Hello….in the assessment of both vehicles and in comparison to other vehicles, I noticed that the wiper field on the passenger side is very small, due to the very short wiper blade…which is why my question to the owners of these new models..Is this very disturbing in practice and hinders the view for the driver or can you.so you can live well… LG Cindy….

MyPeugeot App (iOS): No Bluetooth connection to vehicle – no e-Remote Control activation
Hello together, I picked up my 3008 Hybrid4 from the dealer on Saturday, was a demonstration car. Since then I have tried to pair the MyPeugeot app with the vehicle, especially in order to be able to use the e-remote control function. The activation for the latter fails at the last step, i.e. the comparison with the vehicle key. I suppose that is because the app itself cannot establish a Bluetooth connection to the vehicle. I see no data at all (kilometre level etc.) of the car, which would probably have to be the case otherwise. The vehicle had its first registration in January 2020, my iOS version is 13.6.1 (iPhone Xs). The iPhone itself is of course connected to the car via Bluetooth, which I see in the display. I also took into account the indication that the app should be in the foreground when you start the engine…but nothing does. Does anyone have an idea? Can it be that the car was perhaps already connected to a mobile phone and therefore rejects further connections for the app? In the user profile of the on-board computer is free at “private sphere” – because I actually understand the point of location?

New papers exhibit after theft
Hello everyone, I’m telling you a bit about it now. I don’t need your help. I bought a Peugeot 3008 GT from the owner about a year ago but it turned out at the registration office that this one was stolen in France and with blanco papers that were stolen in Berlin registration office and then sold me further. I had a long back and forth with the insurance in France they wanted to sell me the car but they didn’t have the original papers because they were in the vehicle where he was stolen. Since the insurance didn’t allow to make new papers there was a long back and forth what now almost a year took. The prosecutor’s office Germany give me now the car simply so, because the French authorities have written it next time for a year Germany. Now I get the car officially, but without papers the French will not get a finger to get the papers but of course I don’t have to get my question there.

5008 Used purchase, what should one pay attention to?
Hello, the 3rd child is in front of the door and my wife and I soon need a car with 3 single seats for the Kiddys in the back. There is now the preselection actually already on the Peugeot 5008. We will soon look at some used ones in the area. Kilometers will be with the selected under 50000 are rather at 25000. Motor probably at 130 hp 1.2er also because of the price. 180 diesel is not possible, because profile is not right next to the price. Most of the way will be short distance, because the 1st year parental time is my wife and the kindergarten is only 1.5 km away. So not diesel suitable. Otherwise we will of course drive with it on holiday and visit well-known family. At the weekend more tours with longer driving time. At the moment I have these on the list: 5008 with leather 4 years5008 without leather 2 years Now the question is whether 5 seaters or 7 seaters? Is the luggage room with the 5 seater larger? What should I look at before the purchase and test out? Where are known defects/ defects?

1007 has speed and starting problems
Hi there, my 1007er had a clacking/schepper under the bonnet at some point. A short time later I was at the oil change and I was told that the Lambda hangs after Kat only loosely. So much to the clapping already before the oil change the car began to get problems with speed fluctuations in the stand (700-1100) and occasional starting problems (rubbing/sudden gas adoption). The Lambda probe was screwed in again, but nothing changed. In the error memory nothing is stored. Can the Lambda nevertheless have a defect, because it hangs loosely and always has been against everywhere during the ride and therefore these problems come? Further I often read something from throttle valve, coolant temperature sensor and LMM. But I found the first two but I can not find an LMM under my bonnet. Do I not have this one? LG

AUTOMATIC TRIEBE SCHALTHEBEL 3008/ 5008 NEW
Hello….with the Autom.Shift lever it is about an impulse lever (Drive- by -Wire).. My question: Is this system a FELECTION which can lead to heavy gear damage excluded ? Under FELECTION I mean e.g. while driving accidentally press the parking button or push the lever forward into the reverse gear. This would be possible only via the DERIVATION CESTATE…First of all everything sounds absurd….but in practice it looks different. I have read somewhere that this system does not perform incorrect switching operations. IS THAT ??

Is the current Peugeot 2008 already a run-out model?
Yesterday we looked at the Peugeot 2008 and were quite impressed with the car. It offers a very pleasant luggage compartment with almost the same external dimensions as the golf and also the engines seem to be really good, according to everything you read. Back home, I then “comforted” on the Internet and read that Opel will present the Crossland X in Geneva in the spring of 2017, which is to build “on the PSA platform of the 2008”. My question is: Will it be on this base? Is there also a new 2008 from Peugeot? I am a bit unsure because there was only a “facelift” in spring of this year. But I don’t want to buy a “exit model”. Second question: Does anyone know if the current petrol engines that will be installed in 2008 also meet the Euro 6c standard applicable from 1.9.2018 (in which the microparticles of the gasoline direct injection engines have to be significantly reduced)? Third question: Who has experience with the EAT 6 automatic transmission ?

Comment on the ADAC test of the 5008 2.0 BlueHDi 150
Recently, the ADAC has published a vehicle test of the new 5008 with the 2.0 BlueHDi 150 ( ). Some test results are difficult to understand. I would like to comment here on two points on the topic “everyday suitability”, in which the 5008 should be very negative and which lead to a devaluation: On vehicle width: the information is correct – almost. The vehicle width incl. exterior mirror is according to research in the net 2.098mm. This cannot be discussed much. But let’s compare: i m ADAC test of the current Tiguan ( ) the ADAC measures a vehicle width incl. exterior mirror of 2.115mm. However, this is not negatively evaluated at the point “everyday suitability”, but only finds a short mention in the introduction to the point: Quotation: Compared to the predecessor, the Tiguan has become seven centimeters wider and now measures from exterior mirror to exterior mirror 2.12 meters. Thus it can become quite tight in garages or parking garages. The AdBlue tank: I don’t know where the ADAC has the indication of 10 liters. In the operating instructions of the 5008 the AdBlue system is briefly described and there is a 17 liter capacity. I asked for the safety extra at Peugeot and they confirmed the 17 liters. But even if the 10 liters were correct, one should have stated for the sake of completeness at the ADAC that the 5008 was equipped with a separate tank socket. For AdBlue, next to that for diesel. So even if you had to refuel more often, this would be easy to do. As a comparison: When testing the Tiguan with SCR catalyst, the ADAC does not specify the tank size. A research in the net has shown that the tank size should be about 12 litres. Also interesting again, that this tank size does not lead to a devaluation. In the chapter Pollutants the 5008 gets even very bad notes, since the actually measured NOx values very The ADAC of course does not present a measured value. And the Tiguan gets even best values due to the SCR catalyst in the chapter Pollutants.

3008 II: Information on emissions of nitrogen oxides and pollutants / Euronorm
Hello! Question 1/2: Does anyone have information about the emission of nitrogen oxides (NOx) of the engines offered for the 3008 II (especially for the diesel engines)? Information on Peugeot homepage in Austria: “The BlueHDi technology offers a unique combination of SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and FAP (Particle Filter) with additive. This system allows to reduce fuel consumption, limit CO2 emissions to 100 to 121 g/km and up to 90 % of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and 99.9% of the Fei In the Peugeot car dealership no information could be provided. Peugeot has an advantage here in front of many other manufacturers. Do not understand, therefore, that there is nowhere to be found in this respect. Question 2/2: The pollutant standard is specified with Euro6. But which Euro 6 standard is met (Euro 6b, Euro 6c or even Euro 6d)? In addition, one could not provide information in the Peugeot car dealership. Thank you in advance. Greetings Mice123
