Hello! Our old Citroรซn C8 gives up slowly, but surely, his mind, and I am looking for a new car for our family (2 + 4). I came across the Grand Voyager. I am very impressed by the space offered by the car. But I have no experience with the model, nor do I know anyone who owns a Grand Voyager. I would be happy if you could answer some questions from your experiences. What interests me: Many questions – I am happy about every antwor t, even if you only have one or two points. Thank you in advance! Benedict

Good morning community, I have a fatal problem. I charged the battery overnight. Just jammed and as soon as I open a door the alarm system starts to go off and I can’t turn it off either by key or by de and activate the central locking. Just disconnect the battery makes it mute. Fuel loss in Voyager 2.8 CRD
Who has an idea?! Since yesterday suddenly massive diesel loss on Voyager! Seen from below it runs out like sprinkler systems…. I think it comes from direction belt drive, but can not locate it exactly! From above looked everything is dry and nothing recognizable! The fuel lines where I can get to, all look i.o. from…. Greetings from the west coast

Engine goes off while driving
My Chrysler GS 2,4l just went off during the ride. “I should check my engine soon” Light went on. Nothing is stored in the fault memory, then I changed oil and filter, but I’m “a bit at a loss” because everything is ok. If it’s cold, it runs again until it’s warm, then it goes out. Of course, you know that this always takes place in the most “inconvenient” places. That’s why I don’t want to “put it to the test” anymore. I mean, water is not “all too hot” problem?-, climate is going, heating dto. and as I said, no bugs are stored in the store. The net is full of vehicles that run out during the ride. The solution suggestions for this usually not exactly targeted, except the “usual suspects”, who sell spare parts or simply want to spread “bad messages” and “laugh off”. Since the GS has a bit of “many” sensors, I don’t want to start to switch, drive, s The 2.4 engine is probably the same as in the PT Cruiser or? There I know of frequent defects of the ZKD, but is not the case with me “rather” because oil and water are clean, no steam from the exhaust and the oil consumption is limited. Does someone have a solution….

First-part search
Hello, I am looking for a spare part that seems to no longer exist. It is about the drive shaft bearing. The part number is: 04567413 or …414. No matter where I look, the part is not available or will only be available again sometime in the coming months. If someone still has such a part and can separate themselves from it or if someone has a tip where I get the part. It is really to despair. Greetings from Ortenberg by Daniel

Chrysler Grand Voyager 3.6 vs Dodge Grand Caravan3.6 LPG
Hi, I hope I get some good tips / advice from you here. A van needs to be here and it should be something special, so we thought of an Ami Van. In the eye we liked the two vehicles above. Both are offered with LPG, can you tell me in how far the two vehicles differ? We thought of an annual car, currently both vehicles are offered at Mobile and Autoscout in Hamburg / Schwerin and Lahr, BJ.2015 od. 16 with max. 30 TSD KM mileage. (Link doesn’t seem to work.) 1. What do I have to pay particular attention to when buying? How good is the dealer network? I come from near Hamburg. 2. How is that actually with the costs, are the costs actually greatly reduced by the LPG system or is the me poor. 3. I could use all the information, have never had a vehicle with LPG. Thanks in advance for information. Greeting Marko

Purchase of Voyager Pro/Contra
Hello Chrysler-Gemeinde, zum Titel: I had been looking for something similar here before, but found nothing right – and if the amounts were already older. I come from the Volvo V40-Forum here and play with the idea of possibly purchasing a Chrysler Voyager – reason: Family and the V 40 is not too tight yet, but it will probably be soon … ๐ The following I have arranged so far: – should be four from the year of construction 2004 (why, I don’t know exactly …) – between hen 50 and 100 TKM – 2.5 l diesel with manual transmission – price between 10 and 15 TEUR Today we are a Grand Voyager test run. 54TKM, year 07/04, 2.5 l hand transmission, summer tires are down – with what do I have to reckon with? Otherwise: 8-fold tyres, snow chains with (model Snow, if someone says so), heater (Webasto), Navi, changer, climate, . I had a very good impression. The dealer wants 15.900. Questions: – what do I have to expect for each customer service (I don’t have any “self” What about the facelift at the end of 04? – maybe more information about soot filter/particle filter or what you have to pay attention to? Ride only petrol … – what does the 2.5 l diesel consume with “normal” driving mode? These were my questions for the beginning … ๐ Greeting Bombo

Voyager transmission problem
Hello, someone has a tip on the following problem. Voyager Bj.99. The gearbox does not turn up! All driving ranges work, R,D,3,L. In P and N the engine can be started in this way the gear selector should be correct. The problem has occurred after gear oil and filter changes. In the Wekstatt manual what is set about modulating pressure. Could be the cause here? Maybe someone has a few tips.

Grand Voyager from 2008 – not suitable for large people (1,92m)?
Moin, we plan(t) to purchase a Grand Voyager from model year 2008. Since we were just in Berlin, a visit to the used dealer, who had quite a lot of Americans standing, so also 3 very well-kept Voyager at fair prices. During the pro-possessing came then the disillusionment: a 192cm man does not fit or only very briefly into a clearly over 5m long van. In the LX without sliding roof only the knee angle was modest, because the seat could not be pushed far enough to the rear. d with sliding roof and electric seats was even less space for the legs, the steering wheel was almost on the thighs, and the head hit the sky. Why are the Americans still building huge cars, but at the front there is no room for adult northern Europeans? Are there ways to change something? Put the stop for the seat to the rear or something like that? The Grand Voyager with the Stow ‘N Go seat solution would be the ideal solution for our usage profile, but “from the pole” for me f for longer distances simply not usable. Does anyone know if the Lancia Voyager offers more room in front? Greeting Kai

Presentation and transmission problem
Moin Gemeinde, I would like to introduce myself as a Voyager newcomer. My name is Oliver very close to 50 and I come from Schleswig Holstein (Hademarschen). I have been screwing now since I have a driver’s license and come rather from the corner of the Youngtimer Benze. I can call 3 W124 my own and an 82er Opel record. Now I gave in to my wife’s wish and bought a Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.8 Diesel from 2005 Stow ฬn Go with 230,000 km. As OBDII newcomer I tried to read out the onboard diagnosis with the 3 times ignition key method. ๐ Unfortunately, does not work!? What am I doing wrong? Furthermore, the biggest problem is the automatic transmission. It switches so well, only there is a jerk in the gearbox after starting up each time. I think when it switches from the 1st to the 2nd gear. Does someone have a tip for me what that can be? The transmission oil is before just a paa r Thousand KM have been changed and nice reddish with correct filling level. Thank you in advance and greetings Oliver
