People I’m tired of, my front milling machine (Ford Probe 24v) has really nice performance, But every time I get him really strong I make half burnout…. -> fucking rubbers. have no idea of tires at all, only the familiar manufacturers have tested once what stands around with the tire criminals so, that was all big crap. What do you take, if a wear and consumption sometimes a tire life are not a matter of, but you do not necessarily walk on rain wil I. Of course you drive more carefully when wet, but still normal. What do you take there? Priced it would be nice for you to do something in all classes. Both 250 thalers per rubber as well as what for 80 the piece, or what in between. Cheers, thank you.

Declaration for damage picture (inside abgefahrt)
Hello, who can give me an explanation for the damage picture of the tires on the pictures? It is Hankook Ventus S1 evo in 245/40RF18 93W on a 525D (4 or 5 years old). It was the rear tires. Both look like this on the inside. The tires are completely worn inside (up to air loss), the outer layer of the carcass is almost round off (almost as cut off). The profile otherwise has evenly run off (about 3mm residual profile). IMHO would have to be set to a fall of 45°. The vehicle has a tyre pressure control system and the air pressure was OK. Anyone an idea? Thanks. Greetings Metalhead

Do these rims fit these tires?
First of all, hello. I’m relatively inexperienced, sometimes very inexperienced with the technology of cars. I’m learning the most important things, but I’m not really far away, so have a little consideration with me. I bought a car in the summer( my first one). The seller gave me winter tyres back then, these look good. However, I think that he had said that the rims don’t fit or the tires. There was something wrong there. ls. Of course, I’ve been looking for a bit of my own, but I could only find out that the tires are actually fit. They have the dimensions: 195/65 R15 91T only for the rims I’m not so sure if I’ve read the one number wrong or not. Anyway, I didn’t find anything about this if they are compatible. The rims should have these dimensions: 6Jx 15H2 ET 19(that seems to be somehow wrong) I need to know if I have to buy new rims or not. And since the rims have to have these dimensions: 6Jx 15H2 ET 19(that seems to be somehow wrong) if I don’t get a lot of money in, it would be bad if I had to buy new ones. So they fit or not? :/

Screw in the tire disappeared again
Hello together, I had discovered a screw in the tire last week and after 300m drive that car put again in the garage. I then announced to a tyre dealer if this would be repairable. I was told I should come by (distance 1km) I brought the car by and it was said directly, there is nothing to do, new tires must drive here (3000km). So still ordered tires, arrived today. Again drove and I look again after the Nag El and can’t find him anymore! I told the tyre dealer if they can look at this and how something like that can happen. They told me boldly that it’s my decision and the tyre is now ordered you don’t have any use for it and I don’t care how I decide I have to take the tire with me. I then noticed that I ordered the tire because of the recommendation, but I see the situation a little different and left. I didn’t have any I would also change the tyre, but turn on something that might not be in shame. My real question here is whether someone has had experience that the screw has loosened itself, because on the picture it looks like it didn’t really stay in the tyre and it doesn’t really sound like 0.1 bar to me now. I’m a little unsure if I’m going to get the tyre. now buy, repair or so should let. Sure is that I will not enter the workshop I have visited any more thank you !

Winter Tires Decision-making Aid – Golf 4– 175/80 R14
Hello too, I’m currently looking for winter-friendly tyres and I’ve already done some research, but how it is with such topics, you don’t always get along on your own. That’s why I’d be very connected to you with your help Steel rims I have in the basement, so I just need the rubber! It’s important to me, among other things, and that’s what I value, a long life of the tires, so low wear! I have selected a few favourites: —————————————————————————————————————————————————— – Hankook Icebear W440 Silica M+S Very balanced winter tyres. Especially good on dry and wet road. Moderate on snow. Weaknesses in wear and highest fuel consumption ch. (ADAC 2008) –} Is the wear really so extreme? Can you trust the ADAC values? The winter fitness seems really good. —————————————————————————————————————————————————– – WinterContact TS 800 Very balanced tires! Top score on wet road. Especially good on snow and ice. (ADAC 2008) –} In principle, this is a superduper tire, all things I have already read several negative reviews about wear. People say that the honeycomb lamellas went down very quickly and then the tire loses its value. If and to what extent this is true? No warning… I only hear what people say and many people think that the tire is scrapy after 2 winters. ———————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ———— – Dunlop SP WINTER SPORT M3Best score on wet road. Very good on dry road. Good wear. Light weaknesses in the snow and on ice (lead to devaluation) (ADAC 2005) –} Hard to assess. The last tests in the corresponding tyre size are over 5 years old. Wear seems to be quite good. —————————————————————————————————————————————————————- —— – Fulda KRISTALL MONTERO 1Very good in wear. Good on dry and wet road. Weak on snow. Weak on ice (leads to devaluation) (ADAC 2005) –} Hard to assess. The last tests in the corresponding tyre size are over 5 years old. —————————————————————————————————————————————————– – Pirelli W190 Snowcontrol Relatively good on snow, weak on wet roadway, mediocre on dry roadway (lead to devaluation) (ADAC 2008) –} Hmmm.. seems to be a mediocre tire. Nothing special… hmmm

From how much tread depth tires bad=
Hi Forum, just wanted to ask briefly if how much mm profile depth is actually a tire bad, except other features such as age and external condition etc… Would the Michelin Pilot Exalto (PE 2??) with 5-6mm profile depth still be fine? A new tyre usually has a profile depth of approx. 8-10 mm ne? Greetings

Serious offer in the bay?!
Servus, today I signed the purchase contract for my A3 BJ2007, next Friday I will pick him up (i.e. I don’t have a vehicle license yet!) – but only with summer tyres :-). At Audi there are currently delivery difficulties, which is why the dealer couldn’t offer me any winter complete bikes. So I have rummaged something in the bay and became aware of this shop. Since I am always a bit careful on eBay (and I have no idea about rims and tyres at all) be…) the question to you: Are the prices literally calling for unsatisfaction or are the customary prices? I don’t want to impose anything bad on the shop, I just want to be careful… second question: Which winter tyres fit on these rims now? So that I don’t always have to ask questions like this: Is there an overview on the Internet that helps me here?!

Saw tooth formation
Hello, with my Polo 6 r was found this week with 2 tires sawtooth formation all 4 tires were balanced and the front to the rear and the rear to the front. the former 2 rear have sawtooth, so end of the song back again. Now was told to leave me first further on on it until it gets worse ( for a few months, then it would be worse and it could still be driven ) the tires have 27000 km on it and each 6 mm profile. e drive? Or equal 2 new ? The other 2 good have 7 mm profile I’m not talking about the few Euros (expensive etc. ) whether now or in half year and about maybe 5000 or 8000 km more at the end , are GJR , so I’ll need 2 greetings anyway

Tyre change due to height impact
Had bought me a used but quite fresh pair Pirelli P7, was from the HA of an Audi who has a motor fire in the garage, slaughter vehicle. Anyway, optically on the tires was nothing, also the car was not so strongly affected at the back. Anyway, I installed the at the VA for my rear driven C-Class. On the first ride unfortunately showed vibration in the steering wheel from so 110kmh, which also used during the 2 attempts only from 120 and was already clearly more discreet. I’m not satisfied, so I ordered Michelin PS4 and had it balanced on the same machine, running perfectly. Now I had the idea to let the P7 move on to the HA, the size would be allowed even if the rim is already 8.5″ wide, VA rim is only 7.5″. But now the point, would I have vibrations on HA now or swallow the drive forces this ́way? You also have to know that the P7 ne have really soft flanks, much softer than Conti or the M Idelin.

Preventive tyre seal
https://www.ultra-seal.eu/The fact that the rubber recovers within the tire is immensely important in the use of ultra-seal. Because when a tire is pierced, the rubber is opened by the penetrating object. Such an injury is in many cases much smaller than the object that punctures the tire. Rubber has a kind of memory ability and, after being exposed to adverse circumstances or stress factors, can return to its original When the damage object is removed, the rubber recovers and the hole closes again. As the hole closes, Ultra-Seal is held in place by the strength and integrity of the tire, forming a very safe and durable repair that lasts for the rest of the tire life. An invading object that remains in the tire for a longer period of time, ultimately ensures that the rubber temporarily loses recovery capacity. When the object is removed, driving immediately activates the walking work of the tire, which also restores the “remembrance capacity” of the tire. The bending or knocking of the respective area also contributes to the recovery of the tire.
