  • No Lima load

Moin, I have a big problem with a friend in his old Deutz F2l612: No Lima wants to load The original DC Lima managed only 2 volts charge current, replaced by a three-phase Lima. This does nothing. Now a brand new three-phase Lima built in. This loads something. However, the charging control glimmers something and gets brighter at higher speeds. All cables checked and everything “flying” wired. Nevertheless no improvement. Since this now The second three-phase Lima is the ni The fault can only lie on the tractor. What else can it be? Battery has about 12 volts only by the many attempts. Greetings

  • To Do – List at New Purchase Murray Lawn Traktor: too many questions!

hello agricultural machine professionals! since yesterday I have been the owner of a murray mower from the 90’s, which I shot around the corner as a bargain at ebay! to do – list sounded very clear for the time being: – brake pads gear brake (peerless with small brake disc back right) – lining knife brake – bearing knife shaft in front of the parts cleverly made in the net: everything affordable and available. so go, bought! taken apart today, result: no type sign on the tractor , none at the mower! knife brake looks different than the ones found in the booked. brake pads of the rear axle seem to be still ok, it is more due to the lever, which is to press the brake pistons against the surface through the tap when the pedal enters the back, which looks like once welded and sanded and presses when the pedal enters so pretty accurately OVERALL NIX! 🙁 anyone still has spare parts to sell that could fit with my murray or can it be someone using photos to identify that I can get out the type number with regard to an explosion drawing and the sharing? or best still: does someone near me live here (ost resin) who looks at the little one and has plan? 😀 thank you and greet peter

  • Lawn tractor Honda HF 2213 Hydrostat transmission does not drive properly

After long research on the internet, this forum is my last hope here. I have an old Honda HF 2213 hydrostatic mower, which has done its job so far. It has 128 hours of operation after 12 years and is simply constantly broken. A quality product. Now the latest problem. The engine runs perfectly also with load so running mower. However, if you press on the pedal to drive forward, the thing sets in motion, but the engine loses immediately on Leistun g and threatens to go out. This can be prevented by not pressing the pedal any more. When driving backwards, the same problem. In many attempts and very slow gas giving, the device then drives suddenly and mows without problems until you walk off the gas, then the same problem. A survey with the dealer found that the hydrostat transmission may have too little oil. However, I have no idea how to check the oil from the hydrostat transmission or how to fill it up. gshandbuch of the Honda mower mixer is nothing to this problem. Since the normal authorized Honda dealer usually does not have a big heck to give hints that are suitable for the customer to repair something himself, it was no longer possible to get out of it. I therefore hope to get help here. Thank you very much for this.

  • Problems with B&S fit mower / does not start

Good afternoon, I have a problem with my Briggs and startor 12.5 HP engine. After my lawn mower ran the last time 6 years ago and since it was not used anymore because it didn’t sprang up and my other model is better anyway, I started to take care of the B&S mower. After I had done the usual clean-up and maintenance work (gasifier clean; oil change,…) I got it to run again. Although it ran quite unevenly but d the next day, when I wanted to adjust the carburetor, the engine didn’t jump any more. I first thought that it was due to the battery, because the starter turned very slowly, but the charge and even the replacement of the battery didn’t change it. The next day, I tried it again and now nothing really happened. The only thing you could hear was a quiet click. I still had this condition. d I don’t really know what it could be. The starter doesn’t get any more voltage off . it can’t be broken because it moves when I hit it directly from the battery, with a bridge cable. I’m really overwhelmed because I just don’t have any idea where the error could be. I hope someone can help me here in the forum MfG Finn

  • How long does a treacherous guy hold for…??

Hello how long do the tractors keep on the average today??? given this thread–>http://www.motor-talk.de/…/…recker-an-hour-runter-t2301969.html I asked myself the question what do you calculate, because the models are today quite high-equipped high-tech machines with electronic and hydraulic stuffed up to the stop?? how many operating hours should be possible until the maintenance exceeds the value??? the old models last longer than the new ones? m fg Andy

  • Ignition lawn tractor with Tecumseh XL/C 13.0

Hello,I still have a problem with this engine. He still pops out of the carburetor. Can anyone tell me anything about the ignition time? When does he ignite when the magnet of the flywheel is past the ignition coil or in the middle of the two-part magnet. It seems strange to me that the magnet is 14mm before OT at the ignition coil.Isn’t that too early?Perhaps someone can explain it to me.

  • It’s been harvested, the mail’s been leaving for two days

Hello, yesterday I had already talked to Mirco a little bit about the mail going off with us at the moment. At the house, gangs passing by looking for their likes, dreamy. Yesterday, the whole day went back and forth, from the fields the tractors drive with their cargo to a biogas plant. And the way there is the shortest when they drive through with us. Unfortunately, I do not know 100% what is harvested there, I have tapped on rapeseed. But could also be a kind of elephant grass. yesterday I got angry about that, that I did not take pictures. But I didn’t know yet, that I still get a chance today. So I made a few for you. With: Claas Jaguar 900 Class Ares 697 with Claas Kipper two case tractors @ Mirco how to top a case with Tridem ? With a JCB Fastrac with five-axle pendant greetings Wolfgang

  • Battery connected to turf tractor polarized, battery defective?

Good morning, I installed a new battery in my turf tractor from Gutbrod about 3 weeks ago. Since the pole arrangement is unfortunately exactly the opposite as with the old battery, I installed this stupidly exactly wrongly around so polarized connected. I left the tractor after that because I did not use it. Yesterday after about 3 weeks I first noticed that the falnsch is connected after which the tractor did not make a muck. Multimeter shows otherwise. s in the millivolt range, and my cheap charger from a discounter shows only error when I connect the battery. Directly after the battery it goes to a magnetic switch and from there to the starter. Now my question can you save the battery still? Gruss ed881

  • Trailer Lawn Traktor DIY own construction

Hello together, I bought a Husqvarna Rider 111B used. I would like to build a trailer with a tilt function. Therefore I would like to discuss with you what is most useful and what is not. Here are my thoughts 🙂 I found a few videos of my own built in Youtube: 1.Here my favorite:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YDL4aRFI9nQ 2. Another trailer:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_c1yuMkHo4 3. A DIY system with spindle:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v =5k9yRPQlXSs&t=6s 4. Although with hydraulics and no “trailer” but the cylinders to the rear (less HUB necessary)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YFYZVtBe3Ps With the trailer should be possible around the 200kg load, the width 90cm should not be exceeded, otherwise it does not fit through the garden doors 😀 I have done the variants from videos 1 and 4, in video 1 is a very nice trailer to see, so it should become about later. In video 4 is a hint This shortens the stroke of the cylinders and thus saves time for tilting and also costs. The base frame should be made of steel, not galvanized, but painted. I currently have tyres lying around bag cart wheels, which are only 150kg loaded per piece and are only relatively narrow, since I have a little thought, not that these sink in or screw up too quickly. For the calculation of stroke and tipping load I have an Excel table for calculating a The dimensions in the Excel table can be changed as desired and thus everything is recalculated. Perhaps the Excel table is also interested in someone. The board walls should be left and right inclined, the rear wall should have the pivot point at the top, and when tilting itself open. I have chosen the lifting cylinders with a with a stroke of 200mm and 1500Nhttps://www.ebay.de/…/253956758964?… There are also various small parts (switches, car 7-pole plug and can, a distribution box on the trailer and a fuse) Ideas and suggestions are welcome 🙂
