Good morning I wanted to know where you are referring to your tyres? I did some research and find in matters price quite different to the tyre dealer on site. Of course the dealer also wants to earn something, but what does it look like, is it worth ordering over the internet? What about the delivery times and are the dealers trustworthy? With my dealer on site, I can also go and have everything in writing, and if what is still possible I can go there..D If you buy the tyres from the internet, you can find a dealer who assembles them. Is it worth the effort for 50 to 100 euro different? What do you say? If you order from the internet, can you recommend me good online dealers?

Alu rims too tightly tightened–> What consequences can this have?
Hello everyone, I have the following problem: I have a fiesta with aluminum wheels…. Was it in the workshop, the ham the wheels down and checked whether still to be made changes to the supplement report. Then off to the TÜV. Everything OK, except that a mother must be removed to the control, which very much!!!! sat firmly (acc. to male TÜV examiner) A short time later the car started to hum at 70 km/h, under ok, over ok. So thought….What can it be? hn, wheel bearing…. I thought, can change the tires from front to back and vice versa, maybe it helps. Ging but net… also with the help of a strong man 🙂 no chance, wheel cross torn off. I had the things before nicely mounted with torque wrench and everything was fine. Now my question: Could a wrong torque at the nuts make sure that the rim warps or similar and thus the tire goes wrong and thus this Sound generated? Thank you for your answers Greetings sanny

Prepare SMO RM
Hello am just working up my 2 parts BBS rims. The star is black powder coated and the bed polished. Have a few questions: 1. Which black should I take for the star? thought of RAL 9005 deep black 2. how am I best to polish? thought of pickling, wet sanding, polishing… do you have a product lack for polishing? Borestone attachments and polish? 3. what do I do with the screws? they are quite oxidized. can you do something there? n, or do new ones have to come here? thank you so much! lG mario

Bridgestone Potenza
Today he screwed the summer tires to my car. I hadn’t seen the wheels so far, since the car was delivered directly with the winter bikes in Ingolstadt on 30.11.. The wheels are really nice (18″ 5-star rim), but to my horror there are Bridgestone Potenza on it. Did someone drive them last summer in size (245 to 18″? I had the Potenza 2002 and 2003 as 17″ on my pass and cursed them. I already noticed during the safety training the I barely got the car under control in wet weather and with these tires I regularly “wound up” in rain on the track. Also the brake path in wet weather seemed pretty bad to me. (The two following A4s also had 17″ wheels each but I never had a feeling of uncertainty in wet weather.) In addition, the Potenza had run quite fast, 1.5 summers and away they were…Contis always kept good 2 summers… So can someone me my negative preset and convince me that these tires have now become significantly better in the last few years or this size is better….? By the way: I forgot to take a litre of oil with the dealer today and now have to catch up on the tank….Shell Helix Ultra Extra 5W30 50400 / 50700….one litre for 8,80 €. I didn’t want to buy it at first because I never paid less than 20,00 € per litre in a single container for it…5 liters should cost there 39,90. That it is the oil to the I know there is price on the internet, but I have never seen it on a tank (in the last holiday in Ösi-Land the Leikermoser has taken a smooth 27 € for it…. my dealer also takes at least 20,00…. ) 11,20 € saved…should I put over for new tires maybe already

Tires broke up while driving.
Hello together! I need advice from experts. In the following I would like to briefly describe what happened. On April 30th I tested a Golf V TDI (EZ:2007) at a VW dealer. Then I rented a deposit and registered and picked up the car on Tuesday, May 3rd. I got a new TÜV and a year nationwide guarantee at VW workshops. On May 5th I drove from Nuremberg to Stuttgart. On the way there I noticed nothing and on I was already on the highway and didn’t know what the noise was. I looked for the next workshop and took the exit. On the highway then became very critical with the car, that I was really afraid for my life and the life of the passenger. When I found then on a stop road with a SOS call and stopped there, all the screws were released from the front left tire. The let I then found the screw on the road. Luckily no accident happened but the car needs a repair (gross estimated 2500 euros). My dealer does not want to accept the guilt and after having talked with some people from my circle of acquaintances, they were all for the establishment of a legal assistance. After 2 days of handing over the car and resulting damage I am very angry and shocked. What do you think about this? I have covered about 700km. What would you do?

different tyre pressure front – rear
Why should the tyre pressure in the front of cars be usually lower than in the rear? In the user manual it is usually recommended to increase the tyre pressure when travelling or full load. Normally a car is heavier in the front than in the rear when it has engine and gearbox in the front. In addition, the tyre pressure is flatter when the tyre pressure is too low or higher, is less stable and is also more deformed, which should be avoided. In other words, the tyre pressure of a car, in the front, would have to be higher than in the rear!
