Hi! Got a big problem and hope you can help me !!! Drive a 600s bandit bj. 2000 and have now so ung. 13000 km down. The problem I have is the following. I drove from work quite normal to home via highway and put it normally at my door. So ung. 4 hours later I started again and started the machine. Or better said I tried,…… the starter started only briefly and then was off. Motor did not turn on and starter turned There I noticed a large spot under my bike on the ground. It was fuel. Looking for a little bit, I determined that the sprite dripped out of the air filter. So I took off the tank and opened the air filter. It was completely filled with fuel ! Determined 1 litre or so. When I checked the spark plugs, I noticed that the of cylinder 4 was completely wet and really bad for fuel stank. So I lit in and had to find with horror that the Z ylinder had run full. I kept the spark plug outside, put in the 2nd passage and pushed. The fuel came out literally. If I look at the glass so, I believe that also some fuel mixed with mang. What should I do now? How can I get out the fuel and what could be the error? I opened the lid briefly from the carburetor of the 4th cylinder and pulled the needle out! Everything seemed fine! But I didn’t make any further progress. a week ago, the valves were adjusted and the carburetors were synchronized ! They were running really nice and quiet all the time. Had a pass and was happy that she was running so nice. Until today ! Hope you can help me !!! Greet Kevin

Gixxer vibrates at constant speed
Hello! The title may sound strange, but I don’t know how to call and describe the “problem” (if it’s one thing). Maybe it’s just normal, because my bike is getting older and the mileage is increasing? Who doesn’t ask stupidly, remains stupid. I think that my bike is kind of restless at constant speed. Not especially on the handlebars, but simply in general. I just feel a kind of vibration from the engine. ch. When I give gas, everything is okay! When I walk off the gas and slow down, everything feels so normal. But if I drive constantly 30, 50, 70, 100 or whatever, I feel a vibration, as if moving components in the engine were too dry, although they should be oiled (sounds stupid, but I try to describe this feeling as much as possible). The rotational number in this “feel” is so normal and remains constant. Nothing fluctuates. I know that my motorcycle has been running more smoothly – even at constant speed. I would have liked to have this suppleness as when buying the motorcycle again. Last year I bought the motorcycle with 26.790 km. At 30,000 km I had the big 24,000 inspection done, because the previous owner (screwer) allegedly did it himself, but I wanted to be safe. I did the 36,000 inspection. in April itself. Now I am at about 40,200 km. I changed spark plugs yesterday. The oil is only 4,200 km “old”. Last month I changed the chain set. The chain set before was from Suzuki. Now I have a D.I.D. chain as well as pinion and chain wheel from AFAM. Maybe this chain set just drives rougher and is normal? In addition, the steering head bearing was replaced by a workshop and I changed the steering damper (original). It certainly reads itself. Some people may not be able to understand the explanation. But maybe someone had the same problem and/or maybe they know what I mean and would have a tip on it? Of course there is still the option Workshop, but maybe there are things I could try myself before.

Stranger screwed around my GS500
Hello in the round ! I’ve been riding motorcycle again recently and have gained a beautiful Suzuki GS500. She ran perfect for 2 weeks until I came back last week from the holiday. Please check my inconsistency but as I said, driving for 3 weeks The GS500 ran perfect, as I said, two weeks. Then at once no more… She is constantly strangled even after the “warm driving” while braking, before curves or traffic lights etc.. She only stayed on if the Choke Akti At first I thought it might be due to a clogged valve in the carburetor or similar with the mixture. I was finally at the screwdriver of trust and it turned out that simply someone turned out the “Standgas screw”. Totally banal but I ask myself now of course why do you do such a thing, who and especially where ???? So he turned the screw in again and everything ran perfectly. She was always in the underground garage and nowhere else. My screwdriver assured me that the screw can’t be loosened by vibration etc., so it must most likely have made a neighbor. Otherwise no one has access to the underground garage and goes into the last corner to my bike and fiddles about it. The screw is relatively inconspicuously “hidden” and I think that you have to have some idea to do something like that. It’s not about finding the guilty or making wild accusations now, but to avoid something like that in the future. I just had the idea to make a tarpaulin after the ride over it every time with a kind of marking to see if someone pulled the tarpaulin down. But I find this solution more like Semi. Since you put the machine as protected as possible and there are still so bangs… I have absolutely no understanding for. Does anyone have an idea how to better secure/protect the machine in the future ? opinions, tips, suggestions ? Many greetings

SV650 2020 Coupling problems
Servus together, I have been driving the new SV650 (built in 2020) since October 2020 and now have just under 7000 km on it. Today I wanted to ride a lap relaxed than I noticed when I switched it down, especially the second gear a little ticked (greater resistance than usual on the clutch fuss and clearly louder). Sometimes he didn’t go in at all. In the stand it also came before that I didn’t come in neutral from the second or from the first in neutral. The higher gears were I then drove a little bit to test it out and then found out that the SV is starting fast by itself about 5 km/h with pulled clutch in the first gear. Now on the way home this stronger resistance was also when switching down the higher gears. Switching up usually felt normal. Have now the clutch lever in suspicion. He felt already more play and had taken off the cover (picture) and does not know if the completely norm al is there someone maybe has experience or can tell me what this is all about and what this is all about. Be very careful with my SV… Greetings, Manu picture of clutch levers in unloaded condition. So neither attracted nor pushed forward.

Suzuki GsxR-1000 K5
Hello, good day! I have a problem and I can’t find a solution for that, and I’ve been in possession of a K5 Yoshimura Edition since the latest edition that has just down 11500 km. Now I’ve read in many articles that there is a cat in the K5/K6 I always thought there is a pipe going through from front to back. Now my question is, where should it be installed because I also have the special edition Yoshimura Trioval on it. The best would be picture so I know exactly what I’m looking for n has to write all toasters as well but I don’t even have such a thing because I was not aware until today that she has a cat at all. A second question still asks me how or what can you do to make the pretty one still a bit bangs that would interest me burningly. So I’m looking forward to the answer thank you already in advance MFG Phillip

GSF 600 S from 2004 – Umfaller on left side – Blinker broken what to do?
Hello guys, unfortunately my Möppi fell over to the left side last week. Both turn signals and the clutch lever broke. I changed the clutch lever successfully, however, I have my difficulties with the turn signals. I got mini turn signals and the corresponding covers from one of the three big dealers, which is located in my place of residence. However, the latter do not fit, although this is on the packaging. Furthermore, I have my attempts, the V to remove clothing found that they were not only fixed with screws but also with plastic plugs (klips) and that some disguise clips were missing, even in places that were not affected by falling over (e.g. back right). I then interrupted the attempts to disassemble and assemble the turn signals. Didn’t want to destroy the existing clip. Now to my questions: Can you remove the clip without any interference? If no, you can remove them at the dealer o who buy from one of the three big ones? If it is not possible, did you fix the panel completely with screws? If you have provided your motorcycles with other (not original) indicators, how did you establish the connection between the Bordelectrik and the turn signals? I haven’t had the motorcycle for long and not much screwdriver experience yet. Thanks already for the help. Markus

Bandit 600 Bj. 99 does not start
Hello, it’s about my possible future baby. Brief history: MOtorrad went out again and again during the ride. In the workshop it was called tank full of rust and carburettor accordingly. Have let the tank rust and let the carburettor clean. After that it ran about 1 month. Now current status: motorcycle doesn’t even start any more. Complete battery charge consumed. of course I looked a little for what it might be. -Zündkerzen are dry -from all 4 swims I have a few questions now, since I don’t know about carburettor engines (always only had injections) 1. What could this be that the gasoline from the one carburettor is black? 2. If I put the gas tap on ON, and leave the drain screw of the float chamber open, the fuel would flow right through and down again. Can it be that the tank or possibly the petrol tap has not been cleaned properly and yet has led to the residual of rust or other contamination that the carburetors could be clogged? Sorry for the perhaps ridiculous sounding questions on my part, but I know myself with the matter (gassing) NULL from Thank you for your help and understanding. MfG David

May a swinger hang freely during transport
Hello, do spring legs have such a stable stop that you can let the rear wheel hang freely during the trailer transport? Background: I plan a very short unbraked trailer, similar to the short hangers, which are offered especially for WoMos. The loading area is only about 70cm long. Can a motorcycle, in my case the 125 VanVan, with clamped front wheel and under the engine be mounted and freely hanging rear wheel long distances be transported, or do not make the spring legs with. The jacking is only intended for parking without the vibrations/slips during transport with a hard-springed trailer. Greetings Thorsten

The Thought Experiment, Fathers and Motorcycle
I made my motorcycle driver’s license quite late. I have experienced and seen many accidents during these 2 years. I was really scared about the largely too fast driving style of my acquaintances, that I come to ponder now. My children are now only about 1 and 3 years old and I want to stay with you for a long time. I am also currently extremely important the development of my children and I want to absorb every free moment together with you. For me personally, the fun with the family is in the foreground, I have a bad conscience against my children on every tour. Accordingly, my motorcycle is currently more than it is moved. It is not good for working in the city either, because it is more like a 125 scooter. In my case, reason and passion collide with each other mentally. I am mentally quite torn back and forth here, whether it makes sense his hobby in d It’s time to let it rest and start again when it suits better. As so often I’m interested in experiences from similar situations. I’m going to put the Suzuki back in their garage soon, but I won’t sell it for the time being. Thank you for your attention.

Suzuki VS 800 Intruder Price
Hey to everyone, I’m less on the road here, but read me here regularly. I have a question for all bikers here. I plan to buy myself a motorcycle this spring for my birthday. One zeros not every year. I have now been offered a Suzuki Intruder VS 800 for purchase. EZ. 1999, type and model: VS 52 B. 25kw, 805 cm3. Kilometer level: 11,000km. The box is super preserved, top maintained, gets new tires due to the long service life (registered since 2002 ), oil change and a new battery, and of course a new tuv. The guy wants to sell me the box for 4,500 €. Is the price ok??? Would be really nice if you could help me here. I have no plan of prices on this. Greetings
