  • Laguna Coupé for 6,000 euros – unrealistic dream?

Hello everyone. I’m Mark, 21 years old and I’m currently driving a 2003 Saab 9-3 1.8t. In me, the ideas about buying a car in the next few months are just sprumbling. And somehow, after I’ve set myself almost 100% on a BMW E60, I came across Laguna Coupé. So you see, I’m definitely not set on a car brand (would be way too boring). I had almost no contact with Renault so far, except in a year as Pizz abote in the Twingo 1. I always found the Laguna Coupé pretty, but now I have also looked for it more actively. Unfortunately, the limousine disqualifies the rear lights, the combi the fact that it is a combi With the engine I have already pretty much driven on the 2.0 turbo fuel with 204 hp. I drive about 15,000-20,000 km a year, mostly rural road and mostly very predictive. With fuel monitor I have checked the engine of course before and am still etw a shock that the lowest average consumption is 8,39 litres, the overall average is just below 10. I drive my significantly older, similarly heavy Saab with 2l turbo and 150 hp with an average of 7.5 litres. Is the Laguna with this engine really such a booze or do Laguna owners generally very inefficient? As far as reliability is concerned, one reads quite positive reports about this motorization. What I read in the ADAC car database. have: The limousine (from 2007) is supposed to cost 135 euros per year (so I know it from my Saab with 2l displacement), the coupé (from 2008) on the other hand 188 euros. Is this due to a tax reform during this period or is it just a mistake? Then the coupé is 4.5 cm flatter than the limousine. Is the seat position correspondingly lower or is it just as “high” as in the limousine? (I know, stupid question. I would also like to try that myself, but unfortunately you can find it a coupé in the immediate vicinity) Finally, on my initial question: Is it at all possible to buy a clever coupé as a 2l turbo with a budget of around 6,000 euros? At 500 euros it should not fail in the end, but 7,000 euros I definitely do not want to spend. The abundance of offers in this price range is very small and it would certainly also be on my negotiating skill, which I claim to have. But what is your general recommendation in this price range? Does the experience show that you can make a good purchase for this or are the copies not recommended in principle? I thank you already in advance!

Hi The lagoon of my parents-in-law has several non-specific errors. • tailgate does not close Laguna Grandtour K56

Hello guys, maybe you can help me with a problem with the Laguna Grandour 1.6 16V EZ 11/00 of my parents. For some time now it’s the case that sometimes when you close the tailgate, the lock does not lock. Then you have to slam the flap 10000 times and press the tailgate lock a few times so that it is finally right. Quite annoying. Does someone know the problem and have a tip? Or does only the lock exchange help? Thanks and greeting, P hem

  • Card reader, cheapest method to repair it?

Hello, had already written here, my only keycard works only sparsely. I then bitten in the sour apple and am to Renault (for people from the area Koblenz: Autohaus Kuch in Ransbach-Baumbach was the most favorable) At one then programming the disillusionment: card reader defective, the first nose is probably broken and was provisionally glued by the previous owner. Thus the first position does not work, they need to be able to read the map. At Renau It costs 482€ incl. installation, unfortunately I can’t afford it as a student. The boss was then understanding and said that I should take the card home and look on the internet, what there is to fix the thing, did not even take money for the programming. Should then come back with the built-in new reader and then program the one. Has anyone had experience? For example with repair services for the things? Or buy used? Greeting!

  • Fuel consumption normal? Laguna 2 1.8L 16v

Hello, I open the thread extra because there are so many different situations and so many different opinions, but would like to ask you a question. Have a Laguna 2 Ph.1 Built 02. 1.8L motor gasoline. Situation: Come from the Westerwald and always have to go to Koblenz to the university. The ride goes rather downhill and back uphill. Ride always so about 100km/h. At the end, if I have reset before, I have so about 9L/100km in the onboard computer. Ride really gently and “brattel” rather there. not big through town, just looking for some parking space. If I drive from village to village, I come quickly over the 10L. In the diagnostic menu or test menu it says: “_ _ _ t”. I remember that what had to do with the injection. Spark plugs and air filters looked still good, (laien opinion) and would rather prevent new ones to be installed, at least now. Climate I have of course out and windows too in the weather. I expect of course no consumption of 5L but have The Mercedes I had before was the 93, 2,2L engine and 150hp, and also came on 9L when driving. (Had only no BC of course) You have suggestions. Greetings

  • At the same time all four ignition coils over ?

Hello dear forum friends. I have the following problem. Renault Laguna I Grandtour 1.8 16V Bj1999. The vehicle went out abruptly during the ride. The vehicle can no longer be started. On error reading it was shown that all 4 ignition coils are defective. I find it very unpredictably that all ignition coils at the same time give up the mind. I have precautionally changed the OT-ber also this did not bring any success. I fear yes, it is the control unit, but maybe h at yes here someone else an idea what else it could be. ECU would be the death sentence for the car. Just closing the info…. Spark no … sprite yes… timing belts not skipped… I thank you already now.

  • Change automatic transmission oil?

Hallole, have some questions about my Laguna 3, 2.0 dCi automatic, 173 hp, year 2011, 120.000 km: The change of the transmission oil is always controversially discussed. However, I had good experiences with the predecessor car (Laguna 2) with an oil change. Switching was simply softer after that etc. I bought the oil myself and had it changed at a free workshop. The drained dirt (originally gear oil) has removed all doubts, so if the nix brings, I know au nemme. Now to my questions: 1. Also recommended with the newer Laggi gear oil change? 2. What quantity is needed? 3. Certain brand or specification required? Thank you already in advance for your relevant notes! Greeting Dieter

  • Reasonable price – Change axle cuff or rather change yourself?

Hello, was today to the oil change at ATU (because cheaper than my workshop of trust), there was a broken axe cuff at the front right side of the wheel noticed, I also looked at it – the fat soups out, the thing is also quite brittle. I already read that the part should be quite easy to change? In such things honestly a total rivet and know me zero. Is this a good idea as layman to do such a repair? And how would a measured ATU didn’t even want to ask, except for the oil change, which are usually always more expensive than my “family workshop”, although it does a good job despite the price. I couldn’t find anything in the forum so correctly, under certain circumstances you can help me? Many greetings, Shanrai

  • Laguna 2 on-board computer no longer fails after battery change

Hello and HELFEEEEEE! I got changed a nearly dead battery yesterday at my Laguna Grandtour 2 (Diesel) and first of all everything ran like smear again. He jumped up this morning… drove quite normally but when I turned it off (ignition off) the on-board computer did not go out anymore or jumped immediately again and checked in ahead. Then he also shows strange things like immobilizer, ABS, airbag, light automatic etc. please check on. In the meantime it’s been a few hours and now e He doesn’t know the keycard anymore, please check the immobilizer on the display and if I press the start button nothing happens. Is it enough for the laptop and read out errors? And the most important question: how can I get it back to the workshop at all? A colleague of mine has just disconnected the battery…
