Cross-board mod rights
Hello, I have to say here that I find it relatively stupid that the individual moderators here are allowed to use their rights in every forum! Every now and then there are completely “foreign” moderators in any forums and do something. I would like to mention two examples that concern me myself: – a mod from the VW Forum comes into the BMW Forum and simply closes a thread. He was not even involved in the thread. – a mod from the Opel Forum has joined the TT Forum in one post The OPEL mod then threw the TT user SOFORT out of the forum without warning! The user COMPETITION was never noticed negatively! In the opposite part! Technically and humanly absolutely in order! I think that should not be! It would be more useful to make the COMPETENT mod aware of it! They usually also know the affected users better and maybe even wrote in the affected threads. That’s what I wanted to say here.

Mod does not respond
Hello There were discussions with the presenter dieselschraube in September in the W210 forum. I was very excited in the W210 forum and in this forum that whole threads were simply deleted. The coronation culminated in the fact that I was warned by dieselschraube without stating any reasons. The publication of the warning (was a standard – PN) brought me a lot of anger and discussion with other mod’s and users. I was then approached, me do So I wrote to thisselschrauber on 18.10.2004 and then again on 24.10.2004 a PN with the request to explain to me, whereby I should have used “injurious or provocative expressions”. So, now I have been waiting for a reply for months – nothing. I find this ignorance a groundless impudence. I already asked thisselschrauber on 17.09.2004 in a message to explain the warning to me. And then I found this ignorance a groundless impudence. still written as above 2 times per PN. And zero reaction. @dieselschraube I hereby ask you to answer me again !!!!!!!!!. It is very worrying that you don’t even have the Ars.. in your pants to explain this to me. I mean, you had more than enough time to do it. Or did you think that the topic is done for me? According to the motto time to the country – weed over – warning? na and – finished. Harald

The MODERATORS – Thread !!!
Hehe, so interest has awakened the headline…Have really thought about it for a long time, now I open the thread.. No matter if 5:00 in the morning or at 2:30 at night… How do the mods last? Almost always online! Krass! Therefore my suggestion: imagine! everyone knows your contributions and you read themselves more often… But who is behind it?? Or: what do you work? let’s go …… !

Edit Contribution
I noticed that you can only change your posts one day after posting why was it changed. it is already clear to me that the links are not distorted because no one can change their posts anymore, but isn’t it my personal property? and I have the right to change what I wrote at any time? there wasn’t even an announcement?

Prevention of double threads
Hello MT-Team, can you deposit a function in the backend that checks when creating a new theme/thread, whether the entered words in the title in a similar combination have been used in (a) other thread(s) and the threads found show the thread creator in any way? Thus, before opening a thread, he would see whether his topic has already been taken up and can then decide for himself whether he/she might not reopen it… This would prevent m.M.n. from the many double threads. If the hint has been given before, then simply delete topic Many greetings, rob

“Mark as read” only goes on the 2nd or 3rd attempt
I think the title says almost everything. I have the problem (since yesterday, maybe longer but not noticed) apparently in every forum. My browser loads after the click, but everything stays the same (threads with new articles in bold, etc.) until it works on the 2nd or 3rd click. notting

Dirty design of the threadlist
Hello! A picture says more than 1000 words (top and bottom line). Win7, FF3.6.13, JavaScript for Motor-Talk.de active, Zoom = 100%. notting

Problems with cookies? Read posts are displayed as unread
I always log out here if I am not on the computer for a long time. Sounds funny, but it is so . Weekdays I turn off the computer even if I am not at home. When I log in again, however, many threads already read on the last day are displayed as unread. Regardless of whether I delete the cookies or not. FF 3.0.1 on the Mac. Until a few days ago this worked without any problems. Greeting, Olli

Sub-Forum Inconsistency
Moin! There is something about the subforums that irritates me here. No, not the subforums themselves. They are a good idea. But why can you still write in the “Grundforen” if subforums exist? For example, there is an “Audi A3 & S3 Forum”. There are subforums for the old “A3 8L”, and one for the newer “A3 8P & 8PA”. So far it makes sense. Only there are still many users who can’t decide whether to drive an old or new A3. And garbage The basic forum (“Audi A3 & S3 Forum” with their questions too. In the golf forum just like that. For each golf there is a subforum (at Golf VI even with sub-sub-forum). Nevertheless, almost every day someone writes directly under “Golf”. As if it were so difficult to post directly to the right model. And in ten other MT forums it is certainly just like that.. My question (or better please) to the mods: there is a reason why in these forums despite many suitable sub-forums still new Thr And don’t you even want to change that because of clarity?
