Hello Bandit municipality I got the instructions to lift the electronic CDI throttling. There is supposed to be only 2 cables removed a plug connection and swoops would be removed the jerking in the 2nd and 3rd gear. Due to this procedure the later installed early ignition is removed. However, can be undone at any time. Please do not just pinch through. The whole was done only because of the legal noise measurement which is tested in 2 and 3 gears. This measure removes all the throttles that are in this model. This results in more torque in the 2nd and 3rd gears. An urgent need for the race track and fast road riders. It also removes the annoying jerking in the middle speed range in the 2nd and 3rd gears ! Now my question to the community: If any of you have already done this and gained experience, then please post it.

Exchange Frameworks
Hello everyone. I notice rust spots on the frame of my GSF650S (BJ2012), especially on the weld seams. The paint leaves off and underneath it is brown. Before I start painting now, where a doofer around…. Can you easily exchange the frames if there are any problems? What is the cost of such a swap frame? Is it worth disassembly, painting and putting them together again?

Gs 500 e no gas intake after reaching the top speed
Hello municipality , the following problem. Our gs 500 gm51b bj.92 does not take any more gas after the highest wind speed has been reached. Sometimes the gas already collects at 160. Every now and then it then creates its 180 for a few meters and then it does not take gas again. Misignitions were already present. Passage until then without problems. Since we have cleaned gasifiers, coupler exchanged as well as various small parts is now the only thing that does not work like it sol The problem existed even before kupplunh carburettor etc was exchanged. Since otherwise it does not cause any problems we are totally overwhelmed. Has someone experienced similar or relevant references to the culprit?

Performance of a Suzuki GSX 600 F
Hello everyone, need help from Suzuki experts, so this is the following: I bought a used GSX600F in June of this year and I am somehow disappointed with the performance. She has 85 hp and has been throttled since BJ 95, i.e. from the factory! I had it throttled when I bought it and I already drove about 700 KM… At the moment she comes to a maximum of 180 KMH (with very high consumption) according to FZS she should run 215 KMH. My question now is this normal and needs his time and how do you proceed or should the performance be there already??? Please for help….. Greetings to all bikers Madiiin

GS500 for corner robbers?
Hello, I haven’t driven a motorcycle for almost 10 years now. At the age of 18 I made the motorcycle driver’s license, bought a CBR and raced what was holding it… It was a great time in which I definitely had more sense than luck. A year later I was taken the lead, CBR was back and my interests quite different again… Now at the end of 20, I want to get back on the motorcycle. I still have to move quite quickly, have But before doing this in curvy country roads within the STVO & on the Nordschleife I want to learn “real driving” rather than to shoot around bluntly… What do you think of the GS500 as my project? I still know at the time how the CBR has always overburdened me. I have come from A to B without any problems but I have never felt it as really handy… That speaks for the GS before… But what worries me is the performance. S decent curve robbers, so it is fun, or do you get to the border quite quickly due to the few PS? What is your opinion about it?

SV 650 S Engine after rain no longer runs properly hiiillfffeee 🙁
Hey, my one and all – my SV 650 S K3 isn’t running properly anymore. I had to drive it through heavy rain on Friday. Now on Sunday I tried to start it again. It only starts when I give off a little bit of gas and in the stand gas the speed continues to go down until it finally goes out. When I tried to drive it, it sounded like suddenly only one of the 2 cylinders is driven. Then she went out. Jap, what is it? 0 Know of Tec hnik – my guess, as a perfect office idiot who has never had a wrench in his hand in life: Front spark plug wet? But would it then start normally? I’m perplexed, I would like to let it run with some gas in my stand, but kp if I could break it even more? What could it be? I can’t get past a breakdown service anymore.

GSX-R 1000 K9 – Steering damper defective?
Evening dear bikers! I slowly despair of my machine. Steering head bearings were defective, so I had it changed. Chain set was worn out, so I changed it successfully. Brake was a bit tight in the front, but I got the wheel free again. Now I noticed something again and I suspect that it has to do with the steering damper. When the motorcycle is off and I steer while pushing, I notice that the handlebar can be steered slightly harder to the right, g Followed by a very easy squeaking. Steering to the left is no problem! If I steer the handlebar in the stand to the left and right, the resistance becomes bigger to the right, but can be overcome. If the engine is running, I have no problems with hitting the handlebar to the right?! To the left is never a problem. Whether motorcycle off or on. Yesterday I definitely didn’t have the problem at all. Today I was short at a workshop to clarify something. I also immediately spoke to what I noticed when steering since today. Instead of looking at it, he only thought I should remove the steering damper…is the problem away, it is the steering damper. Is the problem still there, it is the steering head bearing. I’m getting tired of all the things. Has anyone ever had the same problem? Do you think the steering damper is over? I’m just heading for the 40,000 km. I haven’t switched to the damper so far.

Suzuki GSX 550
Hello together, I needed to buy a Suzuki GSX 550 EU, first it went on in between but now it doesn’t go on after I cleaned carburetor, have cleaned air filters, petrol filter is also clean, in the carburetor the petrol arrives but not in the combustion chamber, can someone tell me what I can do? Oh yes also the spark plugs work Spark is there. Does it possibly have to do with that not enough or no vacuum is available from the tank the carburetor? The petrol tap is also free. I’m new in the motorcycle area so I don’t know what else to do about it anymore.

GSX 750 F (AK) goes out of gas
Hi, everybody, I’m in despair and I hope someone can help me here. I drive a 750 AK and have the problem that as soon as I give normal gas it goes out immediately. It goes up on about 2500 tours and that’s it. If I slowly curl it up with short gas bursts and catch the right time, then it goes over the “hole” and turns up fully. I drove it, even if it was difficult, and it brings above impeccable performance. I have mittlwerwei I already tried everything: – carburetor is absolutely clean, all nozzles are NEW – air filter new – candles new – petrol tap tested and works – new fuel It is still to say that it definitely does not drain, but starves in the area. The candles are dry. What I have still observed (and do not understand) is that it looks like it blows into the air filter chamber in the relevant speed range rather than sucking in. I am grateful for every tip. Greetings Josef

++GSX-R 750 bj.93 …problem ignition control times camshaft!!!
Hello people ..who knows a advice! After changing a defective cylinder head gasket I have according to my feeling or rather according to the service manual mounted camshafts and control chain now problems with the. No 2 days before still super jumped…. now after the assembly and even with the help of starter spray the < box no longer starts..no Cance... there came only a loud misappropriation out of the exhaust and once out of the air filter box. The ignition cables are Zylinder 1. and 4 spool 1 and cylinder 2 and 3 to spool 2. That's all ok....according to Handbich, the ignition marking on the ignition device at the stroke and at the top of the release camshaft at marking 1 and 90 degrees above the marking 2 and then 13 pins of the control chain direction inlet camshaft at marking 3 had to be mounted on the chain ..span ..all..finished. I don't know what's going on now. ...why is the ignition time now no longer right. Where could the flaws The manual would have to be decided for the assembly...or does it matter very much if the marking at the Züngeber dead point is only 1 mm offset?....please help me..Thank you in front of the people!
