Hello together! I drove today with my sister’s scooter (in case of rain). After about 5 minutes of full drive at approx. 65 km/h the scooter did not take any more gas. I rolled out and the engine went straight out! After I was standing I could not start the scooter any more. About the E-start was only a cracking relay to hear. But what surprised me even more was that the kick starter was apparently blocked like! It was not possible to move the kick lever. I pushed the scooter home n, here and there a bit shaken, but nothing happened! So first breakfast and let go! After the meal I got the scooter really started again. also the kick worked again. However, he drove only about 40 km/h stuttered at certain gas position and went out again several times. Same problem no E-start no Kickstart At some point the new(!!!) gel battery was also empty. A few hours of recharge-clamped – started scooter ran (bad). Then the rear light went off (brake light and headlights were intact) . The scooter went off again and now it does absolutely no more mucks! No relay clapping no nothing at all! The petrol filter was replaced after the throttle of the scooter 5 days ago (roller stood a year ago) By the way a sports exhaust was installed and a distance ring (though used to throttle) removed. I noticed that I really like to drive scooters despite my own cars, but solc I want to drive this thing and I don’t want to push the mill all the time! Can you professionals help me, I don’t even have the touch of a clue! Thanks in advance guys (and girls)

Roller has bad suit / Swallows herself
Hello, I have a scooter Suzuki AP 50 Bj. 95 with approx. 20,000km of mileage. The scooter is completely original and has never been throttled. I brought the scooter back to life after about 8 years of service life. I cleaned both tanks for this purpose. I cleaned the carburettor already 2 times (gassers put into petrol overnight, and everything blown out with compressed air). Of course I changed all liquids and used a new battery. I have even checked and cleaned the clutch and installed a new drive belt. The spark plug is deer brown. So, now to my problem: When I start with full throttle the scooter has no power and accelerates very slowly. When accelerating with slow-rotating gas it is partly OK. In the cold state it seems to be better than in the warm. When I arrive at approx. 50 km/h it accelerates relatively quickly to the final speed of approx. 68 km/h. He drives up a mountain without significant loss of strength with approx. 60 km/h. It feels as if the carburetor would swallow itself while accelerating. Strangely, the ONLY when accelerating is like this, otherwise the scooter runs perfectly. Can someone please give me a hint what I can still do to make the start and speed up better again? Thanks and greeting Superpuk

Roller does not start after a long service life.
Hello forum team, My scooter, a PGO Big Max, does not start after a long service life (about 9 years). I have recharged the battery and the same duty to be OK. Also with the foot starter he does not give a kick. Where would you first look for the cause for the non-starting? Thanks in advance for an immediate back-information. Greetings from beautiful high forest. Winfried

Large-scale roller purchasing consultancy
Hi guys, I’m looking (still) for a big scooter. Have the open motorcycle bill. 1.82 big and 104Kg. Since I don’t have a car, the scooter will serve as a everyday vehicle and for the way to work (currently 5Km). After the soon move, the work path will probably be between 20-30Km. In addition, I would like to make trips abroad 2-3 times a year (Holland, Italy etc.) and also with the scooter. Important for me are reliability and even more important the consumption In the beginning I had the Majesty 400 or Burgman 400 in my head, but I’m still insecure.Maybe they are a bit too fat for the beginning or for everyday life. So now I have picked out the Burgman 200, Xmax 250,Xcity 250 and the SH300. Kymco and Co. I don’t want to. It’s important for me that I can stretch out my legs and don’t have to sit constantly at 90 degrees angle, so theoretically only the Burgman 200 is left. So that I get a feeling tonight there’s a tour of a Burgman 125, there nearby. What do you think about it? Perhaps the 400 Burgman or Majesty would be the smarter choice after all? I’m a little bothered by the rear, because it looks like it’s going far beyond the rear wheel.

Honda Helix 250 or Vespa Hexagon 125
Hello friends. As I will soon start a job in the vicinity (around about 5-7km) and the fuel prices will certainly not fall, I think about getting one of the two above mentioned things. The scooter is supposed to be only means to the end. If I want to have (even more driving) fun I get on my motorcycle I have read the Beitäge zum Helix and also have an acquaintance who is otherwise very critical in such things. elix very enthusiastic. Above all he says that even in the rain one arrives relatively dry feet. Is this also so with the witch? The “Hexe” should not be a bad scooter, but in this forum read for the first time of the part and thus have no closer experiences. The scooter – as mentioned above – should be bought mainly for the work path (50% village 50& country road). Of course I am not reluctant to use the part also for smaller purchases. Here, too, the routes will be mainly located in the village or in the next small town (approx. 6km).From the optical point of view, the “witch” rather speaks to me. It doesn’t look quite like “sofa on wheels” Also, the witch seems to be a bit cheaper in the purchase. I also read that the helix is very reliable, but the first part supply is slowly but surely getting worse. Well, now you know what it’s about.

Can you buy a good conscience?
Hello guys, I also want to enjoy the scooter this year. I’ve read a bit here and made myself smart as well. I want a simple scooter (50ccm) for the city – no overland tours, just to drive to the lake and get around in the city. At the same time the fun in the purchase must not be too expensive – operating costs are ok if workshop visits do not take over. Now I came across the following offer at Ebay:http://cgi.ebay.de/w s/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130197244441 Since I have already searched for something here, the feedback on Jinlun Roller was not always so positive, but always in connection with conversion work and tuning. Since I have nothing of the kind, but just want to drive, I wonder now if I can approach the offer up there (of course only after test drive etc.) purely from the starting point? Are Jinlun Roller ok (for my requirements)? If not, would I be interested in w o you get your scooter here. Maybe ebay is not the ideal starting place. I live in Berlin and would like to invest about 300-400 euros for a well-kept used one. Thanks already to all who have read up here and can give me tips. Greeting Robert

Roller disassembled, plugs and hoses too much, need help
Hi, I removed the panel at my Malaguti F15 to look at the right and clean everything. Here I found some unconnected plugs and hoses. Can anyone tell me where they come from and what they are for? I numbered the cables and hoses and labeled them:Carburetor Can it be that this is the choke and the carburetor heater, should they not be connected? And if I connect the hoses, with what kind of clamps do I do that? Wh I get it? Furthermore, I found a derelict plug on the frame (5)Electric Thanks Udo

The New Generation of China Bulls 2008
After the first generation of the new DIY scooters have sold relatively well, some new scooters from China come in for the new season, which are now no longer on everyday life, but supposedly on sports: Here is an example:http://cgi.ebay.de/…tegoryZ9939QQssPageNameZWDVWQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem And here is the new generation of China everyday scooters:http://cgi.ebay.de/…tegoryZ9939QQsssPageNameZWDVQQrdZ1QcmdZViewItem What do you think of the new generation of the C A scroller?

Hello, I have a Hercules Prima 5s with this mofa the circuit does not work perfectly. If I pull the clutch I can not move the footrests easily and if I start I always have to push the mofa a little and then make the first gear in. Otherwise I can not get the first gear in. Can someone tell me how to solve this ? Thank you in advance. [From motor talk from the topic ‘circuit does not work perfectly Hercules Prima 5s’.]
