Although public charging infrastructure is now wide accessible across Europe, its’ convenience, reliability and the quality of the user experience are still questionable. That’s why I’m writing my Bachelor’s thesis on how to improve the fast-charging experience for electric vehicle users – to better understand the strengths and weaknesses of fast-charging infrastructure, as well as the differences in consumer perceptions and preferences between 3 different countries.
