I bought the Antara cheaply as EU import, drove it now about 6 months and 7700 km and sold it with little loss. For 10 days we are proud owner of a VW Touareg V6 TDI Bj. At the end of 2010. Before the Antara we also had a Touareg (old model) . If one once into the We were satisfied with the Antara and I would recommend it even more. However, only as an import it is significantly cheaper there. As import the price-performance ratio fits easily. The only criticism point is that the DPF cleans every 800 km and dis lasts up to 100 km. Lt. Opel normal. For me undiskutabel. The Antara will probably not get any cheaper with four wheel etc. How are your opinions on Antara, what do you think of the offer? Does Antara get along with a 1700 kg trailer? Sometime next year, a new Opel is due. Among other things, the Antara is also available. Since I am a little driver (about 13000km p.A.) and this also usually on short distances makes no sense for me and I don’t want a diesel anymore thanks to DPF. That’s why only the 2.4 is possible. Since the 2.4 is hardly sold at all, this is such a thing with the test drive. No dealer has a petrol, if Antara at all then only diesel. inen 2.4er, and best of course the current one with 167hp. For me only a new car comes into question. (Used there is anyway no ) I would be interested above all in the practical consumption, and the driving performance in everyday life. OK- they didn’t find the sound of the pitching (but also didn’t hear it; I drove from the yard after the appointment, over the lower curb edge and there the sound was clearly heard again, funny!?) But on the subject of jerking and starting weakness I can now say: That’s definitely gone. The car purrs like Schmidtskat. The service manager said that I had the latest SW version on it now, whatever that means? The consumption should also improve thereby. If they have not changed anything at the BC, I would now lie after the first hunder KM at about 8 liters (of course will meticulously calculate)! So I am at the moment quite euphoric. If the stupid noise in the fender is now gone – the perfect car.

Hello, where it is getting colder now, I noticed how long it takes until the heating in my Antara Diesel works really well. This morning, for example, it took 15-20 minutes, at an outside temperature of 2 degrees, until the automatic control (set to 22 degrees) took the fan a little bit back.
