Hello, here’s a post on the topic of China Quad. Since I’m going to be under some kind of rush here or I’m going to make a bad speech or damage someone, I’ll just describe the life story of my Quad. To the Quad dealer Modacc Scooter Ltd. in Neuss price 1600€ 250cc NEW VEHICLE!! When I picked up the Quad, I was assured that I would come with the tank filling to the next gas station. After about 500 meters I stopped… tank empty! after about 2km, I stopped again… Mistake in the electronics. after the employees of the company cut the wire harness apart again between them (while small smoke clouds rose up in between, I think short or similar) and had reconnected with insulating tape, I was able to start the trip back to the workshop. After about a week I was able to pick up the quad again. after about 40Km of driving, it was then again v In the meantime, the horn, the start switch and the standlight were out of operation. The tank indicator, which he had allegedly repaired, is still out of function. After a few days, the dealer agreed to take a look at the whole thing at my home. after about an hour and plenty of discussions, he ensured that I could start the engine by short circuit using a screwdriver (I guess at the beginning) if necessary. e. After a few days I took the quad, MIT FULL TANK, back to the dealer, where it remained my vacation. When I picked it up I stopped again because the tank was LEER. So I ran to the gas station and filled my fortunately brought canister. First of all it went on….After about 15km I stopped again. After some searching, it turned out that the fuel hose had been torn down to the gasifier. After needy patching I then came to action Some time later a lot of me during the ride on that a bike made unusual noises and eated. Conclusion…wheel bearings had disassembled! So…call and at your own expense let it be transported again! If this had happened at higher speeds, it would have become life-threatening. Overall, the quad quality is absolutely inferior and would probably not get a registration before any German tuv. the engine suspension is directly with the frame concealed The exhaust becomes so hot after 2min running engine that you get to sweat in the next stand and I have caught several burns… I write here to prevent others from falling into it and getting unhappy. I personally will never buy or drive a cheap China plant again. I am finally healed!!! At present it is going to be a court trial so that he his bucket and I get my money back. Greetings Badquad

Barossa Cheetha 250 suitable as a beginner?
Hello @ all, I’m a quad-newer and have a friend who has his Barossa Cheetha 250 for sale. The machine is about 4 years old, about 2500 km on it and was driven only in nice weather and also not in the field. This model has 2 cylinders with 2 carburetor, no reverse gear, front a drum brake and is air/oil cooled. As accessory he has a luggage carrier with topkase and a nerve bar. Is this quad suitable as a beginner? I will mainly drive with it to work (ca. 8 The first time I drove on a lap on the farm and I felt like driving a car the first time… The car is starting to run, when it does work, stutterts… So an absolute beginner… How is the machine so for my purposes? Rather stable and reliable, or vulnerable and not recommended. What would be a reasonable price for this quay? d? MfG frodu149

Information about buying a used quad
Hello experts, here is an absolute quad newcomer asking for your experiences. I’m thinking about buying a quad and I’ve got a few thoughts on the conditions. Here are my wishes: – No China-buller (I’ve already read a lot about this and I don’t want to buy 2x.) – Should real 100km/h run (not just after my own tacho) (I don’t want to be able to overtake trucks, but I don’t like to have them sitting too tight in the neck) – Road registration for 2 people (2 people + 1 bag = approx. 200 kg payload, my girlfriend is slim, but I don’t) – Used in good condition other optional features: – Train rail registration (What can a part of it pull and what is realistic?) – All-wheel (What is the difference in behavior, maybe they are safer on the road?) I don’t have plans to go with the device into heavy terrain or even jump. The normal use will be on the road, possibly a dirt road here and there. Since I don’t have a car more I could also imagine an occasional winter use (of course with appropriate clothing). Is that realistic or would it be like a suicide attempt? Where I live is almost never snow. Who can call me corresponding companions with (if possible) the following information: – price I should invest to get quality and nothing too sucked out – consumption/100km – annual maintenance costs at approx. 3000 km/year (maintenance etc.) – insurance and taxes (does a season mark make a big difference?) – What are the weaknesses that need to be taken into account when buying a used quad? – Realistic mileage to Exodus. Otherwise, a few questions: – How much does a quad suffer when it is outside? (Unfortunately, I don’t own a garage.) – I live in the Cologne area. Who can call me trusted dealers? – What else is there to consider or consider? I know that I ask many questions here and hope that danoc h that a few experts take the time to answer a few of them. All the comments on points that I have forgotten, but which might be important in making a purchase decision are welcome. Thank you Georg

Help I would like a quad or ATV have no idea
hello together have a few questions! What is the difference between Quad and ATV? How high are the taxes and the insurance in the year (with pkw I am at 115%) does that play a role? have seen at ebay eins (ATV QUAD 250, NEW, 2 PERS. AUTOB. – U. STRESSENZ., 350) is that ok or rather scrap? I don’t want to do it in the forest or somewhere in the quarry, but only for the city to drive into the work (20 km easy). do I need tuv or is it like a scooter? was a uch first on the superior because of a scooter but such a quad is of course optically better! now is the question Quad or scooter ? purchase price is almost the same how does it look with the others cost? Thanks in advance – Silvio

What do you think of the Burelli Daytona?
Moin! What do you think about the Burelli Daytona?? We had a lot of bad luck last year – we bought ne Dinli which we now want to reject as soon as possible. Now a dealer offered us a Burelli for about 5000 EUR – is only possible with us financially. He also offered us the Suzuki L… 400 for 6,800 EUr – but that is not possible finaz. absolutely not! Now we have read in test reports that Suzuki spare parts can be installed – and it is also doing very well. Have driven now from Nov 07 – today around 7,500 km / daily approx. 70 km work path roads of Hamburg… would be grateful if you could give us some tips if the Burelli is worth it or is also like a sch*** like the Dinli, since it also comes from Tai. Thanks to you in advance!!!

Open quad rental Please opinions?
Hello to the round, I play with the idea to open a quad rental. For the start would be 10x Kymco Maxxer 300 with 20 hp. New 3500 Euro / piece So 35,000 Euro, few helmets and other, makes about 40,000 Euro money is available place right next to the S-Bahn is abundant, city center Munich there are 6 kilometers uncle in retirement has a lot of time, would handle the rental. He is happy if he comes among people and was merchant. Next competitor/ rental company is 3 0 kilometers away and charges 110 euros per day. Demand in summer is plentiful. (Munich) A hobby – retired mechanic from time to time would be necessary. (maintenance etc.) I would charge approx. 60 euros/day ??, with longer rent a little less. Helmet unique 5 euros rent, small cattle also makes crap. Insurance is just my turn, is not so easy to find a good price. Per quad 60 euros x 150 (realistic) rental days makes 9000 euros per quad/year. Ollerleih, if the demand exists. Was just in Greece, there works the magnificent. Must also in Munich work well. Holidaymakers.. and who just likes Quad. In winter is probably dead pants. Do I have thinking mistakes in it? The number of pieces can also be expanded.

Hey people need your help! Would like to add a Dinli Centhor 800 and was today at the dealer for a test drive, was really surprised by the processing aluminum A-arm front and rear stainless steel exhaust system complete ! Rope winch with nylon rope and remote control, Maxxis Bighorn (expensive) ,Pulver-coated frame etc. I liked the multifunction tacho, the motor is after short warm running phase very great hung on the gas speaks completely on every thumb pressure and makes m I found the seat to be a little too wide for it can dissipate very quickly and drive without raising the seat.I find the trailer load at Lof approval of more than 500Kg OK.What I also found not bad is the rope pull starter(you know never) Has someone experience what the consumption, top speed, and the reliability bet

Yamaha Raptor 700 – Origin Austria … allow in Germany
Hello together; I got an offer from a good friend to buy his Yamaha Raptor 700 (Supermoto). He lives but in Austria and wants to transfer them to Germany (Saxony). All conversions are registered and there are also reports. My question to you. What must be noted here in Germany, if I want to allow you here, because of TÜV, I have to make a full acceptance (was today at a quad dealer, who told me that there is no full acceptance there. What do I have to consider or present at the admission. I thank you already in advance. Lg Marci

MXU 300 R T LoF; too fat or too lean? Cold and warm start only possible with gas addition
Good day, the circumstance of the gas addition in the start process mentioned in the subject has it since the beginning and is nothing that is now due to the higher temperatures. Nothing has been changed at the idle or cold start nozzles. In the scooter area one often reads that one should not give gas during the start or ignition process and the engine should be able to start so; this “start so” has never been done by the MXU 300 R T LoF. If a necessary gas addition during the start process stands for a too lean or a too fat mixture? At the current outside temperatures, the manual choke may not be pulled for cold start either, since the engine does not start with only partially drawn choke; runs the engine, has no failures, as long as it is driven; at the ampelstop the engine does not run out in the hot run phase after cold start, but runs restlessly. Later after several kilometers, the idle is stabilized even during ampelstop and co. And, no, the engine is not too fat. Is it not possible, when it is started, to start up, so that the speed cannot be too low? And yet another question on the margins, is my guess right that a higher idle speed not only results in higher fuel consumption, but also a higher heat development due to the higher air flow rate associated with higher idle speeds? mfg Wauhoo Note: The dealer is on leave, so that the reference to this is not at present achievable.
