  • Opel Combo B /Coupling Switch /Help

Moin, I bought a combo for cheap, and the clutch is probably gone, seems like it doesn’t separate properly anymore because the walks go in pretty hard when the engine is on, when the engine is off they go in perfectly. Now to my actual question, is it possible to change the clutch WITHOUT stage? And can someone give me such a little instruction? Have been through the rushes only I find nothing, and yes I am half lay in the matter. But if what is wrong with you? It is not so bad, I would like to try it myself. Would be cool if someone could help me. Achso it is a 1.7D greeting from Berlin/Brb

  • STOP and engine symbol flash with icy (!) running engine

Hello together, as it says above: this morning the ice-cold (!!!) Vivaro started and wanted to drive off, the STOP and the engine symbol flashes. I then turned off the engine and restarted after a few seconds. Same result. In the guide is the following: Quotation: Switching off the engine (STOP) lights up together with (MOTORSYMBOL) when the coolant temperature is too high. Turn off the engine immediately and use the help of a workshop. Too high? With a 12 hour cold engine in winter at 4° outside temperature? But probably not!? Can it be that the coolant sensor is defective instead? Unfortunately, I don’t know about cars at all, but I just opened the hood and checked all the visible containers, everybody is on MAX (oil between MIN and MAX). Tonight my buddy comes by with his OBD diagnostic device, let’s see if there’s anything out of it. If it’s the coolant sensor s Should, can you change it yourself? Where is the Vivaro? Thank you for your help.

  • Vivaro no power, battery new, bridged

Good morning, Monday at shopping. Wants to start the engine, starts, ruptures, goes off. Control lamps start again after another ignition attempt, then very weak flickering until nothing more. With foreign vehicle bridged, jumped immediately, ran impeccable (driving time approx. 30 minutes) to refuel. At the gas station, same problem, short mess in the mouse cinema (control lights) dead again. Friendly petrol station owner fetches battery on latches, with starting aid cables bridged, sc Statement Tankman: Battery broken Home driven, tried again on Tuesday morning. All lamps light up briefly together, flicker together afterwards nothing more. New battery fetched, built in, ignition everything lights up immediately, can also hear power off pump, I think, but lights don’t extinguish as usual (I always wait this off, then I start) I ignite, flicker, light buzzing, violent flickering, everything goes out, light glimmering, then black. uch (so turn on the ignition) everything black, with the ignition switched on very slowly 4 lights first come to glimmer, burn then stable, ignition-dead. Researched all night in the net and thanks to the Super-Foren (of course here primarily ) I now tap on a mass error. Are there similar experiences, or even solutions? I always want to understand this a little bit and describe the reason as well as possible to the workshop. Have already 150 euros for a battery moaned, which I didn’t need. (I was to blame for that myself, but could have checked before, but nevertheless somehow assumed that the old batt. had a Macke) Panning service wanted to arrive from 50 km away, had no test or measuring instruments, wanted to to tow. I refused and agreed with Renault workshop a meeting if it can be started again. Question: Why does it work while bridged, has to do with the circuit (laidally depicted). Spie Does a mass error matter? Thank you for listening Oh yes: old battery on electronic charger, after 20 minutes green and full.

  • Vivaro, what could be broken in the near future

Hello. I have already read through various VivaroThreads, but always find only the same or generally little experience. In advance: I do not drive Viraro, I ask the question only for an acquaintance who bought one. Nevertheless, that the car all talked him out, among other things because the part is in my opinion completely wrong in design terms, he bought it through a cheap offer, and thus gave the VW T4 and Ford Transit no chance (yes, Fi The good guy (my friend) is a taxi driver, and drives about 120-150000km a year. The Vivaro he bought is BJ 06, has about 20,000km on it. What do you think that could/will break in the near future? What is definitely broken (some childhood diseases, known defects?) I thank you (btw: pity that there are no usable transporters a ́la transit or T4 from Japan )

  • Vivaro – sporadically test injection in case of cold

Hello together, I drive a Vivaro 2.0 CDTI from 2011 with approx. 175tkm. Last winter the sporadically had the error message “injection check” in the dashboard. This has disappeared after a few minutes, until then on the highway at the beginning of this year “injection defective” lighted up with the STOP symbol. Then the DPF was expanded and burned free in the oven, as it was apparently full. The workshop said then that the oil sensor also indicated that the oil covered until a few weeks ago, everything was fine with the car. Now the error message “check injection” came back. Overall, this now showed up 3 times, the first time only a few seconds, yesterday it stayed several minutes. Today the car then went to the workshop, and from there I just learned that no error was stored, which indicates the DPF. Only oil worn and a fault in the brake light. 2 months ago (approx. 2-3tkm) I had an oil change done without a reset or deletion of the error (if this one was already there). I can’t rhyme on it, and that the workshop can’t either frustrates me a bit, because I don’t want to have the DPF cleaned every winter. A few years ago he has problems with the glow candles, then I changed a few. The error was then gone. If it was very cold, I had to change it. is (below 0°C) sometimes the engine control light and the service light light light shine briefly when starting, so I think there could still be a problem with the glow plugs. But nothing seems to appear in the error memory. The car always went normal, and also did not go into the emergency run when the error “injection defective” appeared. Something seems to prevent the regeneration of the DPF at cold temperatures. Do you have any idea what that could be?

  • Which alloy wheels for Vivaro B

Hello I have a vivaro b bj. 2016 and think about buying other summer complete wheels as standard I have 215/60 r17 on alufelge 6x16x ET 50 that I now have a different punch drive than with the previous one I already know.(5×114) I would be interested in which wheel tyre combination (wheel widths, rim widths and press depths) I can drive or get registered without changes on the vehicle. 17 and 18 inches I think on 225/55 r17 or 235/50 r18 245/45 r18 is rather unlikely without changes to the vehicle I have looked at various internet pages and in many reviews stand on issues concerning changes to the vehicle inside. I know but of other vehicles I had not to have much to say. many thanks in advance

  • Attach Keder rail to the car

Hello together, I would like to attach a keder rail to my Vivaro to attach a sun sail there. I have already got through various alternatives with magnets and suction cups and it was not the truth. If the things actually hold at the end, I have the problem at the latest at the next strong rain that the water in the rain channel does not run fast enough and runs down at the side. In case of emergency then unfortunately also into the not completely closed sliding door. Therefore the decision to a permanently attached Keder rail above the sliding door. Basically I would attach the with Decalin or Sika (adhesive + dense) to the body and for additional hold metal screws turn in. I would take six screws at 3 m length. Is that enough? What do I have to consider when screwing into the sheet metal? Pre-drilling? Corrosion protection? Thank you already!

  • Sony radio in Vivaro X83 – which adpaters are necessary?

Hello everyone, I have needed a Sony xav-ax100 and I want to connect it to my Opel Vivaro, X83 (/06/2010), with CD70. I don’t know what I need to buy now for adapters in order to be able to connect it. If I google, usually only something comes out with steering wheel remote control and so. Or an adapter for Opel Vivaro X83 from 2011 …. But I need an adapter first, the one with both small rectangular plugs from the radio to the large square plug (or the socket), which comes from the car to “transform”. I’m confused …. Can anyone call me a corresponding component? Many greetings and many thanks in advance.
