Hello people, short question. Have new OZ Ulraleggera on my car and had to realize now that I obviously have a small paint damage on the rim after a rockfall: Steinschlag Alufelge Is this normal? Can something like this happen? Do I have to “correct” this now somehow so that the rim does not suffer any more damage due to weather conditions? Thank you for your assessments! Greeting marcelul

Continental ContiWinterContact TS850 vs. Nokian WR D3
Servus people, I’m already looking for new winter tyres for next winter. Have read some reviews and stand now between the above mentioned tires. Dimension would be 225/50 R17 The most important thing for me is actually the grip on snow (and grip on wet), because with us is always a lot of snow and I live on a steep mountain and it is very difficult for my 5s to come up there, because only rear drive. Both tires have cut very well on snow, b in me, however. Conti : 116€ Nokian: 95€ Hope you can help me with your experience Greeting Jason

Cuts to only 2,000km old Michelin Primacy 3 normal?
Hello I ordered 4 new Michelin Primacy 3 in the dimension 205/55 R16 on my Ford Focus BJ 2009, the summer tyres. Now the front tyres show deep cuts after a very short running time as can be seen in the pictures? I can rule out a fault, they have always been driven with the right tyre pressure and not over curbs, does Michelin have to replace the 2 tyres or is it safe?

Tyre size in the new car slip
Hello, I have a question about the tyre sizes in the new car bill. I bought my Vento almost 2 years ago. I also got the new car bill there. I believe registration certificate part 2. On my car there are 195 tyres, which were also registered in addition to the 185s, because the two are the standard tyres for this vehicle. In the new bill there are now only the 185s in it. Since I had to think about a traffic control, i I made a copy of the old ticket and have it certified so that I am practically on the safe side with a check and the race management can not strangle in me. This copy was also used for a check, the race management was also somehow not in the picture, because of the new show, because only the 185s were registered. Now I ask myself, what does this look like now? Why are the 195s not registered with me anymore? because some regulation, which size one may have smaller or larger on it? my first winter tyres were 175s, which were still registered in the old, but in the new of course not… Hope you can help me further so that I know about it.

New winter tyres from Michelin Alpin A4 very bad
Hello, I have had very good experience with Michelin, both with summer and winter tyres, as the tyres are also very durable. I drive 30TKm a year! Now I have purchased new winter tyres from Michelin Alpin A4, for price reasons I ordered from Amazon as linked here! They arrived also packed in foil, yesterday they were reassembled. On the way home I noticed that the tyres are less grippy, 1x I had to brake strongly, then I was almost able to This made me stunned and therefore tested, the tyres were literally on the slide. I never had that in the past. Did I make a mistake when ordering the internet? Plagiarism caught? Greeting Wuffi2009

Bordstone touched
Hello, I was a bit careless today at the exit from the parking garage…it gave 2 times a jerk and was already too late – I drove up with both right tyres parallel to the curb. I attached 2 pictures per tire once. At the narrow place between rim and tire you can see that there was a point of contact between rim and rim bed (strong crushing?), the brownish discoloration is dirt. What do you say about it? Have a look at it (Tüv?) Or “must” be able to take off a tire like that? The ride after that was as usual. I could not notice a loss of pressure either. Thanks already for your answers!

Is cycling caps worth it?
Hi, have changed my tyres again today and now ride again with steel, instead of like with the summer tyres with aluminium rims. I have come up with the following questions: 1. Is it worth buying rims for the winter tyres, if I will still use this and next season? With regard to pull up? Or rather wait and then buy the next winter tyres directly with rims? 2. I am thinking of putting on wheel caps, but have a few concerns. On Amazon, in the book t and other online shops there are some for ~25€, which I like visually quite well, can you do with them what? You also often see wheel caps lying on the side of the road, is this simply related to wrong assembly, or do they actually say goodbye so quickly? Would I be happy if someone could help me there. Greetings.
