Hello, I would like to buy a set of new winter tires. I decided on GoodYear UltraGrip 7. But now I have seen that there should be the UltraGrip 7+. It should be improved even further. Priced they are actually equally expensive. What would you recommend? I did not find too many reviews for UG7+. It is always praised the UG7. It can also be a slimming improvement? Therefore I would like your tips and advice on this. may also experience. Thank you very much in advance. mfg, wynie

Tyre fitter refuses assembly
Hello, please I need your assessment of the situation I have experienced today. My opinion completely intact winter tires were not mounted at the tyre service or the employee refused to perform the assembly. I have a guess what it might have been about but later on. He meant the tires are old and you can no longer mount them. First I would like an assessment of this set of winter tires purely from the outside. t 5 years and the mileage approx. 25.000 km as I drive little in winter. Rest profile height approx. 9mm. On the outer edge you can see small rubber stubs. In some places two are side by side, sometimes only one and sometimes the few are missing completely. Unfortunately not white for what this serves, possibly a kind of wear indicator. The tires were stored over the summer in the basement. Photos I am attached. Mfg, Danube

Search black 5(.5)J 15 inch 5×100 hole circle aluminum wheels for Continental EcoContact 6 175/55 R15
Good day, I’ve been looking for new rims for my Polo 9N for a long time on the internet. I’m doing an efficiency tuning and have decided on the following tires: Continental EcoContact 6 175/55 R15. My problem now is that I find almost no black rims suitable for the tire and car, is the rim size 5J or 5.5J 15 inch 5×100 hole circle a special size ? Which rims of this form factor do you know or can you recommend ? Broader tires I didn’t want to take, d a my engine does not have enough power and the rolling resistance should be possible low.

Runflat disappointment – Comfortable tires sought ….
Hello, I would like a recommendation for comfortable tyres. The factory-mounted Bridgestone Potenza S001 Runflat are too hard for me, it feels like wooden wheels are mounted. It is the following tyre format: VA: 225/40 R18 92 Y HA: 245/35 R18 92 Y Comfort means for me first of all damping through the tire to get away from the wooden wheel feeling, therefore only tires WITHOUT Runflat come into question. All other characteristics of a tire are secondary for me, as i I am not a sporty driver. At present I tend to Michelin Pilot 4 (without S). Are there any tyres that roll off even more comfortable? With which tyres do you have good experiences in terms of comfort? Thank you very much – Greeting – thopre

High, high and high? Which brand has the least?
Hi all, I have bought the last 2 years more tires: – Nexen Winguard Sport 2 – 2 of 4 heights – Hankook evo2 – 1 of 4 heights – Michelin Primacy 3 – 1 of 4 heights – Michelin Primacy 4 – 0 of 2 heights – Continental TS850 – 2 of 4 heights – Continental TS850 – 1 of 4 heights – Goodyear UltraGrip Performance + – 2 of 4 heights I wonder if I just had bad luck or if there are really so many tires bump problems. the tires B2B about a wholesaler who lists several dealers. What experiences have you made?

Use full-year tyres rather than winter tyres or summer tyres?
We moved from the Touran to the Sharan. From the Touran we still have 2 years old Conti TS 830 P winter tires there. Because of the rim these do not fit on the Sharan. The Sharan (1 year old, 19,000km) we bought with the all-year tires ContiContact TS815. My KfZ workshop has now recommended me to leave the all-year tires on it in winter and to buy new summer tires for the summer. The all-year tires are newer and therefore at least as good as the Conti TS 830. He would advise me to sell the TS 830. Other alternative would be yes: to put on the Conti TS 830 suitable rim for the Sharan and to use it as winter tires, and to put up the TS815 in the summer. I know that the whole year-round tires are always a compromise. What I have read so far, the TS815 are also considered to be more of the winter than the summer tires. So after the recommendation of my workshop I would have the compromise in winter and not in summer. last winter wasn’t really wintery, the Sharan is only moved during the day and mostly in the city. I’m concerned above all about the safety, the Sharan carriages the whole family.

Experience with Black Lion
Hello together, first of all…. I would like to open NO Tread pro / contra “China tires” !! It is only about whether someone of the brand Black Lion has driven and how his personal experience with it were or are. After I have made more than good experiences Nexen N 8000 I came across the brand Black Lion via a work colleague. He drives a signum on which these tires seem to work very well – as he says. who is neither in wet weather, nor in braking or in bends problems, – with “normal” driving mode – only a single opinion of tires from China production is not enough for me to buy…. priceless they are almost unbeatable. Do tires have to evaporate?
Hello, I ordered new tyres in time. One of them was a motorcycle tyre that was a bit too old for me. I claimed that, but the salesman said that most of the mature matures would want to mature. The reason would be that the matures would still dampen and then not so lubricate. Has anyone ever heard that and is it true?

Blacklion winter tires? Who knows him? hop or top?
Hello Motor-Talker, today I have to start a topic. I often answer various questions. Someone from the distant family came to me because of the painful winter tire question. Which ones… There should be pneumatics from the segment cheap/priced and very good properties in snow. Wetness, mileage ect. not so important. Small car: size I believe 155er width. Height/inch I don’t know any more. Difficult – but not insoluble. From the belly I gave him Sava Eskimo empf The S3 was already very good in the snow and the + should have even better silica mixture and in various tests far ahead. A few years ago I drove with a car rental with Sava tires through deep snow and it was really excellent. I drove worse cucumbers. The questioner then asked me what I think of Blacklion??? Black lion? I don’t know. Should a tire from USA be, which also has good and very good performance on snow and ice Well, Goodyear is also driving very far ahead. So the Americans can, if they want to, build excellent tires. Blacklion? Me completely unknown. Another good thing: One gets with purchase of those like a kind of insurance, the Blacklion takes over. I read them once. One should get up to 51% profile depth a new tire replaced and from 50% profile depth half of the new price. Insurance are tyre damage as well as damage of curb and irreparable inserted nails , screws ect. Warranty probably applies 2 years from purchase up to the legal minimum profile depth. Not insured are damages of vandalism and assembly costs. In itself this sounds very consumer friendly. Does anyone know the tire? Experiences drive in? I have never heard it, although it should be on the market for a few years already. Trash or quite common? Warranty? Has anyone already had a positive experience? Worth considering to purchase the tires yourself. I’ve been looking for a quick check in many sizes from small cars to top class. I’m looking forward to the answers.

Advice winter tire Skoda Fabia Kombi
Hello, I’m getting my Skoda Fabia Kombi 1.2 TSI 63kW next week, and since I’m travelling a lot in more snowy / icy regions, I wanted to get some more winter tyres…In the weather conditions at the moment, summer tyres are too risky for me. So these are in the narrow selection: BRIDGESTONE BLIZZAK LM-30 Winter tyres, M+S 185 / 60 R 14 82 T CONTINENTAL WINTER CONTACT TS800 Winter tyres, M+S 165 / 70 R 14 81 T (permanent but old model?) GOODYEAR ULTRAGRIP 7 + Winter tyres n, M+S 185 / 60 R 14 82 T (favorite, but I heard they should be so loud and wear off very quickly?) MICHELIN ALPIN A3 Winter tires, M+S 185 / 60 R 14 82 T (are actually a bit too expensive for me) I drive about 15000km a year. What do you think, they don’t do much in price (except the Michelin). Would I look forward to your opinion!
