Good morning, my search for a new good used one is so difficult that I come to the crazy idea to make my old but beloved Twingo float again and introduce to the Tüv. I suddenly had more braking effect on a very steep (but thanks to God) residential street NULL and with residual effect of the handbrake + motor brake still straight into the next side road, otherwise I would be full car on a busy Bundesstr Later I saw that the brake fluid had run out on the rear wheel and the tank was empty. It expired Tüv and it will be sure that one or other supporting part still to be welded, which someone reported to me on “his” last lift appearance. The Twingo is built/EZ 02/94 has run short over 200,000, 1239cbm. Does anyone have any idea about the rep-costs of the brake history – hand brake, foot brake back + front, venting, new brake cy Linder ??? … plus Holm(s) welding ? I know that such remote diagnostics are difficult to impossible … but only so that I have an approximate number of what it would cost. PS: am (unfortunately) no screwdriver … http://kleinanzeigen.ebay.de/…/146491905-216-1908?ref=myads

Twingo C06 1.2l, 40kW, timing belt change “HowTo” 😉
Moin together, after having done “Part 1” at our new, used Twingo, Bj 1997 (wheel bearings, carrying joints, small inspection; now to the next “brocking”: timing belts. It was changed according to sticker at the end of 2005. The car has now 170tkm down and the ZK gasket “sweats” a bit stronger. If I come to the TÜV with it, still the timing belt remains as “weak spot”. In the book “So is it done” (recommended), is talked about numerous special tools. What do you need? Or are the “old” tips enough? Note markings, tensioning to 90° angle of rotation, twist twice, check markings, finish. WaPu of course also replace. Have already changed at BMW’s numerous timing belts Lupo 1.0l once and Golf 1.8l once. At the Twingo, however, I noticed the rear tilted installation position of the engine “unpleasant”. Self-made or give away?? Thanks and greeting of the “Stevie” P.S.: Den : http://www.motor-talk.de/…/ …lt-twingo-tooth strap-t2078552.html?… I had already read

Yellow engine light is shining.
Hello together. I’ve searched the forum before, but found nothing suitable. At my Twingo 2 year 2008, 1.2l 58 HP, the yellow motor lamp and the symbol with the mouth lock light up since yesterday. I changed the spark plugs and the air filter yesterday. On a short drive, the two lights went on. At a glance under the bonnet I saw that the plug was off at the front of the suction bridge. After plugging on the two lights continued to glow. only from the plug that the error is permanently stored? Is there a trick to get the lights out again? Does battery help to clamp off? Greetings. Helmut

Twingo does not start + oil on spark plug
Hello guys, I laughed at a Twingo yesterday, not much to do with it anymore, should possibly serve as part dispenser. In the advertisement he was ready to drive, but unfortunately does not start. I bought a new battery today, because it had none. The seller had taken one yesterday. Problem 1: battery (new+charged) is inside, when starting does nothing. He only tried for a short time. Then I bridged with my car and then he tried, the occasion but he just didn’t turn any more. Problem 2: The left spark plug is oil. Unfortunately I couldn’t do much today, was dark and didn’t have the right tool, otherwise I would have turned the candle out. Do the 2 things hang together? The car is by the way year 98, approx. 170000km, Stands since November 2015

Program Renault Twingo key or solve immobilizer
Hello, since yesterday the immobilizer of my Twingo can not be solved or the car did not react to the key and did not answer. Since the batteries were no longer the latest I changed them. Now the light from the key flashes red again when pressing, but the car does not respond. I read in forums that the key has to be reprogrammed, now I find nowhere a formula. The seven-digit code in the key is: WSWXUBT The Twingo is year of construction 98 Can someone calculate the code? Thanks in advance Sebastian

Registration statistics Renault Twingo 712 : 2007 to 2014
Hello everyone… I personally have quite little to do with Renault, but since my wife is driving a Renault Twingo with key number 712, I have created a registration statistics for your vehicle… I was already talking about the documents about something else anyway. I now like to pass on the habit of giving information, in the hope that someone else can also do something with it, so I wanted to make this statistics available to you. So, here’s my registration statistics for the Renault Wingo with key number 712 : Year: Approved vehicles: ————————————— 2007: 101.700 2008: 84.481 2009: 77.953 2010: 57.910 2011: 50.411 2012: 41.529 2013: 31.807 2014: 22.728 The following list shows how many vehicles have become less from year to year: 2007 to 2008: 17.220 less 2008 to 2009: 6.528 less 2009 to 2010: 20,043 less 2010 to 2011: 7,499 less 2011 to 2012: 8,882 less 2012 to 2013: 9,722 less 2013 to 2014: 9,079 less Overall from 2007 to 2014 it has become a total of 78,972 less Renault Twingo 712. Thus, on average per year about 11,282 Renault Twingo 712 have become less. I think who ERNSTHAFT is interested in this Renault Twingo model, for which this statistics might be interesting. Maybe one of the last Twing os still an oldtimer … even if I had to find that the sleepers unfortunately also gammeln quite well from the inside from the Twingo, was at least with both Twingos my wife so… seen from the outside nothing, from factory nice thick U-protection on it, but then sometimes strongly pressed against it and it started to crackle… at both Twingos on both sides about 50% from the sleeper gammelt. So, I wish everyone a good and above all LANGE ride with your sweetheart (in your F All by this I mean your Twingos and not your women ) Greetings Music screwdrivers.

Must haves in the equipment of the Twingo Gordini RS
Hello guys, I would like to buy a Gordini in the foreseeable future. Motor is not quite sure yet, but tends strongly to the 1.6. Now I would like to know which equipment details I should pay attention to when buying. I am not quite sure if every Gordini has the RS monitor. I also notice that most Facelift models have a manual air conditioning system. Is there anything else to consider? Please look forward to answers. PS: Which change interval do the Zah have? nriemen (1.6 and 1.2 TCE)? I didn’t really find out. Greetings Martin

Immobilizer flashes fast
Hello, I have a Renault Twingo 1.2 16V Built 2001. My problem is that the immobiliser flashes quickly when I turn the key around, this is only the second key. I don’t know what the previous owners did either. The second key still had the original case, but this was broken so that I bought a new one. What could be the problem? Mfg Tanja

95 Twingo C3g valves set
Hello everyone… have to adjust the valves because the car is nailed, but I have never done that before. wanted to know if there is something specific to consider? or do I have to work according to a certain order etc. or can I do it for example as it stands for the mercedes w 123?(this also has 8 valves and control chain) The adjustment sequence: If the valves of the 4th cylinder overlap, the valves of the 1st cylinder can be adjusted. If the valves of the 2nd cylinder overlap, the valves of the 3rd cylinder can be adjusted. If the valves of the 3rd cylinder overlap, the valves of the 3rd cylinder can be adjusted, the valves of the 2nd cylinder can be adjusted. I am grateful for every tip. mfg ps.suitable tools and dimensions for the valves I have there ! if someone needs this, please report.
