Hello forum, now that MT has ascended to the next level, I wonder if one could add one or the other little smiley? Of course, no senseless children’s stuff. I find a smiley used in the right place, says more than 1000 words My concrete suggestions would be:Birds show ABE / Instructions / Read the law! Eyebrow up-down That’s so nothing Back to topic And since we have Christmas…Lol… And since the mods should also have something of, a Find a few smileys exclusively for them…Closed I Mod du nix! Surely now some of the others who think that the seriousness of the forum could suffer and that this is not a kindergarten come to me. I miss these first 5 smileys but just to express my opinion. Sure it is, but hey, laughing is healthy! Greetings Score12 P.S.: Who else has “desirables”…well, you know

Bug for comments in the blog
Meal, if I delete a comment in the blog it disappears, but the blog says I answered to the comment and counts to delete that, so my last blog entry now has 6 “Geisterkommentare” although I have deleted only three. That brings me directly to my next question: Can I determine users who are not allowed to submit comments thereby not unnecessarily flaming and provoked? Or directly lock out, that would be even better. Greeting, Kami

Termination of the threads by the threader
If I follow the course of some threads, I have the impression that it would be an advantage if the thread maker could close the thread after satisfactory answers (but not to have to). Too often afterwards, the actual topic is deviated, which degenerates into subsequent, very unsightly quarrels.

Question about the thank you function
Hello in the round. Quick question only: Is there a function somewhere at the moment, where you can see all the “thank you” that you have given and received at a glance, in relation to “from whom” and “for which article”? With some “thank you” you would like to know that – without having to browse through the whole article.

Buddys & Birthdays
Hello, on the home page I see my buddies highlighted in bold. Is there a reason why this is not so at birthdays? It is always very time-consuming, if you have to look through all the names in the hope of catching someone you know. Can you highlight the buddies, who are also birthday children are not also in bold? Thanks for thinking about it, Eric (and all good for 2007 )

User map
Hello guys, what do you think about introducing a user map (e.g. like here ) in our forum. @mod: Is this technically possible? I think it could help new HD drivers to find “friends” (or fellow sufferers) in his vicinity, meet and get to know to solve problems together or just destroy a beer. What do you think? Greeting Henning

new feature at PN
Greetings to the workshop, just now I have seen that a PN no longer opens at the end of the inbox, but directly below the header in the inbox. Did you really do great Thank you for having converted the PN function in this direction.

Motor Talk Movie
Hey, what do you think of the idea of making a film about the Motor Talk community and its mobile subsets. Someone has to explain himself willing to snap a video. But it must not be such a std wurtz, but must already have a professional touch. Implementation: One agrees to play the “moviemaker” without payment, out of passion. Everyone who has made a quiet hand and a nice shot of his “kept” companion, no matter if Interior equipment or exhaust sound, or otherwise filmed or filmed during the ride, sends its material to the Moviemaker. Prerequisites would have to be created for the respective video material, i.e. certain quality, to what extent blurred/not even blurred, size etc. Or you could organize a contest from the admin side, for the best video in different categories, or in general a video about “your car” OR who the best movie about the Motor Talk Forum PS: When I’m bored I just think of something like that … Sonny

Disability while navigating in MT
I can’t judge if my problem has been addressed in another thread. At least the symptoms I have have not been mentioned yet. (Operating system XP with IE 6.0) For about 2-3 days (I can’t say exactly anymore) the PC slows down for a few seconds, then something comes in the lower line with “ebayrelevanced” or similar. After that comes an error message that a script slows down something and the question whether the script should be canceled. Adopting this question, everything continues normally until next time. What triggers this effect I can’t say, but it’s completely related to a “renewal” at MT. How can you turn it off and is it absolutely necessary that MT is permanently “improved”? Do I always have to update anything in the future to be able to participate in the forum? I actually have other hobbies. Greeting navec
