How do you maintain your scooters, e.g. sitting care products etc… is the panel made of sheet metal or plastic, 1x per month treat with Wax? 1x per year I would like to check the scooter then, something like a small inspection with Mo change door oil, brake pull, carburettor cleaning etc. Cost how much? 100€ in cut or?

Hello together I already made me smart here, nevertheless found nothing suitable have bought a scooter, everything was ok, when unloading at home, no light goes back and forward and instruments no more. Brake light spins sometimes not, blinker horne ok. have fixed that the front bulb is broken and dipped light, why does not the instrumten lighting then ? Hello! I’m just breaking my head for my Daelim Otello 125 FI S1. Because according to WHB I need for the original installed screws for the brake disc M8x24 hexagonally set off with lens flattening head, 39 Nm tightening torque. In addition, there is also screw securing (which in the WHB nothing stands, however it does not do there) medium-proof. Now, for safety, I want to add also Weicon Anti-Seize, a mounting paste, so that a fixed rust is impossible. Is this useful or does it make it impossible for me to secure a bolt? And: is a screw that has “switched off”, i.e. has a so-called “centring function”? Hey guys, I’d like to buy either the Suzuki Burgman 650, SW-T 600 or the BMW C650 GT in a few months and I hope you can help me a bit.. I’ve read a lot, looked at some tests and watched numerous videos about the scooters. Mostly private videos about YouTube. I haven’t tried any of the scooters since I’m about to make my appearance. With the scooter I want to go to work (25 km along the outskirts), with the girlfriend to the shoppe From Dortmund to the Sauerland, to the Eifel, high to Münsterland and possibly even to the Alps. Nice weather tours and pleasant cruising, but with plenty of steam for overtaking etc.. The price is not the decisive argument. The only thing that bothers me about the BMW is the chain. How do you see it? Vllt. can give me a few experiences or tips. I can’t get any information at all. Thanks in advance. and greetings Michael

Hello, as already mentioned in the title, I would like to know if the Piaggio NRG is recommended. Are the 250€ well laid out or are there better alternatives? Yamaha Aerox is clearly more expensive with 3000€, but also has a 4 clock injector motor. which scooter would you recommend? what is there for alternative? I drive also in winter, so the engine should be fit even at temperatures around 0 degrees. My current Honda SFX 50 from 1995 jumps even at -10°C at the first occurs immediately are the current scooters just as good in quality? Thank you

I have an old Piaggio skipper that I’m trying to fix. The battery was fucked and had to be renewed and the kickstarter doesn’t work either. The carburetor is cleaned and also gets gasoline but there’s no spark. The light, the flasher, horn everything works but the new spark plug is still dry in the front and gets no power. It just doesn’t give off noises but does not. Does anyone have tips how to make it run? I don’t have that much idea so forgive if few things should make no sense. Year 1995 almost 15’000 km

Hello. And again a question. After it has been clarified with the tires (there are of course 2 new ones) , my friend (the man with a clue) and me (the carrier) wanted to put us on the brakes. Had a quite bad braking performance on the rear. At the front was quite ok. Nevertheless, today we installed 4 new coverings. After the airing of the system, however, it was not better at the front. And at the back I suddenly had no pressure ( please do not look too closely with the “technical terms”. After that it was better and in the front there was a big improvement to notice, even by airing out eternally, nothing changed. One builds up ( by long pumping of the brake lever ) pressure, brake performance well available. As long as one holds the lever pulled, the pressure remains. However, as soon as one lets go and starts to pull the lever without effect to the grip. Zero braking effect. But if one pumps again about 10 sec relatively fast, builds up pressure on or a good braking effect again. This is how the game works all the time. Could it be a defect of the saddle? The pistons didn’t really move properly even after cleaning. Brake fluid doesn’t exit anywhere. Where does the pressure get lost? Air in the system I rule out. At least everything was okay after airing.
