Hello I have a Opel Combo B built in 1997 with the following problem. And that was when a wheel turned very hard at the rear and the rim got hot when driving for longer. So it was clear brake tight. So wheel down the drum and brake disassembled. New wheel brake cylinders installed and built together. After that the hand brake did not go any more and even the brake itself had hardly any effect. I then made new coverings because by being stuck the lining suffered extremely from it so that it was down to the rivets. But now I still have the problem that the hand brake hardly brakes and also the fus brake does not really have the full effect. You can only notice that when I press the brake the wheel a little hard turns but I can still turn it before hand. Does anyone have a tip what went wrong there? Are the drums so worn off?

Emergency run, tell-tale annealing system lights, P0400 exhaust gas recirculation circuit, flow too large
Hello, I recently moved my Opel Vivaro for the first time. To the car: BJ 2003, 225000 km, Combi 9 seater, 1.9 cdti, 101 hp The engine did not pull at all during the ride, there was no power there. 1+2 gears were still relatively normal, from then on no acceleration at all. Maximum speed 80-90 km/h but also with 1 km acceleration path. 6 gears didn’t work at all. Had to drive about 40 km home with it, that was certainly not healthy. Speed was not limited, so he was already turning up to 3-4 thousand tours in low gear, but was not a force. Later I read out the error memory, the following error code: DTC: P1125 – charging pressure valve, low voltage – permanent I could not measure the voltage of the charging pressure valve itself, because it now no longer jumps in. Did anyone have a similar problem or can represent a careful remote diagnosis? Many thanks for the help! [From engine talk from the topic ‘Opel engine does not pull, no force, DTC P11’25 leads over charging pressure low, can’.

Original manufacturer Opel Combo D Headlights
Hello! Does anyone know the original supplier/manufacturer for the front headlights for the Opel Combo D BJ 2012, or which one can buy? I am supposed to exchange them for the TÜV, but I don’t want to buy anything, because I have had a bad experience with this approach! On the headlight itself only the rubber cap has a part number or manufacturer name. Mako or so…

Vivaro always goes out. Restart only possible after cooling
Hello, I have a question for the experts here. I have a Vivaro 2.0 Cdti EZ 01/2009 (must be Bj. 2008). The following problem. It started that my heater did not work anymore, the temperature indicator showed nothing and sometimes it was sniffing up to almost maximum. On a ride then the water is boiled out. At the examination a cooler tube was blown by the coolants. This replaces and tries to vent the system (almost not possible). Now the next GROSS problem comes up, as soon as the Vivaro is warm the engine warning lamp comes out and it goes out. No longer to start, analysis system writes no connection to the engine control unit. The next day it is started again, at the venting attempt it has already gone out again and the same game as before. Only after cooling it runs again for about 10 minutes. Error message p2149 and p2146. Währ supercool if one of you could tell me what is going on here. Is it the control device? this can be repaired as cold? Or it is not possible for me to imagine the greetings of Marcus.

OPEL Vivaro B Injection testing / Exhaust gas system testing
Hello, for some time now my Opel Vivaro B has caused me problems. Running power 196000 Km. Since last summer the car starts to throw out the error P0106 after the warm-up drive. And if I don’t take the gear out and start the start stop comes also the error exhaust system check. If I stop in time just before the start the gear out the error goes away. I run the engine remains the error and then follows exhaust system check. The cruise control is then also n This is the absolute pressure sensor / barometric pressure sensor suction tube circuit. The MAP sensor / charging pressure sensor has been replaced by 3 compartments. Thus, it should not be. The charging air hoses have been renewed. All injectors have been replaced. The air volume meter has been renewed. A new AGR has been installed. So far 2 candles have been renewed. The new AGR has been re-installed. The error code is no longer available. Since the error comes and goes, and I sometimes don’t even have to delete it, I think it’s not a mechanical problem. Rather an electronic one. I was against my screwdriver. I don’t know anymore. And I don’t. Can someone give me helpful tips? The Vivaro is identical to the traffic, Primestar etc. Engine runs, no noticeable line loss. slightly increased consumption , about 1 Maybe someone has an idea and can help. Thanks in advance. Greetings Michi

Lead cables from the engine compartment into the interior
Hello to the community, as one or two of my previous questions point out :-), I deal with the theoretical preparatory work for retrofitting additional headlamps to be attached to the front below the radiator grille. Today’s topic of my preparations was the placing of the cables in the interior. I noticed when I looked closely that behind the coolant tank above the left shock absorber mounting the harness felt from the engine into the interior 1.) In my mind it shouldn’t be the problem to push two or three more cables through there? Or? 2.) The whole thing is pretty tight, I can’t get to the rubber plug with my hand – the coolant tank is in the way. I don’t want to break it down now. Does it do anything if I dismantle the rain drain sheet? Then I would have to get to it somehow… Has someone ever done this before and ha t Tips in stock how this goes by hand? Thank you very much !!!

Opel Vivaro 2.5 CDTI electrical problems LMM
Dear ladies and gentlemen, I am totally remodeled with our vivaro 2.5 cdti from 2007 as a disabled car. Unfortunately, it has been causing problems for a long time. The car was already at the Opel dealership and these could not find the mistake now we had it again with us and we changed the air mass meter because of this only gave it problems. Then it also ran well again. Now a few days later that car stopped again. The LMM measured almost 3000 degrees Celsius if LMM off or not the value remained. Then we exchanged the LMM again this time a higher quality than before there he measured 11 degrees(right) he ran again a few days and did not start anymore he still does sometimes and goes out directly again (he measures again almost 3000 degrees. I would be very happy if someone had an idea If questions please report With kind regards Tim

Costs for brake replacement – Opel Movano B L2H2, assessment?
Hi together, I drive a Opel Movano B L2H2 with 110 hp, first registration 2016. My workshop found out during the last oil change that the brakes are quite worn out. An early replacement (brake disks, brake calipers and pads) is urgently necessary, because the brakes have already partially fixed themselves. I was given a price of 1,500 € for the complete replacement, which seems quite high to me. After my rough calculation I come to this material and working food en: Material: 4x Bosch brake calipers, ca. 120 € = 480 € 4x Brembo brake discs, ca. 180 € Brake pads: ca. 70 € Labour costs: ca. 200 € per axle = 400 € Total cost: sum without VAT: ca. 1,100 € VAT: ca. 1,300 € Is this more realistic, or am I wrong with my assessment? I am not sure if I have set the working time too low.

Tecshift Problems
Hello Leidensgenossen! After towing a dozen times I have now self-built the Tecshift 6 gear transmission, without any problems to lower the engine, switch off the control panel, unscrew the gear and pull away to the outside. Before the out, the clutch slipped! ( Opelwerkstatt said clutch was defective!) Pressure plate unscrewed, pull-off disc OK – normal wear after 123000km rear bearing OK! Pressure cylinder tight everything was dust dry, no metallic abrasion etc. What now?? A m 06.01 workshop heated and this acuator control center disassembled , nothing special found The problem of this circuit was always lack of clutch pressure , At highway jam stop and go came the problems , 6 times switched , then the clutch no longer separated and I had to strangle the engine with foot brake . Turn off engine , restart sometimes helped , the error disappeared from the display , but at the next stop the same story from the front . The clutch encoder consists of a plastic cylinder with plastic lines , I’m not sure but the low hydraulic pressure could come from here . Sometimes were also very loud switching noises from 1 gear to Neutral , then N appeared and then the gear jumped to level 2 , repress was necessary , then came gear error , Automatic then no longer works . In the workshop then always the same error was read out and deleted ( Safe money but no error fix . Now I build everything around on manual gearbox , the Fzg is t now scrap value , not even Russians want to buy the box. New Tecshift gearbox 6 gear costs approx. 4900 + VAT The control center completely costs approx., 1800 + VAT work Opelwerkstatt workshop ?????? ( Well that’s what I do myself ! ) The repair exceeds the residual value of the car my details are verifiable at any time What now ?? There is only one alternative , conversion to manual 6 gear manual Mech transmission is cheaper , Rep. is cheaper , replacement no problem , sale value i st higher !! etc…… Unfortunately I have to suck a lot from the bones, there are no technical rep instructions for this conversion I also have to change the wire harness and control unit , cockpit I do not know yet , it does a lot of work but now even more ! Who is interested in my experiences can contact me 08727 / 7180 MFG Montiserv

My bi-turbo is annoying ??
Guude, so, I’ve increased my nigelnagel sparkelnew Vivaro 1.6 Bi-Turbo in 2018 because my combo became too small spatially. 3 years was all good, then came the first error message, result AGR exchange. OK, I have to live with. April 23 error message AGR exchange, annoying ?? error message was in the meantime gone, then there again. At the end of July then the exchange. November again the exhaust system check, error message (which exactly no idea ) back to Opel, statement: yes, you drive z u short distances, for this the car is not designed, the filters are closed and the sensors report that then. Then my information to the OpelMann, “he was never in this “regeneration mode” and the ruptures also at constant speed, like during interruptions. Ok then bring the time by, we can trigger this and switch it into this regeneration mode. 4 weeks all good. That was then beginning 12/23. Now the Sch… already off again. I like the Vivaro really well, has space is agile, if I had known that, I would have just bought a trailer. I read here in the forum that I am not the only one with these problems. I also got the information that it probably is due to the Euro 6, because everything is so filtered that it comes to such problems, was the statement of the OpelMan. I can’t drive a long distance just so that the engine doesn’t spin. State-forced misconstruction. Greeting Michel
