off from time to time and takes no gas during the ride. Mostly this happens when you drive full gas, after the gas take away it only rolls and takes hardly any more gas. If you want to leave the stand you have to drive langsa m and can’t start at full speed… But everything runs normal in the stand and the engine doesn’t run out! Did anyone have a similar problem and can help? Thank you very much.

Experiences Kawasaki J 300
Hello together, I’m looking for a second moped/roller. I find the 300 class very interesting and I like it. I’ve been reading for quite a while about all the scooters and watching videos and tests. The problem with me I’m 193 big and not lightweight. Yesterday I was at some dealers and sat rehearsal. Detached is the Honda Forza 300 way too small could not steer. The Vespa 300 GTS is very comfortable and had enough space but looks like a 50s ro Ller with me ?? On the x max 300 I have sat comfortably it would have gone better. Visually I like the j 300 of Kawasaki/Kymco but unfortunately had him by the 2 dealers near me there. All last week was sold, yes is clear Is there big j300 drivers who can tell me about sitting comfort? Or generally j300 drivers who are satisfied are ? Thanks for your help

Purchase advice for scooters up to 1250€
Moin people, I currently have a Honda Vision 50 of 2013, mileage about 25k. Unfortunately, due to a theft attempt and resulting accident, my scooter is so damaged that it will probably be a total damage. Now I have to go looking for a successor…heavy heart. I would like a reliable everyday scooter in top condition (maybe again the Honda Vision 50?) that makes me many years of joy and a few time headache. My budget s ind 1250€, if it is in the higher segment, it really has to be a top device. Do you have purchase tips? My location is Bremen, I am also ready to cover a 60km radius. I have seen Hondas in Bremen and surroundings, but am absolutely unsure about their condition. And maybe there’s also a new enlightenment to even better flickering?

125er or more? With a purchase recommendation
Hello together, I am currently playing with the idea of getting a scooter in addition to the car. Currently I have a 50s, but am not limited because of my A-schein. It serves mainly for city and country road, highway should be the exception. Is a 125s then most useful also in relation to maintenance? Or would you recommend something bigger? I myself am 1.74m tall and 78kg heavy. I would have a Piaggio/Vespa/Aprillia dealer around the corner and love with a Medley 1 25. I would be grateful for advice and recommendations.

Peugeot scooters have been broken up, castle itself swapped?
Hello guys, my Peugeot Speedfight 4 scooter was broken up the days of the night, so now the helmet compartment lock and the steering wheel lock no longer work. There is a lock set in the net where all the parts that you would need for the exchange are included.. my question would be now, can I change that myself or do this a workshop? So you need some special tool or something for that kind of thing? Would really be great if we could give someone a quick feedback to give 🙂 Lg

Aprilia SR 50 1995 reconstruction
Good day, I would have the luck (or misfortune, that turns out still) and received the mentioned scooter. He was stolen from the owner. Found again and in an unknown condition, he did not want to have it anymore. No more papers, because in the helmet compartment. Other exhaust on it. Works certainly more like allowed, disguise damaged, ignition lock defective etc etc. I could not see the scooter but somehow at first on the recyclable yard, why he jetz The last time I drove a scooter was 20 years ago. Even that was more modern than the Aprilia. Now the question to the screwdrivers here, someone knows and can tell me what exactly an original old SR 50 air cooled has installed everything to drive the allowed 45 kmh. Exhaust, carburetor, distance ring etc. I read in other threads that a distance ring is standard. This is missing me. Safety. Then the exhaust is not OK. I would sell it. Then just need a suggestion, which would be appropriate. Carburettor should be original. What has to be there of parameters so that this fits? At the weekend it will be dismantled, then the whole extent will be known. Maybe one can help me with my online parts research until then already. The spare parts supply occurs with so far thin. Thank you already in advance. There will be still a thousand questions to follow. Greeting David The year of construction is estimated.

Motor scooters without type-approval but with:
Would like to buy me a scooter with 100 ccm and have looked at a Honda Bali 100. However, because of the existing papers, I am not sure whether this fits and did not buy it. The following papers are available: – Vehicle ticket with the chassis number as on the scooter chassis. – Expert report §19 (3) StVZO (it looks like it is for the conversion to 100 ccm) but the printed chassis number does not match the scooter. Further back in the report itself s The start of the chassis number matches, the last digits are ***. Probably this report should be valid for a certain series. But as written, the serial number on the first page does not agree. – “Experts for obtaining the type approval” (only valid in connection with the approved test report). The chassis number on this report is the same as on the scooter and in the above mentioned vehicle certificate. In box 22 there is a little entry for field T and 90 kmh. . Otherwise, the data of the scooter are entered, as in the vehicle certificate. A test report from the Tüv is stacked with this report. At the signature of the examiner it is stated “It is certified that the above information on the vehicle description is correct and the vehicle – with the exception of the deviation described in box 22 – complies with the applicable regulations. Could this nevertheless fit or do I definitely need the type approval for the scooter? Thank you Greetings Raiden

Pegasus Sky 50 Problem Cold start and sporadic power breakdown
I bought a TGB Pegasus Sky a few weeks ago. The scooter is from the year 2000 and had original 340 km on the watch It looks like new, and so far it has been doing so. Now at about 600 km it starts to get massive problems. It starts very badly in the cold start at once. You have to org some times or step into the kick starter until it runs. Before that was never a problem. Sometimes it helps if I hold the intake tube on the air filter box at the St. As soon as the engine is running, you can always start it without any problems. But after a few hours of rest, the problem is present again. Furthermore, gasoline drips out of the air filter box again and again, besunders when the tank is full. And as if all this is not bad enough he has again and again power losses where he suddenly takes the gas very badly and partly also runs out because he probably gets too little fuel. ie. That was not so until recently. Before the start of the season the oblique was cleaned and adjusted, as well as completely fresh 2 measure oil filled, and new oil at the vario. As said the scooter ran 1A until recently. What I wonder is that the scooter does not run out if I press the suction nozzle on the air filter box with the finger. Normally it would have to go out there. Does a clue in which direction to look now? Petrol pump possibly defective? Or the Joke? Or d reassembly decontamination cleaning and reassembly a new nozzle ?
