Actually, I’m usually in another part of the forum, but we decided to buy a bus. A minivan like Scenic, Zafira or Touran is just not my case. Anyway, my favorite was and is still the VW T5 Multivan. My wife and I visited the Nfz IAA in Hanover on the weekend and looked around us something in this vehicle class. My wife’s favorite is now Vivaro Life. The Opel is identical with the Renault Trafic and The Nissan Primastar, the Nissan, is missing in our selection because the interior is not variable. My wife prefers the Opel Vivaro Life. I couldn’t find any difference from the Trafic generation. Is there any difference between the two vehicles? Can either of them do anything better than the other? and very important how are your experiences with the 101 hp diesel engine and the large diesel with automatic transmission???

Vivaro 9 Seater 2.0 CDTI Experience Report
Hello, we bought a used Vivaro as a new family car. I’m going to document here a little bit, which is so obvious. We bought a vehicle which had 02/2014 first registration. km at purchase was 13tkm. One of the first actions was an oil change, even if this is only prescribed at 30tkm. Then followed just 2tkm with 7 people and a lot of luggage. From the seats we are very satisfied, space for luggage is also more than OK. (Has also the L2 😉 ) I will then write at loose intervals how we “get” with the new family carriage so..;-) Oh yes, in the trunk I installed three LED lamps with battery operation, as there was no lighting. Diesel heater – fuel return Yes/No?
Moin Gemeinde. The question is in principle already in the title. Can I realize the fuel supply for a diesel stationary heating from the fuel return, or do I need a separate tank receiver/rig pipe? Would of course be stupid if I cap the return line and then the garnich goes down in the tank… Thanks schonmal Achso, Opel Vivaro 2002 1.9 DTI

Additional heating, auxiliary heating defective
Hello to each other, the additional heating in my Vivaro Bj 2003 doesn’t start any more. That’s also good, because when it comes to life from time to time in the last winter all passers-by have meant the car burns off. It is a Eberspächer heater type D5WZ installed. I try to get a completely overhauled heater now. The same type is also installed in the Sprinter and Sharan. There are the things like sand by the sea for about 400,-€. default. So I asked the local Renault- and right away at Opel. They both said they didn’t touch the heaters and gave this work to a Bosch service. My inquiry at this showed that unfortunately the heating is only available directly at Renault and costs 780,-€ + VAT. Helpee. Does anyone have any idea where else you can get the heater for the Vivaro? (without the 100% dealer surcharge) I am grateful for any help.

Buy Vivaro 2.0 Diesel Automatic Rollilifter Bj 2.2014 X83
Hello dear Mehrwisser, on Sunday we drive three to Bavaria to see a Vivaro, Bj 2014. I have already punched the salesman a lot in writing. So he is heritage of the car, can this also show during the visit that he can sell it. The car has this automatic. If one learns quickly to go with it? And what appeals to me most, a Rolli lifter at the rear. The Vivaro is said to have run about 89,000 km. But neither on the Tüv certificate would there be a Km indication, nor is there any As I got copies of the letter and FZ bill, I called the dealer standing in the letter, who didn’t really want to tell me anything, data protection and so on, but nevertheless gave me the tip that the car would not have run much during the next 1.5 years. … Thus the Km indication could quite well get there. The car was officially owned by a severely disabled person, who could not drive himself, as I understood. His sister then drove him at Besuc Where the uncle lived and his sister lived, I have already found out in a whatsapp conversation. So often it will not have been there, because of the few km. On the one hand I want to understand that he has for his 8 years only 89 t km on the clock, because I also do not like to let myself be pulled over the table. The car was offered in a forum for severely disabled people. I was assured that on the last workshop visit ( 2022) the car a I’m glad that my son-in-law offered to go with me. He is more professional for Unimogs, but I’m sure he can also check out a Vivaro. If I buy this, I have to scrape all the money together and then I can’t afford an expensive repair right away. Therefore, my caution! And one more thing: in the FZ Schein is that the installed things, like handbrake and gas lever etc only by kö I was told, however, that this had been built back for a long time and could be driven quite normally. At the local Dekra I was asked about it, that only the TÜV had to look at it first and that he had to carry it out. And that this here in Hesse would cost twice the cost. Whatever the double cost would be …. Thus the seller agreed to let the Tüv in Bavaria be carried out. Can I take a trip in a Opel Werkstatt a service booklet after buy ? What must be done at which km, I will probably find somewhere in the depths of the Net .. So far am I right with everything ?

Total failure instrument cluster after small repair
Good morning, together. On Sunday I switched the lighting behind the heaters because they had burned through. The next morning I found out that the complete instrument cluster is dead. Only the lighting went. Tacho, tachometer and the small display as well as the many small control lamps no longer go. My guess is that I must have solved a cable somewhere and in fact I found behind the heater a black wide plug without counterpart. I have disassembled half the dashboard – without success. Am I on the right track? Has anyone changed this lighting already and knows if there is anything on the plug or where it leads? I’m still going crazy Thank you for your help

Battery symbol while driving
Hello guys, I have a Opel Corsa C VAN EZ 2010, with 1248ccm, 75hp diesel Z13DTJ Before that, I approached the battery light far from home while driving, then stopped with running engine and checked the V-belt. Seems to be quite normal to turn, but then did not look too closely, because I had the alternator in suspicion. Shortly before home, several symbols were then approached : ABS and ! additionally and the radio also made no sound Then I noticed that the power steering doesn’t do as it should any more. Then I parked the car at home again on a hill while the engine is running and checked the V-belt for a short time. It’s not cracked, but I didn’t see if the belt turned over where. How should I proceed now? Can it be that the servo pump no longer works as soon as the battery is flat or should it work when the car is running and the belt is turning? nd measure voltage? 13-14V should it be, right? If I measure a voltage in this order of magnitude then the LIMA is in order or can it be that it does not supply the necessary charging current any more. I would rule out battery, although it is quite strange that it occurs at these low temperatures (up to -15° the last days) but could also have strained the rubber of the belt a bit.

Turn signal does not work, wrench lights in dashboard
Hello, I have several trailers with 7-pin connectors. At the Ahk on the car have a 13-pin plug. So I use an adapter that is usually always in the socket on the car. For a few days the turn signal on the car no longer works and the lamp lights up in the dashboard with the wrench when the adapter is in the car and no trailer is connected. Before, the adapter has stuck at least 8000 km in the car without any problems. say what’s going on? mfg Friedel
