Hello guys, My comrade has bought very nice wheels but now comes back that do not fit under his car (Mercedes). If they fit under my BMW he would give them to me for little money. Find them really nice. Can someone please explain to me what this “code” is and maybe tell me more about it. And under which car can you mount them? Maybe there is a list somewhere. Tyre damage after Mr. Wash Waschstrasse
Hi, everybody, I’m on Saturday noon with the car into the wash road. The washing process itself was great except for a little something. At the point where you are just before the exit (so at the end) there is a traffic light. So wait for green for exit/start. At that moment the car got a jerk as if it was braking for a short time. After I was out of the wash road I first went right and looked for a damage. Then I went through the city home and Karre the garage. On Sunday the car was not moved!! Now this morning to work. Up to the motorway driveway everything was fine but at a speed of 80 , I heard and felt a funny noise. When I was slowly down from the highway I looked at the tire at the front left (driver side) and also scanned. On the picture is to see what was going on. The missing piece was still hanging on a small corner. Can it be that the washing machine destroyed the tire to me ? iebsystem der Waschanlage ? I went to the car wash this morning and described the problem. I was told this would have been like this before. I personally think that it was caused by a tean sport problem at the end of the car wash. What do you think?

Determination of the winter tyre requirement
Almost 80 per cent of German drivers consider a clearly regulated law on winter tyre duty to be useful. This was the result of a recent survey on the web portal motor-talk.de. However, there is disagreement as to whether a fixed period of time or the regional weather conditions should be a criterion for the application of winter tyre duty. Winter tyres on snowy roads: 78 per cent of the 5000 drivers who have participated in the motor-talk survey so far support an a (Photo: Continental) Berlin. Federal Minister of Transport Ramsauer wants to introduce a winter tyre obligation before the fall of winter. In the road traffic regulations it is intended to define concretely what winter road conditions are and what characteristics a winter tyre needs. What German drivers think of this is determined by the motor-talk.de car and motor-community. Of the 5000 drivers who have participated in the survey so far, 78 percent have a general obligation to wear winter tyres, but just under 21 percent prefer to be able to decide for themselves whether or not to raise winter tyres. Among the supporters of the obligation to wear winter tyres, however, the spirits differ from the question of how such a duty should be implemented in concrete terms. For example, half considers a fixed period of time – for example from October to Easter – to be useful, while the other half considers the respective weather conditions as a decisive criterion. In this context, many drivers refer to the regional differences in weather conditions. What exactly is a “suitable tyres”? There is also agreement on the issue of the need to define more clearly what is to be understood as “appropriate tyres”, and which tyres can be stamped “winter tyres”. Since not all tyres offered on the market are suitable for winter use, drivers demand a clear and protected designation as the basis The website motor-talk.de, which was launched in 2001, is the largest European car and motor community on the Internet with over 1.5 million registered users. Users exchange information on topics related to the car in forums and blogs with like-minded people. Your answers (of course mine) are heard.

Flat tires
Today the tyre pressure control light lit up. I checked the air pressure at the next petrol station and see there: only 0.3 bar on the tire. Since it is a runflat tire I did not notice anything of it while driving. So I pumped it up again to 2.3 bar and left the car for about 6 hours. After that the tyre pressure had dropped again to 0.3 bar. Again pumped up, left 4 hours standing – pressure stopped. About 30 km with it – pressure has always stopped Externally, there’s nothing to be seen about the tire – what can it be? Above all, what would you do now – if I drove a correctly pumped tire to the tyre dealer, he probably can’t help me either, can he?

False advice All-year tires
Hello together, I bought a Golf VI Blue Motion 2 months ago. And the description was in it that this car has all-year tires. When I looked at the car, I only looked at the profile depth and that it is Continental tires. The whole tires name is not in the mind anyway. Did the seller ask again if they are brilliant year tires. That has confirmed to me. Now I played with the thought to buy me winter tires, because i I’ve been looking at the brand: Continental Conti Premium Contact 2 and Googled around. I just found out that it’s summer tires, which I can’t find anywhere it’s all year round tires. It’s all new to me because it’s a lot of fun, but it’s a lot of fun, and it’s a lot of fun, and it’s a lot of fun. It’s a lot of fun, it’s a lot of fun, it’s a lot of fun, it’s a lot of fun, it’s a lot of fun, it’s a lot of fun, it’s a lot of fun, it’s a lot of fun. a first car is, but what is right now are all-year tires or only summer tires. If it is only summer tires, how do I go against the car dealership Max & Moritz in Soest? (Unfortunately have no legal protection insurance) Thank you in advance.

Tire prices are exploding
Hello, the winter tyre prices are currently going through the ceiling. My new tyres have cost 75 EUR at reifen.com if I remember correctly a few weeks ago. A few days ago they were 85 and now at 100 (!) EUR. At my dealer I paid about three weeks ago 90 EUR incl. rim assembly and old tire disposal. Who now still has to buy winter tires, pays properly on it.

Lowering – Registration from old vehicle letter
Hello people, the following problem: I own a deeper Audi 80 convertible. Now I have to make TÜV, but the TÜV criticizes the non-existent registration of the lowering. Actually ok, but when I bought the vehicle from the previous owner, was in the vehicle letter, which the old vehicle letter was devalued and withdrawn. In this ALTEN vehicle letter everything, including the lowering, was entered. Of this he gave me a copy. Now to my question: Do I have the Eintra or is it somehow possible to transfer the text (registration) from the old vehicle registration for a certain fee on the car office??? Thank you

Bad tires in the back?
Hello all, I have for my Audi A3 (8L), two bad (approx. 2 to 3mm) and two good (min. 4mm) winter tires (believe the Bridgestone Blizzak LM 30 or how they are called). Now my question, how do I place the tires best? Should I do the two bad back? Thank you. LG Michele

Aluminium rim support surface with wheel hub shader processed Shit
Hi, I bought a new used vehicle. After I changed the front brake discs, I switched to the AluWinter rims. What struck me is that they cause a slight imbalance or steering wheel flutter. I asked myself the question if I possibly made the mistake, because I have the support surface of the rim with a wheel hub shader sanded the dirt on the inside. Can this cause something like this? I didn’t print it up quite firmly but tried with le I have the following options. 1. Tire balancing 2. New tires Can you re-grind the inside of a rim? If so, what does that cost? It’s original. 18 BMW rims and a pity to throw away. The tires have a little less profile in the middle than outside. Maybe it’s also because of that. What do you mean?

Interval and service life of RDKS?
Hello together, I bought a used Peugeot partner year 2015 at the end of April. The vehicle was sold to me with the summer tyres, which had already been pulled onto the vehicle during delivery in 2015, the tyres still look great, have still a lot of profile and are obviously not yet “hard”. In order to provide for the winter I bought a set of worn out summer tyres (only because of the rims). So far I have always bought my tyres online g of course I used new valves for every new tyre assembly. Now I have a vehicle (my first with RDKS) with active RDKS and have thus also installed sensors in the rims. The 4 sensors incl. valves cost on the internet from just 120 €. Do I now need new sensors for the winter tyres when changing wheels or can I continue to use them until one is defective (or battery is empty? ) ? I would like to have new valves on it, but 30 € per valve with RDKS is already happy. All how many years should you, or do you have to change the sensor? Sorry for the long text, but this topic has occupied me since I bought the car^^ Thank you for your help!
