My lawn tractor has something like that, but how does it work? Unfortunately I found no corresponding description or cut drawing in the net. The gearbox has 7 pre-selectable driving steps, how does the transmission work in the gearbox? Belts, chain, gears, friction roller? Can the transmission slip even under load? (I don’t mean the belts that lead to it) Does it have an oil filling? Do the things cry on faster driving steps all of them in driving mode? Tell me what you are so darned about He knows.

Moin, with the above engine the crankshaft and the engine side cover heats up very strongly. This does not like the V-belts that sit on a disc at the end of the shaft. Was not the case at the beginning either, only now after approx. 30 operating hours the motor eats the V-belts. I have already changed the two bearings in the lid ( crankshaft bearing and balancing shaft bearing) unfortunately without success. The shaft is also completely without load, therefore without V-belt disc, after approx. 5 min. very hot. I think I’m okay with the conrod camp.

Hello, I have a problem. The turf tractor doesn’t start any more. It went on for a while that he jumped with luck but now nothing moves anymore. There is no spark. I thought it was on the ignition lock, I changed that but it still doesn’t start. Then I dealt with the electrics a little bit and found three components, see photo in the appendix, where I don’t know what that is at all. The one part makes a funny fieping or beeping. I don’t know if it has to be that way at all. I can’t even imagine it. I would be very grateful for any advice, etc. In the appendix there is also a video that I sent to a friend that shows the sounds when the ignition is switched on. Furthermore, the beep stops as soon as I press the clutch (what I have to do before I can start the tractor) I hope you can help me. MfG

Hello, someone happens to have this engine and can show me with photos, where exactly the two control springs from the carburetor have to sit ? In the appendix I have attached a 2 pictures (as seen on photo 2, a spring was installed which is not original and I also do not know if it is in the right place at all) … Maybe someone has the same engine and can show me pictures of the carburetor and control springs, I believe there must be 2 pieces there. I have been looking for longer after these springs, but unfortunately despite with article no./parts. still without success, maybe someone can help me. Hello, especially in the cold my small compact trecker is hard to start. It has a 1l 3 cylinder diesel and glows about 15 seconds ahead. Then the battery has a voltage of 10.5V and can of course not start the engine any more. Sounds like defective battery. However, this is a dry charged John Deere (47Ah, cold start current (CCA) 500), which was produced only 4 years ago. Level of the cells is OK. Before winter I had no problems, but have the trecker the battery is charged with an Aldi charger, if the tractor is rarely and briefly used. Is it due to the battery, the Aldi charger or the Trecker?

Hello municipality I would have solved a problem here where I need help. And indeed the screws from the oil tank and the motor hold on the frame have solved itself. My mechanic meant that this would have been the case with him. So the motor was completely removed, turned off (of course but without oil) oil tank, removed paper sealing residue, put seal in between and again, glued in screws, motor re-installed. And now it no longer starts normally, only with aids through the air filter (brake cleaner). Then it runs but first it spits fuel out of the air filter box. The LFK swims literally. If I want to put the air filter back on it he dies off. I thought that the float hangs or something. I had screwed up the carburettor and cleaned up but zero change. Hello together! I have a problem with a lawn tractor AYP(Fleurelle) AM 120 from a buddy, the gearbox( 5-speed + 1 reverse, Peerless 930-054A) can not switch, after the drive belt change, with running engine, even if the load from the wheels is on the gearbox (e.g. on the slope). In stand, with switched off engine works without problems. The new belt is nicely loose when uncoupled and grips also great when coupling. The brake is new occupied and function I would be happy about tips for troubleshooting ! Gruss Martin

Hello I bought an old lawn tractor with which the ignition lock was broken. I bought a universal thing now but I don’t know how to clamp it now. I wanted to ask if someone has a schematic or can tell me what the numbers stand for at the terminals. So with the terminals are the numbers 30, 15, 50, 83 and 75. Furthermore I would like to install a contact control light where do I have to put the between? Thanks already before!! oh yes for This is a Wheel Horse C 101 with a K241 engine.

The engine on the MEPPY Talpa 370 engine is the above-mentioned engine. The part was awarded almost a year in relation and is now defective. At normal oil level and horizontal parking position, the oil drips from the exhaust. The engine does not start any more and if it ignites briefly (approx. 2 sec) then you can see the exhaust gas recoil through the carburettor when the air filter is open. The wedge in the flywheel is ok. Ignition spark also comes (tested with ignition module tester). Carburettor is clean. before I pull the engine, a question about compatibility. If the lawn mower engine Tecumseh Vantage 35 VAN 35 E36102B S7289A has identical dimensions from the housing crankshaft diameter and length from the stump, then I would install it. I have not yet bought the engine which has an acquaintance from the acquaintance.
